Josh is awesome! We were first time home buyers so I had no clue about anything in the process, and honestly I was really scared about the financing part. He did a fantastic job alleviating all of our fears, and introducing us to his many real-estate contacts from mortgage brokers to carpet cleaners. I knew I wanted a modern home, so I sent him a home I liked South of Salt Lake, and he was able to find a builder in the clearfield area willing to work with me. Any questions I had, he could get the answer to, and he had great suggestions on features a new home should have in our market. In the end I got a custom 4300sq ft prairie style modern with an 1100 Sq ft garage, on just over 1/3 acre, on a paved dead end (safer for my kids). We love our new home and cant thank Josh enough for his support. In the future we will use him again for sure!

Josh and his team are wonderful to work with. I had a pretty small budget and was looking for a while throughout the craziness of 2020 and found a wonderful home with his help. He was quick to get me information on listings as soon as they were posted to get me a walkthrough and any questions answered as soon as possible. Very professional and helpful every step of the way. Working with Josh & Matt has been the best experience over the last 5 years. Starting out with buying our families first home which went about as smooth as anyone could ask for to 4 years later helping us sell this home and buy our second home. Matt and Josh were great to work with! We came to them very last minute for their help in purchasing a new home as our previous realtor plans fell through the day before flying out to house hunt, and it couldnt have gone better or been a better experience. They immediately made us finding the right house a priority. My wife and I worked with Matt and Josh to buy a house. We were very impressed with their service. We had initially been looking in Layton and ended up buying in Bountiful. We bought our first home with the help of another realtor and didn’t have a great experience. So, when we decided to sell and purchase a new home, we knew we wanted to shop around for realtors. We happened upon Matt and Josh on Zillow and we ARE SO GLAD WE DID!! Josh was great to work with. He found us a home beyond what we thought we could afford within our price range, and in a great neighborhood. Also, they have kept a good relationship with us since the sale by inviting us to customer appreciation events. For example, around Easter they sponsored an Easter Egg Hunt, they have sponsored events at the Trampoline Park, Black Island Farms, and other fun places.
