Costa Electronics treated me with great care and superb service. They were the only tv repair business I could find that would actually answer the phone on a Saturday. Alex was extremely helpful from the very start, he also performed additional research on my particular device to uncover design flaws for me to consider addressing. During the time parts were ordered, they reached out multiple times to provide updates (shipping delays related to Covid-19) but once they got delivered, the repairs were completed quickly. If you are looking for fast and friendly service to repair your tv, I highly recommend Costa!

I had to have a computer repaired due to a power surge. They fixed my computer along with an upgrade. They also built a new pc for my son and they did an awesome job. They explained everything in detail and were very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone needing PC upgrades or repairs.

Nice people. Primary business is TV repair, computer repair and AV installation. I was actually looking to have a couple of transistors replaced on an older electronic control board for a welder but it was far enough outside of thier wheel house they didnt really want to take it on. Did offer to solder in the parts if I would source them. Not exactly my definition of an electronics repair shop, but probably fills the need for 90% of the folks out there.

Ive had Alex install and set up Stunner TV, an over-the-air (OTA) antenna, a cellular booster antenna, and install and hardwire 5 TVs. Everything was professionally installed and Alex patiently showed us how to use our Stunner box. He also has called me back to discuss all of mywhat if questions. After installing all the equipment Alex was careful to clean up all dust and debris. He removed all the boxes and trash. I have recommended Costa Electronics to all of my co-workers, families, and neighbors. If you are looking for quality work, this small business cares to do it right!

They are best computer repair in MT Juliet. Affordable, knowledgeable and timely. Being a senior citizen who is not tech savvy the owner is patient and explains what he will do to correct the problem. Very dependable. After trying Staples and couple others this has been the BEST!

Couldnt answer a simple question regarding pricing. Quite rude. Took my business elsewhere.I understand electronics and am not afraid to fix something on my own, but I have less time than money so I called Alex at Costa Electronics. I wanted to ask what it costs to replace a power supply on a 50 Sceptre X505BV. The TV isnt expensive so getting a ballpark idea before bringing it in is in important since my time is limited.Wouldnt hear me. Not even 30 seconds. Told me he wont do any kind of estimates over the phone, that I have to bring it in and pay the diagnostic fee. Had I called a mechanic and what new brakes for a specific make/model car, I wouldnt have any problems getting that answer.I called another local company and in 30 seconds was able to know their hourly rate and typical time for something like this. I know its not set in stone but it give me enough info to decide if its worth fixing it vs replacing without taking time out of my day to bring it down.Leaving this review takes time out of my day to but its worth doing because I want my neighbors and friends to know that this is not where you want to bring your repairs. There are more helpful considerate businesses.

I took my TV and 2 laptops ( Dell and Mac) to Costa Electronics. My TV had sound but no picture and my laptops had HUGE problems. A friend of mine @ work attempted to fix my Mac and caused further damage and I know nothing about TVs. I did a ton of research on the net about this common TV problem, so I tried to fix it myself off of something I watched from You Tube but it was a massive failure......As it turns out, the wonderful world of You Tube was totally wrong and I made the problem worse. Alex fixed the TV, which was much cheaper than buying a new one and he also did some kind of modification to prevent the problem in the future.I once fixed desktop computers back in the day, but I was outta my league with my laptops, especially the Mac. I took them to a certain Big Named store in Mount Juliet, and they said my Dell wasnt repairable and my Mac would cost $800.00. So I asked around and someone told me about Mike at Costa and Im so glad they did! I brought them in and Mike immediately identified the problems and had my Dell fixed by the end of the day and the Mac by the next afternoon. Macs are so expensive and even more to repair, but Mike fixed both and it was also much cheaper than I thought. He also identified several other problems with both computers and fixed those @ no additional charge!!!You guys saved the day and the wife is happy how, so no I am happy too!Thanks Alex and Mike you guys are amazing!!

Just picked up my computers after dropping them off a few days ago. I took my Macbook and my desktop in to they were able to handle some advanced repairs. I worked on computers in the Army and could not figure out the problems I was having. I attempted to (unsuccessfully) upgrade my desktop and completely erased my hard drive. I called and spoke to Alex and he said the best thing was to bring them in so Mike could properly evaluate them. Thankfully they also specialize in data recovery because Mike and Brian were able to recover all of my data and programs. On top of that, they completed the upgrade that I had started and this thing runs better than new! My Macbook was toast because I spilled Mountain Dew into the keyboard and after packing it in rice, it still wouldnt power-up. Brand new Macbook was totally ruined and these guys used some deep technical expertise and it is working perfectly. Basically, they had to completely strip it down and clean the components and replace the keyboard. It took a few days but was definitely worth the wait. I cant speak enough praise about these guys because they are the place to go with my computers and my TVs. Alex has also fixed a TV that had LEDs go out and recently a high end big screen that was ruined by lightning, now its like new. Costa Electronics have helped me out of some serious jams.

I have a different contrast to the previous post. I called Costa Electronics this past weekend and requested a price quote on my broken LCD 50 inch television and my laptop that was completely dead. I spoke with Alex as well, who was very courteous and and helpful. I explained that the problem that I was having with my TV was a common problem, which is what I found while researching the net. I didnt receive an estimate over the phone, so I brought both my TV and my laptop in to have them repaired. Not only were both Alex and Mike friendly, they were extremely helpful and understanding that I am in college and have a limited budget. My laptop was repaired and ready the same afternoon and I received my television this morning, both working better than when I bought them new @ BBuy. Not only was I surprised with how courteous they both were, but I was very surprised at how much it DIDNT cost me. I thought that I was gonna have to buy a new TV and that my laptop was a lost cause. I highly recommend Costa Electronics because of my experience. Alex and Michael were awesome to deal with and very professional.

Needed to have some tvs mounted. Showed up on time and had all the right stuff to get the job done. Great job and cleaned up after completion. Even reprogrammed the controls to include the soundbar.

Hip Hip Hooray,,,thank you Alex.,I wanted to thank you again for going beyond the call of duty.My Bose Amp, was not working nor my Bose Lifestyle player, I live on a hill, but never got FM reception, (I blew that off as it was my house)I was at a dead end, after calling Bose, they said it has been so long since they sold my model. He said to pitch it. I asked for Bose Certified people and he gave me 2, and Costa was one. I was estatic, I had been in before and love those guys. I am an experienced computer guy that has been fixing computers for many years. My house was hit by lightning last week and damaged my 2 TVs, my laptop and a gaming computer. I was in a bind so I called and spoke to the owner. He couldnt give me an estimate over the phone, which is understandable because I dont do phone estimates on computers either. I did a lot of research online for my Samsung and LG TVs and found that the issue was the power supplies. I took my TVs in and spoke to Alex (the owner) and Mike (the computer guy) and decided to bring my computers back since I was going on vacation.Alex fixed both TVs at a great price and as it turns out, the power supplies were not the problem. It was actually the LEDs, which Alex said was very common in these TVs. This was much cheaper than buying 2 new TVs. I have to admit that I was wrong on my diagnosis of my computer as well. My laptop had failed RAM and my desktop had a faulty HDMI port, and Mike replaced them both. (I HATE to admit when I am wrong).They have great customer service and both are very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about TVs and I even learned a few new things about computers. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Thanks guys!
