PITIFUL. I did the automatic wash one morning and did it manually the next morning, bot days my truck looked terrible. $15-16 down the drain

The place for a quick wash but sometimes the vacuum machines will take your money but doesnt work like the wash bays at times.

Despite going through with the brush 2x left with my car dirty in many spots. They need to get new brush and better soap. Worst self serve car wash Ive ever been to.

Horrible drive thru bay stopped on 2nd cycle paid 10 dollars had to rinse my car off called phone number told me to text my issue

They only have vacuum and the auto wash didnt get anything off my car but self wash is good. Ultimately if your dog threw up in your car this is not the place for you.

I certainly did not expect the owner to go out of his way to bring me my refund when the change machine ate my $20 and gave me back 7 quarters last month! I had inadvertently given the wrong address by one digit for him to send my refund and contacted the owner only after he had mailed my refund last week. The owner is one of the nicest people one could ever meet. I highly recommend using Freedom Car Wash in Lebanon located by Dollar general down from the fairgrounds. Ive never seen such service in my life!

Unless you havent washed your vehicle in months, skip this one. My black tahoe emerged from their best wash cycle still covered in soap suds and after rinsing again and hand drying with a clean micro fiber towel, ended up with a hazy film that looked like I had rubbed axle grease all over it. No bueno!

Lots of soap, good wax and conditioner, 2 dollars to start and good pressure

Extremely happy with The Freedom Wash! I came here for the vacuums after visiting two other Car Wash & Vacuuming buisinesses that just took my money and the vacuums didn’t even work. I literally drove around Lebanon in search of somewhere and came across The Freedom Wash. I am so happy I did because this place is nice! Clean areas to vacuum out your car & they also have a spot remover shampoo & vacuum. If it wasn’t freezing cold outside I would test out their car wash too! Nice place with great vacuums! Definitely will be back!!

I have been using this car wash for at least 5 years and every single time i am guaranteed pulling into a nasty wash bay with something wrong with either the hose or spray nozzle and if there are other customers in other wash bays then it drastically reduces water pressure.on dozen of occasions there have been customers with wash buckets washing there vehicles like nobody else is waiting for the bay.the water being supplied is extremely hard and leaves mineral or water deposits like its coming from a well or something.this business has the potential to be a great place but it seems noone cares to put forth the effort to make it such.im disgusted and will never return again and most people j know say they will not either.save your money and valuable time and take your business elsewhere.

This is not a freedom wash be prepared to lose money on the vacuums. They dont maintain this place Wilson county needs to shut this place down.
