We chose Adam to sell our house after vetting several agents because he was responsive, highly rated, professional and knowledgable. But after signing with Adam things went sideways. Responsiveness dropped: we would not hear about our offers till a day or two after unless we called him or Brittany. Professionalism dropped: we had a tenant issue, not caused by Adam, but which his response worsened. Our trust in him dropped: Adam would say one thing, but screenshots of his texts said another.Ultimately, we sold our house quickly for what we wanted, but this was probably just the market. Not sure if we were an anomaly but working with Adam was extremely frustrating and we were glad to be done. We were quite angry and regretted our choice.
