We found the home we wanted to buy and needed to sell our house quickly. Caleb was great to work with. He was upfront about the process and offered us a fair price. There were no hidden fees and we knew what to expect throughout the entire process. This was hands down the easiest real estate transaction I have ever been part of.

I just finished up a project for Rigby Home Buyers and it was, well painless. They truly were top notch. It was actually fun. And fun at work is not something Ive felt In a long time. They were excellent listeners energetic to talk shop as we call it. They taught me a great deal about networking and that advertising is very important as well as direct interaction with there vendors . But most of all was there willingness to try my new yet up coming business. They trusted with a level acceptable for the situation which didnt make me full uncomfortable and they did business with a good level of positive affirmation . They were honest and chast in there dealing and kept to there word and even went above and beyond and gave a bonuses. Yes this has been only a short time since Ive known them, but if their behavior and actions towards me are an example of what their future motives and business ethics and values are, then theyre top-notch grade-A to do business with and i recommend them highly. And the big property sales companies out there....... And management companies..... watch out you got a new team out there. There in-tune and in sync .

The process of purchasing our home was quite surprisingly easy and quick along with a mutually suitable sale price. We especially liked their genuine understanding of our sentiments of this property being our family residence for so many years.

In the beginning when I was selling one of my houses. I picked Rigby Home Buyers. It was a hard decision to make and unfortunately I feel like I could have picked someone better. The whole process took over a year. Before I chose them they put on an awesome show. After I signed with them. It turned into a run around. I knew they bought this house simply to flip it. I wanted it out of my life. Yes, it was a very old, run down house due to the tenants that occupied it and ended up getting evicted. I believe these home buyers to be fairly new. If I had a question I couldnt get any sort of answer without jumping through a lot of hoops. It appeared as if there was very little knowledge to be found. I started to become just a bit too frightened. I honestly thought this house I sold would never bring me my profit. There was a point in time I thought it was a scam. Luckily it wasnt. They did hire an attorney for me and they did pick up the bill. That was indeed very gracious of them. Because of that I will give them an extra star. Once that happened communication became almost non existent. At one point I did send an email to everyone involved, saying Hey guys this is Shelley. Remember the one selling this house. That caught their attention momentarily. I never could figure out why the attorney did not communicate with me very proffesionally. The home buyers and my attorney communicated often and very well. Finally the sell was completed and yes I received my funds. There was one stipulation that never came to fruition. I was to be allowed to go into the house and remove any of my personal belongings. I did ask the buyers when this could happen and the request was pushed aside for one reason or another. I finally drove out that way and spoke with a neighbor who did inform me that yes the buyers had been there. It wasnt a mistake because that neighbor knew their names. They also knew the tenants were long gone. The issue with that is the buyers consistantly told me they hadnt been there and the tenants were still moving out. That was the biggest reason I was not allowed to visit the house. The buyers repeatedly told me they had yet to visit the house and they wanted to before I removed what was left of my personal belongings. And two, the tenants had not vacated. Both of those reasons were not true. I of course was quite upset. My initial plans were to confront these buyers in detail but I decided not to. I briefly spoke with them and I simply made it clear that I was not being told the truth. I finished with nevermind I dont need to go there and I wished them good luck. My opinion is they will indeed need a lot of good luck if they are to succeed in the future doing business like they did with me. I have mentioned no names simply because of the nature of this transaction.

Not sure how my wife found them but it was a blessing. A dream come true for us! Caleb worked within our timeline and purchased our home as is. No Realtors or Buyers to deal with. Easy, friendly and fair. Thanks again!
