Very honest and professional. I have taken both of our vehicles here for years and they have been so helpful. They always give an update on how the cars are doing and have taken care of some preventive maintenance. I also take any car I am considering purchasing here and they have never started me wrong.

5 Stars!!! I was in need of an oil change and went to Valvoline Express Care. Every single person working was so polite and nice. It was the quickest oil change I have ever had. The employees were so nice that I left in a happier mood than I was already in! I got a full synthetic oil change and it was $68. I highly recommend going here rather than Walmart or somewhere else where the employees arent as experienced in their expertise.

Fast service and you dont even have to get out of your car. Price is average but, convenience is worth it.

Smooth transition from old oil to new oil.

We had the oil changed in my daughters car. Within 10 miles the car broke down. We had it towed to our mechanic. He stated he had previously had issues with this place. He state the roads and bearings were gone. There was oil in the engine, but it was not clean. Pit lane was made aware and refused to take any responsibility.

Well priced, efficient, and courteous service. Our air chuck had been stolen from our convenience store so i called them to help out an elderly lady. They actually came across the street to help out.

My throttle stuck open as the young lady was driving my car out of the bay. Needless to say we were scared to death for her. She wasnt hurt but emotionally, badly shaken up. I dont have that car anymore. The owner of the business was EXTREMELY nice as was everyone who worked there. I cant recommend Pit Lane Super Lube HIGHLY enough. They are ALL good, good people.

Check engine light went on 1 hour into our 9 hour trip home. Stopped here because it was the first place we saw. The lady who helped us was very sweet and helped us understand what our problem was. They couldnt fix it unfortunately because they didnt have a mechanic on site today, but told us ways we can jimmy rig it until we get home. Even gave us a few rags for clean up afterwards.When I say very sweet I mean VERY SWEET AND NICE!! If ever in this area and need an oil change Id go here. Honestly God Bless that lady she was so kind.

I had an oil leak problem and I decided to take it to them to see if they could figure out what it was they honestly just looked under the hood and came back and told me that they couldnt do anything that I was going to have to take it to another shop to actually get it looked at which is very disappointing but they were very nice about it and did try to help I will be going back to them they have fair pricing and very nice employees

Horrible customer service. Told us we needed a form from the dmv to get a safety inspection. Since we are new here we went to the dmv to get one and they said there is no such thing so we go back and the guy said that they were booked and couldnt help us so we went down the road to auto clinic and the guy there did the safety inspection right away and was awesome he only charged us $12 where it wouldve been $20 at pit lane!!
