How is this place still in business?! I havent used them since 2019, and the reviews coming in today are STILL dismal. A total waste of money, and its NOT cheap!! $15 gets you a light rinse - nothing more. Your car will hardly look any different coming out the other side, guaranteed. The owners clearly couldnt give a s*** about scamming you out of your money either. AVOID at all costs!! There arent any other good options in the area so honestly were better off just waiting until theres some school fund-raising event or just buying our own brush and bucket. Stop lining the pockets of the lazy and careless folks at Jakes for nothing. I wont even get coffee there. Just an overall embarrassing business.

I had a difficult time realizing that my car actually went though Jake’s $12 car wash. The car was just as dirty coming out as it was going in. Pictures after the wash attached.

For 18 bucks you shouldnt see any dirt, let alone a layer still all over the car. Super disappointed!

When the line is not ridiculously long, I prefer Jakes to the one in WRJ. However some of the spray nozzles are broken and parts of the car can get missed in the pre-rinse. Still seems to do a better job than others.

I went thru the car wash today to get salt off my BMW. For $15 you would expect a nice clean vehicle. NOT! The only place that got cleaned, was the top. The sides are still covered in salt. What a disappointment.

My car was not that dirty and it left the back end still looking dirty with actual dirt running down it. The guy was in there,wondering if it wasnt working right.

Didnt clean the front and back of the car at all. Even the marks on the windshield were not removed. The photos show the grass and dirt marks immediately after the wash.

Does an ok job. It is touchless but I wish it got my black car a little cleaner.

This is one of a few automated car washes around. It looks in good shape and works well enough to remove the dirt, mud and salt buildup on your car especially in the winter and mud season months. It is also a less popular location, which means less wait. And if you are in a drive-through mood, you can pick up coffee next door too!

Too expensive and does not even dry the car well because after the dry cycle water still drips as you drive out of the bay.This place is only one of two car washes in the area and is a rip off.

As touchless car washes go, this was pretty good!

Expensive and lines are long, but it does a decent job for a touch-less wash.

Purchased the 20 dollar wash and my truck didnt look much better leaving than going in besides maybe knocking off some snow. Purchased the 12 the next time and same result just sprayed less stuff on my truck and the sprayers for undercarriage didnt even come on.

Jakes has a nice car wash in Lebanon. Its a little pricey but does a great job. They could use 3 bays. They are easy to find but could use more space or another location.

No vending machine for window wipes or air freshners

Very clean and efficient plus lots of choices on the type/price of wash, having Jakes Coffee right next door makes it a 2fer!

The $12 Super choice turned out to be the least effective so- called wash I have ever had. The top of my subcompact SW shows no sign at all of having been washed, the hood is still quite dirty, and not even the sides or the vertical rear door are completely clean. And there is still dirt on my windshield beyond where the wipers reach. I regret that I paid cash and did not ask the automatic system for a receipt.This was just after 3 pm on a sunny afternoon. Ive tsken some photos, will try to find a way to upload them.

If youre desperate to get salt off your paint and undercarriage (questionable) - then waste your $$ here. Otherwise, grab the hose from home.I enjoy a clean truck. The soap left over from the wash (technically speaking because water drips out one side) and the dryers are painfully pathetic. Completely in the power of the operators/owners to dial down and keep jacking up the cost. Shame on you.2 stars because I like reading the menu board of the bakery next door.

In reading the various recent reviews of this place, I am not sure what Jake’s patrons have been expecting. For $10 you are not going to get a faultless washing job that would pass a “white glove” inspection, as if you’d just had your vehicle expertly detailed for $150. What you DO get is quick but comprehensive wash, rinse and dry cycles that take about four minutes. Your car is clean with little or no remaining dirt or grease. In the winter, this is important, as their process is more than enough to remove most of the grime and salt that mercilessly accumulates and invites rust and other problems. My only complaint is that the drying phase is inadequate, and I find that I must take about five minutes afterwards to get my Honda Civic nice and dry with a couple of good quality freshly laundered microfiber towels that I keep in the trunk. After that, the car sparkles and looks great. Judging from the long lines that one can encounter there, particularly in the late afternoons and on weekend, Jake’s must be doing something right!

It did what it was supposed to, and washed the salt and grime off.

The one of the car vaccume is not working. The other one is working okayish, but not worth the money. The car wash is okay, not great. Long wait.Your car will still have spots, the air dryer of the car wash, wont even dry the vehicleNo one will be there to refund your money wasted on the car vaccume which is not working.And no sign will be posted for the vacuum which is not working.

One of the few touchless car washes around. Does a fine job getting the salt off in the winter. Can easily be quite a wait on a nice day though.

Gets your vehicle clean

I waited in line for 25 minutes to get my car washed. It was the worst car cleaning Ive ever gotten, streaks, dirt still everywhere, I had to go somewhere else to fix it. Wouldnt waist my gas even if a had a free wash there, never going again

I went here about a month ago for a car wash. I had to wait about an hour in line before I could actually get through the wash. Afterwards I drove straight home and when I got out of my car it was clear that only half of the car had been washed. The back was still completely dirty. Huge disappointment and total rip-off! I will never go here again.

Car was doesnt do a super clean but not bad. The wait can very long and you can get trapped in a long line if youre not careful, as once in line theres no way out.

It may be brushles but doesnt really do the job. Lots of dirty spots were it should be clean. Office is upstairs and they will reimburse, not cheaper than anyone else.

Its more of a quick rinse than a wash. It did not remove stuff which easily comes off with a wet wipe. Calling it a car wash is a stretch.

First and last time to Jakes. I bought the top wash ($18) and expected a decent wash. The car was dirty from recent rain. I am very disappointed that the car is still dirty afterwards. I had to go else where to get my car clean.

Fast, simple

Went through last week and noticed when I got home the car was still dirty. Figured it was a fluke and went through again today, nope, car is still covered in grimy film. Waste of money.

After going through the $14 super car wash, the car was just as dirty as before the wash. I could still see handprints in the dust all over my car and streaks from where the air dryers dried dirty water onto my car (see pictures). The payment machine never printed a receipt so I cant get a refund. Total waste of time and money. I will never go back.

I spent $14 on the Extreme Wash & Dry. It was an unfortunate waste of my money. The wash didnt remove the most basic road grime and I will not return. Poor quality wash, long wait and not worth the money at all.

Ive found that these touch-less car washes dont really work very well and tend to be very expensive. Also, there is frequently a huge line because each car wash takes 4-5 minutes.

This car wash is a joke. Won’t be back.
