Sonia is very professional. Listens very well to clients and is fun to work with. As someone who bought a new build home I feel that she worked very hard to make sure both parties upheld their ends of the contract. She really advocated to the home builder that they had to change things that were not being done per the agreement. Despite her best efforts our home was still built poorly but that was not her fault.

Sonia is extremely professional, but doesnt take herself so seriously that she cant be personable and fun.She is great to work with because she takes time to understand what a client wants, while balancing that with insights she can offer from her own experience.
