Breath of fresh air! Worked alongside Jacqueline Hoff on a complex transaction recently. There were so many details to be handled behind the scenes, and Jacqueline effectuated them all seamlessly. My realtor was out of town and unable to show us a home Jacqueline was selling. I called Jacqueline to see if she could show us the home and she gave me attitude and seemed really put out by the request. She said she was way too busy and seemed super irritated. After a minute of talking she finally said she would see if a colleague could show us and that she would call me back. Needless to say she never called me back or even text me to let me know either way. Horrible service and I feel bad for anyone that gets stuck with her as a realtor. I would rate zero stars if I could.
