My car was serviced at the Jiffy Lube in Leander on 8/31/2021As I entered the freeway to go home that afternoon, I heard a loud noise. I pulled over and found that the under car metal cover had not been secured after the oil change. It had dropped down and was dragging on the ground.I was able to bend it back to get home. When I removed the part at home, there were only 2 screws holding it in place. There appear to be at least 6 places to tack it down. The Jiffy lube employee had left all those screws out.I took it to Jiffy lube the next afternoon to show them. The manager let me pull back into the bay and view the bottom of the car. He was apologetic. It did not appear to have extensive damage, so I agreed to let him purchase a new cover and replace it.A week later I returned and he had lost my information. He wrote it down and said he would order a part. He called me the next day to ask the engine type (which is in their system Vehicle Information). He said he would order the part and get back to me.A week later I hadnt heard from the manager. I called the corporate number and reported the issue. 20 minutes later I got a call from the manager that they had just got the part. He replaced the part that afternoon (it was a genuine Honda part with all the clips to hold down the plastic cover, too).Still havent heard from anyone at corporate - no emails, no phone calls. I guess this happens often enough that they dont bother apologizing. They didnt offer any discounts or free services - which is fine, since I wont be back.

08.26.2021Nice staff, but SUPER slow! Ive been here sitting in my car for an hour. One guy pulled out of line already because he was tired of waiting. All I need is a top off. I came a month ago. A week after I was here my oil was already low?? No leaks.Finally leaving after an hour and a half and all I needed was a quart of oil. They didnt know my car didnt have a dipstick. (The girl had to tell the two guys it took to top me off.) Nothing is efficient about this place! They were literally walking around my car doing nothing!But again, super nice! I think they could use some better training!

I did not realize that my tire pressure was so low today. I came in for an oil change. The technicians noticed and were able to assist me with the problem. My tire pressure was so low that I was riding on the rim. I am so grateful for the service that I received today. Thank you guys for your attention to detail and for really saving our lives today.

When no other place would even make an appointment for a standard state vehicle inspection, these guys got me in right away and got the job done in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service as well. Planning to return. Thanks!

Quick and efficient. Currently you stay in your car but the floor manager is polite and knowledgeable, the guys underneath are diligent and knock the job out in under 15 minutes.

I think I got a vehicle inspection here and they were quick. Didnt have to wait. There was 1 car in front of me that they processed quick and others arrived after. Very organized.

UPDATE: Manager reached out after my experience. They are training new employees and working on customer service.Unprofessional. Seemed like they had people that didnt work there in the bay area. 1 girl seemed to working on the cars and the rest were standing around taking pictures of a car. We left and will not be back. May try again for our next oil change.

I was charged twice as much as brake check ($98) for an oil change and they undid my air intake “by accident” and before I knew that I called them to say that the car is making a weird noise and they told me “it wasn’t even possible for them to mess the car up” but I brought it back regardless and after 10 min of negotiating with them to fix it they realized that they accidentally popped the intake off and in the most shameful way Hardly even apologized. The very next day my engine check light went on. Idk why for any reason you should go here for even just an oil change

Had to ask for sticker for next oil change, they never reset the remaining oil life percentage, waited over an hour while watching 2 employees sit and chat and play on their phones, The guy that changed my oil was eating a bag of lays chips under my hood, heard the N word more than omce being casually thrown around in front of customers. Didnt even ask if i wanted other fluids changed, which i typically do. And not that i was there for that but theres a sign on the door saying go to another jiffy lube if you want an inspection. Really fell far from the good days ehh jiffy lube?! I wont be back to any locations

Fast service. But didnt check tire pressure lied on receipt about it. I have a work truck that is like 80 psi. Said 32 on receipt. Heard the guy under the truck say oil leak on oil pan. No notes on receipt. Seem kinda lazy. Wouldnt recommend this location.

They have drive through oil changes now witch is super nice. You dont even have to get out of the car.

I decided to get my tires rotated here at this Jiffy Lube, I received a call a few hours later that the company had stripped the lug nut on my tire and refused to fix it. After going to a different shop to get it fixed it took a few weeks of back and forth with the store manager to finally have them pay for the damages of my vehicle. I do not recommend this business the staff is friendly but seem a little incompetent.

They did an awesome job and fixed all my issues.

I encountered true service in the Service Industry recently when I had my oil changed at the Leander Jiffy Lube. I have been going there for several years and have always been satisfied with the courteous and swift service. There was an exception on the last oil change. The morning after my oil change I noticed a leak where I had not had one before. I called Jiffy Lube and brought my vehicle back in. After an initial cursory exam by an employee who failed to recognize and take ownership of the problem, Jason, the manager stepped in and in less than 10 minutes the simple problem was resolved. I dont know how many thousands of oil changes this location has done over the years, so statistically at some point, mistakes are bound to happen, but the quality of true service is recognizing a mistake and repairing the problem. For this reason I whole heartedly recommend this Jiffy Lube, and I will be back.

During an oil change, the technicians at this shop pointed out that my brake fluid was low and I should go to a brake shop immediately. They further explained the importance of me getting to a brake shop quickly as my vehicle could have catastrophic failure.I drove right down the road to the Meineke Car Care Center and that shop confirmed that my brakes were in bad shape. Their team explained that my vehicle was on the edge of having a catastrophic failure. I saw my brake pads, they did not look good and were almost non-existent. My rotors were pretty bad too. I have since got this situation resolved.I appreciate the attention to detail and the explanation the shop technicians at Jiffy Lube gave. Instead of just saying “your brake fluid is low, Bye”, they took the time to explain the situation. Thank you to the crew and the guy in the pit on 1/27/21.I want to add that I was not recommended or told to go to Meineke. Also, my vehicle just started to show signs that day which prompted me to get my oil change and a check up. TG

These wonderful people air up my tires when I get a low tire warning...... I dont need oil changes often so a tip or pizza or any appreciation is deserved.

Have come here for oil changes all the time with a few of my vehicles, never had a better experience. The mechanics were very friendly and quick in the process. They gave me advice and good deals on products that help keep my car running smooth. Highly recommend! Also very aware of the current COVID-19 situation and offer a stay in car service.

I know in reality you don’t have to say much, to explain the true service... it’s cheap old Jiffy Lube. We’ve done business here multiple times, we’re repeat customers. My gf’s Camaro SS needs better oil than the junk that is sold here. Called to ask what the labor cost would be to put in Royal Purple & a K&N filter. Their response was $60, we’ll charge you for the basic oil but we just won’t put that in, we’ll put your oil in instead. So you mean to tell me you can’t just charge me for the labor, ‘no sir’. Guess that means I’ll go somewhere else that doesn’t double charge me.

I pulled in to get a vehicle inspection done and they said that theyre specialists who does vehicle inspections is out on medical leave. this only leads me to believe that this place is improperly managed and not properly staffed or trained as there should be more than one person who can do the job. Great service. Manager is very understanding A1. They inspected my transmission, and removed 1 court of over filled transmission fluid the toyota dealer had added on my last service. After getting the runaround at a few other jiffy lubes these guys serviced at our fleet Isuzu and got me back on the road in no time. Always happy to see a place that cares about their customers. New Manager is a rock star! I have been visiting this location off and on for about 4 years now and have always had ok service. This go round I went and the new manager and his staff seemed very professional and really was thankful for my business. Service was great and I was in and out quickly. They did the normal look at your air filters and recommended that I change them. I politely told them that I could purchase the same filter for less else where and he was kind to offer a discount that took me to a lower cost that I was willing to accept. Seems like he really wants to earn the business by being polite, working hard and keeping customers happy.

It took FOREVER. Not used to a company using a fluid extractor to drain the oil. Should have just opened the drain plug but I know your company has a history of mis-installed drain plugs so Im guessing you wont do that anymore. Not to mention the cost - Jesus $112.00 to change the oil on a basic late model mid sized SUV ?? I do my own oil on my truck, the ONLY reason I come to them is because I dont have ramps to get under it. But after this cost guess who just bought a set of ramps. Seriously you charge for the oil change service AND a separate labor cost ? Youre not a $120.00 hour service shop, its a simple oil change folks.

Customer services was excellent. Aiden was very knowledgeable and attentive. He represents himself and jiffy lube in a very professional manner. Aiden will make a great supervisor one day as a result of his genuine care for customer service along with the work ethic he displayed during my visit the young man has a bright future.

This location specifically goes above and beyond! Ive been to countless automotive type shops including several other Jiffy Lubes and their customer service here is top notch every time. Im always greeted by someone who is upbeat and friendly and today David helped me with much more than I was expecting. Definitely left happy and definitely will be back again!

Came it 1:00 pm on 3/6/20 for an inspection. Person at counter said they have one she was working on and would then get mine done. At 2:30 it still hadn’t been done so I just got in my truck and left. Nobody asked if I had been helped or what I was waiting on for 1.5 hours. Instead of being an obnoxious customer I’ll just go somewhere else from now on. Other Jiffy Lube’s in the Cedar Park area have much better service.

I stopped coming to jiffy lube years ago due to a bad experience but stopped by this location today when my tire light came on. Needless to say I was very surprised at how I was treated. I really felt that David and his team took care of my vehicle like I am part of their family. David took the time to make sure all my tires were aired up properly and showed me how to find the correct air pressure for my tires. He even got down (on concrete in 98 degree heat!) and inspected my tire that was low and found a nail. What I found most surprising was he apologized for the fact that his location does not repair flats and then gave me options for where I could go to get the tire fixed. The icing on the cake was when I tried to pay and there was no charge. All he asked is that I spread the word to others about my experience and thanked me for giving jiffy lube a chance. He even apologized for my previous bad experience, even though it happened in a different state years ago. Needless to say, I will be bringing my vehicle back here when Im due for my next oil change and any other services I need. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

A couple of weeks after I got my oil changed here, my check engine light went on. Because weeks had gone by (I dont drive much), I didnt associate the issue with this oil change. Instead, I spent time and money getting a diagnostic run. When I did so, I was shown that the light was on because the cap over my air filter was not attached. The tech at Jiffy had checked my air filter and tried to sell me a new one so the explanation for this issue was clear.

Jiffy Lube at 183 and Crystal Falls in Leander. I highly recommend avoiding this location. I had an oil change back in January and they put the wrong oil in which I didnt notice until I took it to Mister Car wash and saw the significant price difference from when I was at Jiffy Lube. He told me that it was higher because the car required synthetic oil. Jiffy Lube put in conventional oil which over time caused the cam positioning sensor to go out. They claim that their warranty is only good for 3000 miles which is less than the 5000 mile recommend oil change. They flat out refuse to remedy this. They are saying its my fault for going over the 5000 mile oil change period. They also failed to do any of the courtesy things they claim to do and checked it off as if they did. Piss poor service with piss poor attitudes. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great, fast service for an oil change! There was no line ahead of me when I arrived which was nice. While they did recommend that I replace my wipers they weren’t pushy when I declined since they’re still in decent shape. Definitely recommend!

So, I did a coolant flush and a oil change. Car wasnt running well and smoking a bit and the coolant temperature was fluctuating like crazy which I thought a bit unusual. Looked under the hood and theres a clamp holding the coolant line still blocking the coolant passage.Also Tire rotation wasnt done I think. Not sure on this, as I didnt mark on the tires or anything but threadwise I feel like they wasnt done. (less thread on front as before) I thought they also vacuums the car with the oil change (I did a $69.99 one) that wasnt done either. I dont what else that wasnt done, and what else has been done incorrectly/incomplete.But yeah the coolant problem. It was expensive, and wasnt even done right.2 stars since service was quick, friendly people. Also there were a student discount.Update - Refunded the whole service. Rectified the whole situation in a very professional and friendly manner. Also made my next two services free. Went above and beyond to make it right imo.

It was convenient. I just stayed inside my car. But it costed me $101and some cents. I had never paid over $100 for changng oil.I wonder the cost goes up because of covid 19.

The two guys that opened at 7am was great! Very friendly and fast with my service. Brought my dog with me and was very playful with my dog. I will definitely return there for my next oil change. A whole lot friendlier than my Chevrolet dealership.

When I arrived this afternoon it was closer to 6 pm, and the most friendly/knowledgeable customer service associate;David, was outstanding. He had me with a bid and in service in less than 20 min. If you are ever in leander and in need of an oil change swing by the Jiffy Lube and speak with David he will get you in and out before you know it.

Great experience. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didnt need and my oil change was done quickly. The complementary vacuum was a plus and the guy even moved the kids toys to vacuum more.

This place is awesome! They give a 25% disabled vets discount, a 20% teachers discount, run great deals on Groupon. The service guy, Dustin W. is super friendly.
