I was not planning to buy a new car, but unfortunately a deer had other plans. I was so pleased to find the vehicle I was looking for at a good price. I dealt mainly with Jessica in sales and Jeff in the service department. When the AC compressor died just a few weeks into owning the car, they replaced it and re-detailed the vehicle again for no charge. What could have turned into a stressful time, was made easy. My family is very appreciative. I would definitely buy from them again.

This dealership has a culture of customer service and kindness. I would highly recommend Mary Henahan as a sales consultant for her product knowledge and attention to detail. Additionally the folks in service and parts are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed here.

They will charge $130.00 to “diagnose” the problem with the car; whether they find the problem in 5 minutes or 25 minutes. THEN they will charge to fix the problem.I had purchased a backup key when I first purchased this used car. They would not order it unless I paid first. Then, when I was there to have the key programmed, they said I had not paid for the key. If they had ordered it, obviously I had had to pay for it.Service Department man was not helpful or clear. Parts Department man was very helpful. I’m now looking for another Volvo dealership so I can get the key programmed.

The service department here is amazing, they always finish on or before promised times with regular updates on status. My tire was recently damaged on the highway. I was panicked due to the limited recommended speeds and distances on the smaller spare. Keith explained what I needed to do in the short term and was able to order my new tire and replace within a few days. The waiting area was closed due to Covid and Keith knew I had no where to wait, so he got my car right in upon arrival with a quick turn around and regular updates. Thanks once again to the great service team at Volvo Cars of Lebanon! Matt

I just picked up a little V60 as my new daily driver & winter mobile! The sales guys are very enthusiastic and super sweet! We worked with 3 of the sales guys, all fairly young men but very knowledgeable nonetheless! They let us take the car out multiple times for test drives and made sure the car was perfect before we left! Would definitely recommend & would go back! :) thanks to Shane, Jason & Kyle (and anyone else who helped us with this positive event) thanks guys! You rock! I love my little wagon!

I brought the Volvo XC90 2019 for its annual inspection. No service required but it was returned to me nicely washed. I havent seen the original outer coat since winter! I appreciate the service the folks at Miller have been doing this since I first moved here in 2004 with my first XC90.

Very fine buying experience. I was treated with respect, the car was great and the sale went as smooth as silk. When my check engine light went on, Keith took my car immediately to the shop and the sensor was replaced promptly and hassle free .

They sold me the car knowing it had an evap system problem. Check engine light came on 2 miles after paperwork was signed. Took it back the next morning and service says “ oh, we had to order that part and now that the car is back we can replace it”. The repair slip they gave me even said the problem was previously diagnosed on an early repair order but had not been fixed. Not sure how they were able to legit put an inspection sticker on it with an emissions problem. They obviously reset the check engine light and put it on the lot. Car is under warranty but makes me wonder if they were hiding anything else. I definitely cannot trust them for anything in the future even though they are only 3 miles from my home. I give them 2 stars because I believe I received a fair amount for my trade

Six months ago we had to find a new vehicle. No high sales pressure. Representative took the time to understand what we were looking for and presented us with an many options. Very happy with the purchase. Whats more, the Monroney sticker was torn so a replacement was reprinted for us.Fast forward to the present. Had to install an accessory on the new vehicle. Weve been taking the old Volvo for service here for > 15 years and Mike R was great. Now, with the new name and personnel change, we werent sure what to expect. Russ O. and Rick R. gave their 110% toward making sure the vehicle was ready on time, giving us the benefit of the doubt on the corporate issued discount coupon, and even gave it a wash! Thanks for your excellent service!

Poorly done service!Lost a couple hundreds of dollars, because exhaust manifold was not connected after the service, caused check engine problems 10 miles from this place, and required fixing by another Volvo dealership.

Bill Patten, our sales person was excellent. He guided us through the whole process with true professionalism and great detail answering and anticipating all of our questions. Miller is luck to have Bill on staff. It is our third Volvo since 1990 from Miller in Lebanon. We would not go anywhere else even though it is an hour and a half drive for us. Mike, the Manager of the Service Department, is exceptionally thorough and honest. He is a gem and the real reason we are such loyal customers.

The best service department I’ve ever worked with. The wait time wasn’t as long as I anticipated for it to be. And when narrowing down to find out what was wrong with my vehicle( had it for quite sometime) they literally walked me from A->Z on finding the problem and offering the best solutions possible. I was astounded! Not only that, during my wait time, they made sure, I was comfortable. The Volvo team even asked if I had any questions or wanted to talk so I wasn’t bored out of my mind and waiting to leave. It was a different level of experience, I’m 65 and have seen a lot and have experienced too much, but in all my experiences at a dealership, this one is far from it. If I could rate it 20/20 I would.The best experience I ever had.

My experience at Lebanon Volvo Volkswagen was amazing! It was a very easy car buying experience! Shane, Jason, Jess and the team helped me figure out what vehicle would be the best fit for me and my budget. Early in the morning before work I took a Volkswagen Passat for a test drive. After I got out of work that evening I was literally only in the dealership for about an hour or so and walked out with the car that same night! I was dreading the whole process but everyone at Lebanon Volvo VW made it so easy! If youre in the market for a new vehicle this is where you need to go!! I love my new car! Live in VT and drove 200 miles to Millers to get the best deal we found over two other dealers on a Volvo xc60. Verified three times with salesman what the deal was and he confirmed it. Drove off to get our new car. Got there only to find out that they forgot to calculate the numbers correctly (those darn computers). They made a $2,500.00 error. I tried to resolve the issue with a counter offer that was refused by the general manager.After trying to contact the owner I received a call from the general manager who apologized and said he was appalled by the way we were treated and if we hadnt found a car yet he would accept my counter offer. Yes, the same guy who originally refused our counter offer and was so appalled by the way HE treated us.We were part of what we believe was a BAIT & SWITCH scam. Wouldnt expect this from a high end dealership. Id stay away from this dealership.

I bought a new Volvo xc40 from Chase, it was honestly the most amazing experience I’ve ever had from a dealership. When walking in, I expected the sales person to try to push something on me that I didn’t want, expected pressure, and overall just trying to push a sale. NOT EVEN CLOSE! He asked questions that didn’t even come to mind, such as “do you think this is comfortable enough for your kids on long drives?” Asking questions about what I do on a daily basis, and what I do on my off days, in order to find the right vehicle with enough space for all of the activities I do. Asked about the type of comfortable seating... and the list goes on. Not only that, a couple weeks later on, he got an unexpected phone call asking, how things are going with my new car and if the kids love it and so forth. Honestly shouldn’t even be called a dealership, it’s so much more than that.Thank you!

Service manager at Lebanon NH is THE best! He had a 2016 XC-60 ready and waiting for our use while our car was getting re-call plus regular oil change done which was going to take more then a day. We were called at least twice with updates on the progress of the work which was completed on the day we were told.

Miller Volvo is efficient and curteous. My last visit was for putting on snow tires for winter. They also fixed a software problem, mainly that the voice control feature had never before been downloaded. (I got the car from another dealer when I lived in the south.) The software problem was not the fault of Miller Volvo. They always respond to my calls for help!

I never thought Id write an internet review for a car dealership, but wow this experience was bad. The salesman was condescending, patronizing, and worse... uninformed and uneducated about the cars he was trying to sell.Talking to other people in the area, it seems that having bad experiences with Miller is common. I ended up driving down to Lovering of Concord and couldnt be happier with my decision. Lovering was an absolutely delightful experience.

Our salesman contacted us by phone to inform us of this very special program initiated by Volvo. At first we were not interested because our present Volvo was a 2016 and it was a special order, and I told him I was not going to take a stock model Volvo as ours was decked out to the max. A few days later he called again and said they just received a 2018 XC-90 all decked out. He had my interest so we went down to look at it. I was not satisfied with the car as it was missing things that were in my present Volvo. I gave him a copy of the window info sheet from our car, and he said if I find one here in the US with all this would you be interested. I said yes. Within a day he had our dream car in the colors we wanted and every whistle and bell we had in our 2016 XC-90 Plus some of Volvos newest products. We talked and I agreed to and posted a deposit so he could have it up to the dealership. In one day he had it and we drove home in a fully loaded 2018 XC-90. We have always had Volvos from MIller Auto for over 20 years. But our salesman worked his ass off for us like no other salesman has in the past. If miller does not keep this man we will go else ware. He is the jewel of Miller Volvo sales fleet as far as we are concerned, and he also said if you need anything, I will be here for you!! How many dealerships say that to you?
