This job was very easy, gave a lot of benefits, and provided lots of experience. I loved it besides the people that were not so nice there. Some coworkers were unpleasant and I felt like HR did not care about you.

By far 1 of the best places we have delivered to.. Showed up and didnt have the right info to deliver. The Guard is a super sweet woman and went way outta her way to get us unloaded. Receiving had no appt for us but worked us in. Receiving woman was awesome to us as well. We were unloaded in less than hr.

Best place to work so far, friendly environment good people and well trained staff.givving out gift almost quarterly.

They do not follow social distancing guidelines and have not been telling employees if they were exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19. Many Many instances! This place is spreading Covid in Boone County and not allowing people to even know they have been exposed, so that they can quarantine.

Good Management to an extent. They tried their best to take care of staff: Monthly Staff Treat, Yearly staff get together and 40% Nike discount. Good pay.May be a place to grow if you are willing to be a work slave. If you are not ready to be extremely flexible with time frequently with no or very short notice dont plan going there. Resumption Time change is very frequent. It doesnt matter how long you have been there or qulaity of work you do, all that matters is if you can impress a decision maker with Volume of work which is the Bottom line.

There to fix electrical issue

First few days as far as introductions classes, great. The second you get out in that floor though is a completely different story. I got one day of training. The supervisors and “leads” are some of the most bitter, angry and just plain salty people I have ever met. They are basically paid to stand around and tell you what you are doing wrong. This place is an absolute joke. Sure there are some perks are far as free swag, but that’s about it and don’t let them fool you with this four day work week. You will be working at least 5 if not 7 days a week, 10hour days period. They have no compassion for anyone going through anything mental health wise or physical wise. I rate this place a one and suggest not even wasting your time applying.

I love working as a PIT operator and in the piece mod. Good benefits and easy work although it is very hot. My only complaint is I think you should be asked to work in a different department and not told you need to report to another department on their shift. Hoping to grow with the company.

Upper management is completely disconnected from the day to day operations of the plant. There seems to be no plan on any given day for meeting goals. Certain people blatantly disregard rules and/or do little work and when confronted cry racism and are allowed to continue with what they were doing. NOT A GREAT ATMOSPHERE.

Pay is good, excellent upper management relationship with the associates, they interact/ help associates with day to day activities to stay on top of productivity which is good for morale.

Ok job just don’t go through a temp agency

Its is the worst place to work at. Supervisors and other staff are nice. But their policies are so stupid. They fire people for the stupidest things. They dont give verbal warnings or anything. I would not work for them again at least not for this facility. HR takes for ever to solve a problem. They can have u weeks waiting. You have to up their asses if you need something. I wouldnt recommend anyone to work there.

This is a terrible place to work..very unorganized! They hire some people with bad backgrounds while others with one minor charge they fire after offering full time offer!

They had us working 7 days a week from mid May and going to mid July. It was a miserable experience. I feel they were very misleading about the job, and after being in that location for over a year, they acted like a start up company. They had 1 client, albeit a big client, but they acted amateurish.

This place does not care about their employees. There is tons of OT. There isnt any appreciation for hard work. There is a large disconnect in communication. HR is there for the company not to help the employees.
