I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service here. I was late to my third appointment. Missed my second. And late to my first. They still accommodated me every step of the way. No ridiculous fees. The people here are super nice and honest as well! The lady in the front was so considerate, she even kept asking if the air was too cold or hot, so she could adjust it for my comfort. 100/10 will come back, will recommend

Ive been going to Roberts Auto for many, many years (probably about 15 now) for my Honda Civic and now my Honda Fit. They do great work, and they are incredibly honest. There have been several times where I brought in my car with something that turned out to be a few seconds work for them, and they just said no charge. And other times when they could have easily charged me a bundle and didnt. Never had any problem with the work that theyve done. I highly recommend them.

Brought my Truck to them two separate times approx. 4 months apart with the same problem. Power steering was groaning and stiff. The first time it worked for about 3 months got it back in and they said it was a different line. So payed for bothered to get replaced over $400 total. And here I am with my truck doing the same thing. Im not saying more problems couldve arose but it appears they throw band aids at it until the whole thing fails. Looking back Id probably go to someone who looks for the actual problem. Customer service was poor as well. Tried telling me it wasnt them who fixed it only could find my records by my first name. Dont care about the customer.

I had the best personal service that I have ever received at any mechanic shop in the multiple states that I have lived. The owner took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with my car and got me in the same day that I called. Exceptional experience and pleasant mechanic employees.

I brought my car to them 3 times. They were never able to fix the problem and charged me for parts and labor leaving me with my car in the same shape as when I dropped it off. When I asked him about this they stated they dont need my business and I should ask around the area, this is how business is done and they have a good reputation. They also refused to give me my old working parts after I bought their parts. I have a right to get my parts back. Im new to the area and Im used to trusting my mechanic to diagnose and fix my car not take a shot gun approach, charge, and leave a car in the same shape.

Took my car in for an inspection and an oil change. I assumed it would take a bit so I went over to the nearby gas station to wait. I hadnt even finished my coffee before I got the call that they were done. Fast, professional, affordable, I have nothing but good things to say about them.

You want awesome? I was quoted $1000 for my 100k mile checkup. The bill came in at $650. They didnt see the need to replace all the parts, so they didnt. These guys are good.

Online reviews tend to be skewed toward the negative because the people who do have problems with a shop are more motivated to report it than those of us who like it. Ive used Roberts for about two years now. Ive seen several times when they could have done work and charged me for it but didnt because it wasnt really needed. Ive had no issues with the work theyve done. I consider them to be exceptionally honest and nice to work with. They have a pleasant modest waiting area with wifi available. Every shop is going to have a few times when for whatever reason they dont satisfy the customer, but Im guessing Roberts overall has more happy customers than unhappy. And I really like dealing with a family business. Two thumbs up from me.
