I had issues with pool pump - it had trouble starting. Andy was the first pool company to respond and to show up to my emergency. He explained what needs to be done and how it needs to be done - the least expensive and the fast solution (to replace the run capacitor). He also answered my questions about my pool filter that had some issues as well. In addition, he noticed I am using the wrong pool robot and explained why it is so hard to make him to work and advised there is very inexpensive robot that I can buy online under $100 that is actually designed to work in my pool. The service call was free. Andy did not charge for the information and solution for my pool issues. Cant recommend him enough!

Top notch service. Needed some repairs done on our pool so we called a few places for estimates. Andy was referred to me by a co worker that Pool Zone takes care of. He had nothing but good things to say. He did mention that they forgot to come out 1 week but made up for it and was very apologetic about it. Well I decided to call them and Mr. Andy was not only helpful on the phone he also offered to come inspect my issue. Other 2 companies just wanted to charge me close to $3800. The very next day Mr. Andy came out and inspected my issue and explained everything that was going on. Total cost of repairs were just under $3k. Thanks guys and looking forward to swinning during the winter months.

We recently moved to a home with a pool and wanted to learn how to clean and maintain it ourselves. Andy at Pool Zone was extremely helpful! He came out to teach us about our equipment, and how to clean it, what to buy, etc. Very friendly; highly recommend this company.

My husband and I just purchase a new home that has a pool and spa,We have never had a pool before . Our neighbor has a pool so we ask them if they new a good poolService company, they pool us they have been using Pool Zone for the last 10 years,And love the service . So I called and andy came out that same day .Andy explained our pool too us and answered all our questions. We decided to let pool zonedo weekly service on our pool they have done a great job on our pool.Andy even came out on New Years eve when we could not get our heater to work,for our partyAndy fixed the problem and said no charge. I highly recommend pool zone for all pool and spa needs

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! The owner of this company is completely rude and unreasonable. They replastered my whole pool 2 yrs ago and have been taking care of it ever since. My pool now has stains from not being cleaned properly, his son, who cleans the pool, broke the gate to my back yard and left it unlocked without telling me. He also stood on my Roman staircase surrounding my pool and busted it up, I caught him in the act! When I called the owner, he began belittling me and then accused of me of not paying for this month yet, when I paid last month for 2 months!! He was laughing when I explained that I would be at risk if someone got in my back yard and drowned. Then he refused to take care of my pool anymore! What a louse!! I see where another person gave them a bad review and the owner called her crazy! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Andy did an excellent job of installing an upgrade to my pools automation system.Andy gave us a fare price, best of the 3 we got .he answered all of our questions we had to operate the new system, and even helped us over the phone on the 4th of July when we fogot how to turn the heater on for the spa.We have used Andy and pool zone for over 10 years, they are the best in my book .

We called Andy at pool zone on the day before mother’s day and he came out and made our pool look so good .We recommend Andy and his sons!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Rude and unprofessional! Broke things while cleaning and never notified us or anything! Left the back gate open for who knows how long because the son broke it!!!! And don’t even try to bring any issues or problems up to the owner because he won’t take you seriously ESPECIALLY if you’re a woman. We have been dealing with these jerks for 2 years and we’ve had enough of them! Do yourself a favor and DONT even bother!

RUDE AND UNREASONABLE OWNER! Unfortunately, we were very happy with the owner’s son Daryl who performed our weekly service. He was very friendly and did a great job every time. However his father is a different story and is the owner of the company. He is, totally irrational, ALWAYS SMELLS OF ALCOHOL, is extremely rude, talks over you and yells at you if there is any kind of issue at all.After gathering up multiple estimates to replaster our pool (including one from Pool Zone) we chose to go with another company. On May 21st we called Andy’s son Daryl and told him that we would not be needing any pool service for a couple of weeks while we get the pool replastered. Andy the owner also knew that we were having the pool replastered.Today May 29th the company we hired completed the plastering job so we called Andy with Pool Zone to resume pool cleaning service. Andy told me that he had dropped us as customers because we did not let him know that we were having the pool done and that he had been trying to reach us for three weeks wondering why we our pool was empty and why we weren’t using him for service?!!!!!!This is a complete lie, and he knew from the very beginning that we were having the pool replastered because we even asked him for an estimate!!! He also came by and saw the empty pool so why would he need to reach us about service??? The truth is .... He decided to drop us because we did not go with his company to do the plaster job!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AS LONG AS ANDY THE OWNER IS STILL IN CHARGE. Horrible horrible Customer Service and some of our neighbors have said they have experienced Andy’s irrational behavior and also smelled alcohol on him as well!

These people broke the gate at my mothers house then refused to fix it and also told her they were not going to service her pool anymore i would not recommend useing this company. Very bad customer service!
