Waste of time and definitely money. “Your change didn’t dispense properly”claimed the machine. some other comments say that happened too, except they were from 2 years ago. You’d expect them to fix that by now. The “super” wash is just a regular wash with a dryer at the end and don’t really get much off. There was no real cleaning, just made my truck wet and dried it off. Do not recommend.

It takes your money but the car wash is broken and doesnt work. When you call the number posted there, it says the mailbox is full. Classy business 😑

Drive through wash didn’t operate. The $10 charge did though. Called and text the number provided multiple times with no answer or reply. Garbage service and operation.

Dont wash your car here. The business seems to be run down. I paid for one of their better washes and all I got was a little bit of soap and a sprinkle of water. A total waste of money.

The automatic carwash didnt even get the road salt off my car

Don’t go here. Coins give you an unspecified time that runs out without warning. Most things don’t work. Definitely no actual soap in anything.

Wash did not work paid for premium wash and equipment drizzled water on my car no soap or anything. What a waste of money.

Undercarriage wash didnt work, no triple foam wax just water came out. Machine made alot of noises like it was going to break. Update ur machinery or fix it same thing happened last time. Will not use this place again

This car wash is terrible. Used the self-wash bay. None of the change machines were working. Credit card machine didn’t work either. I found enough quarters to start the wash and then discovered the line on the soap brush had a hole in it and sprayed soap everywhere but on the brush. Wasted $5 on only having pressure washer. Was able to spray some mud off, but my truck’s still not clean. Thanks for almost nothing!

Nothing is working put 5.00 in quarters and nothing worked guy next stall had the same problems what a waste. No way to contact them they give a number but the mailbox is full. Its for sale maybe the next owner will care.

Wow, Im surprised the water worked because nothing else did! Dont waste time or money in the machines because they dont work. The vacuum barely works. However if you only wanna wash the outside of your vehicle, it does the job.

I recommend criminals steal from all diy carwashes in Lebanon as theyre unsupervised, not looked after, no security and camera system is fake. Change machines are soft targets if you will, vending machine easy to empty using a rock. Theres no difference in what service theyre offering (ripping off the public) and being ripped off by the public. No difference.

Horrible drive-thru wash! I paid $6 for a job that would have looked better if I sprayed my car down with a garden hose. To top it off, when I tried to use their self-serve wash to rise off the soap left on my car all of their coin machines we out of service and they didnt answer any number provided. What a waste of time!

Shotty at best. Im staying at the Comfort Suites down the Rd. I stopped to fully wash, vacuum, ect and my troubles started at the vacuum. Who wouldve ever thought you had to pay more to get it to Vacuum. Then I pulled I to the bat and started to wash my Pathfinder when all of a sudden my truck was covered in green wheel and tire cleaner! Best part about it is I was applying wax when happened. Of course no attendant was on site. So basically Id been better off just giving them my $14. And who knows If I will ever get my paint back looking right. Im pretty upset but who do you contact because I didnt see any info on site.

Does not work most of the time

We stopped in on may 25 2019 to wash my suv .started off the water was only slow stream so when we put it on soap it wasnt coming out to good either .called and spoke to a lady said she was going to refund our money its been 1week and 2 days and still havent received our money back this place is a dump and needs to be closed down.And get someine else to answer the phones thats not going to lie to customers.i have called the number 2 times last week no answers.so i look up this place and it gives me a different number no answer to.WOW SAD YOULL JUST RIP OFF CUSTOMERS WITH THIS JUNK WASH

Money wasted on the automatic $10 wash. The driver side of the car didnt even get sprayed off with water much less washed!! Ashamed to even give one star!!

Worse place ever. Went to vacuum the vehicle and they have tape on the coin slot where its out of service. Then I went to wash my vehicle and the timer jipped us 2 whole minutes and didnt even give a warning before it shut off!! Dont waste your money here.

Water was cold, wand soap seemed more like wax (not thick at all), was was nonexistent from the high pressure wand and there was no warning on the timer, it just stopped. Lots of work to be done here.

I put my money in the automatic car wash a $20 bill and I selected the $8 service wash well the machine couldnt give me change because it said it was out normally it would give dollar the number on the receipt that it said to call the guy was very rude and said he cant help me

Lost 4 dollars and.50 cents, the bay on the far left didnt work, the next one over took 4 dollars, and no service, the change machine gave me back 75 cents twice

Do not use. Twice now the automatic wash has taken my $6 and not worked. After several attempts to contact the company by email and phone, I finally go in contact with a women who said shed send a refund by check. This has never occurred.
