I went in to Aerotek looking for a job. Ended up with a job in less than a week. Ryan took really good care of me. He even went out of his way to call me on my first day of work. Made sure I had the correct address ect. If you need a job go see Ryan. Hell hook you right up!

Recruiter Matt is very helpful with finding positions relevant to my experience. When some positions become open relevant to you, they reach them out to you asap. However, it might take some time for one to wait till some time for the position. Other than that, I have positive experiences with Aerotek overall.

Eric is the recruiter that has helped me most. I came into the office last year at 9:30am looking for a job and I was clocked for that job at 3pm. Excellent paying job with benefits and paid time off and Ive been there since. He also checked in periodically the first few months to see how the job is treating me and if Im happy working there.

Andreas called me about a position I might be interested in. I told him what I was looking for and he told me about a position that I found interesting and I asked if I can talk to him in person to go over details and he said definitely.When I arrived, he explained what the job was and that there’s room for advancement due to brand new company and my experience. Andreas was and is very thorough and made sure I understood.Once I did the computer work and drug test, he scheduled a tour and asked if I would call him when I was done. When I called him, he asked about if they explained certain things to me and yes I had a great experience at the place and like I said Andreas is very thorough and I felt very comfortable with him (knowing I can count on him)Next he scheduled with me the orientation day and again asked if I can call him to let him know how it went. After my first day I did call and it was almost 5pm and I got Andreas voicemail and of course I left a message basically saying it went well and actually got to work for a bit and letting him know my schedule.He called me the next day due to he wanted to talk to me directly and I totally filled him in on how excited I am and all that happened in that time, which all was good and at the end of our conversation he said he wants to check in with me next week and I gave him my schedule, that way he knows to call when I am free 😁I totally recommend Andreas as your go to person. He wants to find a great fit for you and that you are happy and he does stay in contact with you throughout the process and even nowI gave 5 stars cause this is an agency that’s so worth going through and they are willing to help and explain so you understand and that they check up on you is so important, it’s so nice when you have caring people around you. The Lebanon Office is fantastic. Great staff (I personally dealt with Lucas) and great environment. They made sure I had support from the beginning to the end of the process. They didnt treat me like just another temp/contractor.Now Im going on 7 months at my current career and was hired 4 months ago from a temp to a full time worker.Make sure you ask for Lucas, hell take care of you.

I moved to lebanon to start a new life,my friend told me about aerotek and there services so i went to check it out thats where i met hector diazhe is a recruter and he help me out so much he made sure i had a ride,he made sure i was ready to for work and he even called me on his day off to make sure i was ready for my first day of work and even offered to help if i needed it, that is what i called customer service.

U can call for a job you see on the merchandiser they will tell you they have it, ask you to come in for a brief interview once they see your Spanish/black automatically send you to webbers happened two times in a row. Horrible place just horrible

I had a job and having that job I went to apply there to aerotek and as they talked so well about this hector apply with him and he painted me that he would start a fast day that would win well but it is not like everyone writes that you leave with work the same day because they take a background that takes another week the drug test they send you to do. Well, I thought that the day he told me would start, I left the job I had at that time to get that one, after applying I went to the laboratory they sent me and told me to wait in the room and that I could not go and when to one They say that what is understood by that is that you cannot go to another place and then turn away because they took so long to assist me that I left for a door that is before their departure, bone a door where they have cameras and is part from the lab and I went in 5 minutes and they told me that they couldnt attend me because they told me that I couldnt leave the laboratory. I went to aerotek to explain and this involves the Yulitza who tells me that it is okay that she called there to send me to do the test again and do the whole process quickly and that she would call me to let me know because she never called me and when I The call never answered and after a while I called and asked what had happened that yulitza had not answered me that they left me well stand by and the secretary told me that by leaving the laboratory they could not take me to work until after 6 months. It is not that I do not recommend them because they struggle but of course with those who want and are unfair to those who want too but I tell it to me so that they know what they need not to be carried away because all the reviews say that they are good They fight 100 and you go out with work the same day and all of that is ludicrous. You need a background, you need that proof and without even giving yourself the opportunity to work, they take it away for any meaningless excuse like it happened to me. In Lebanon, the most there are agencies and you dont leave work the same day either, but the next one because all the processes are much faster as it should be. Its all, good luck in your job searches!
