I love being a member here! The staff is above excellent and akways have smiles for me when I come in! They are so accommodating and helpful! I love it EVERY time I go! I would recommend this (and have) to all my friends! Top notch facility!

I had a decent experience till i had something come up and went to cancel. When i signed up the lady’s exact words were if you don’t love it you can cancel after 3 months. I should have read my contract better because clearly they swindle you by not explaining the full thing. What she should have said is, “ you can cancel for a big fat fee, but really you will have to pay for 5 months.”Apparently you can cancel after 3 months, but you have to pay $99 for the 5 month contract even if you aren’t going to use it. I’m about to have surgery and won’t be able to use it for months. But will still be paying regardless . If she would have explained that part i would have never signed up because i knew i wouldn’t be able to use it for a while after the 3 months.It’s hard to book nothings ever available and it’s just not worth it honestly. I actually had heard this exact thing from a mutual friend and was worried after i signed up that i was going to have issues, but here we are having issues. Dishonest is what this place is. And i will be letting every one i know not to go here which is sad because I’m in this industry myself. I posted on fb and Instagram so people at least know what they’re getting into. Not happy and will not be returning.

I want to say a special thank you to Katie who called me in my darkest place when my husband was hospitalized and gave me so much support when I needed it the most. Katie is such a wonderful person instead and out and when out of her way to reach out to me because she was concerned when I didnt show up for my standing appointments, but it didnt stopped there she continues to check up on me and my husbands condition. Im truly greatful for her and the other staff. They go beyond there work duties and make you feel as if you are family. I cant thank them enough

Thre staff was super friendly and very accommodating. They made me and both my daughters feel very welcome and very comfortable even with our social anxieties. If I could rate this Place 1 through 10 I would pick 11. Thank you ladies for being so kind so generous and just having great beautiful personalities that are very much appreciated.

Everyone there is extremely professional- lovely ladies! I love this place - I just wish they had more red light pods, hydration pods- it’s so busy - those two pods are extremely popular and hard to get into during prime time hours during the week. I highly recommend this place!!! They are outstanding in customer service!! The best ever!!

I love the red light bed and massage chair because they help reduce the inflammation in my body due to autoimmune disease. I also feel great after a 15 minute HOTWORX cycle session to sweat out toxins. Going to Planet Beach consistently has helped me feel my best. The team that works there are awesome.

I love Planet Beach ⛱ 💜 I feel like I am going to an expensive day spa, everytime I go! But, the monthly unlimited plan is really reasonable! I love the hotworx workouts & their spray tans are beautiful & even.

Exercising, for me, was not easy, keeping myself motivated was the hardest part, when I started doing hot yoga, hot rowing and other awesome sessions it was very difficult at first but didn’t stop me from going back. I’ve been working out at Planet Beach on a daily basis now. Plus, their massage options are AMAZING especially the hydration bed, thanks Katie for all your help and support through this journey.Definitely they keep social distancing and sanitation procedures at the top of their priorities. Book your solo session online and you can also bring a friend for free workout.Amazing and super friendly staff at all times.By far, best workout I’ve ever done.

My hot yoga session was so uplifting, every time I come here I leave with a positive mind and my body feels great. And what can I say about the staff, they are incredible, Katie always makes me feel welcomed. I love coming here because of the excellent guest service.

I just enjoyed my first free session. I love the relaxing environment. Ive been an athlete my whole life but after several injuries and as I age, Im looking for something that will still keep me in shape and get the burn I want without the injuries. The are many other things offered as well. Ill definitely be returning.

Ive only been coming here for the past three days, but I absolutely love it! Been doing Hot yoga and other spa treatments. My blood pressure is down, I feel lighter and happier, and they have the sweetest and friendliest staff! Its so much better than the gym!

Planet beach was the best investment in providing health that I invested in my life. Im Brazilian and Im 1 year and1/2 married with an American man and I gained 47 pounds here, and it caused my health to fall, but after I started working my body in this incredible place, my health started to improve, Im losing weight easy and the best thing about this place Is my depression finish. I made friends, one of them is the employee Amy Simpson who is very friendly and makes me feel at home, the service is VIP. I really enjoy my workouts here. Great customer service, great facility, great workout.It is frustrating now that they require you to have a shirt on even when you’re in your individual sauna boxes.

I love the services. The staff is amazing. I got a little lost on contract vs monthly cost was not adding up. However even at the much higher prices then anticipated, it still adds up to a great value. I was prepared to pay cash for services at prices I thought they where. Over all still a five star on service. I give the staff a perfect 10...

I just love the staff and the services at planet Beach Layton. Everyday I get off work at 5 and I haul my butt down there so I can get my blood pumping in the hot row and hydration station and then relax with a massage and a tan. Ive been going every day for 30 days and if I do a comparison of pictures side-by-side wow what a difference. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

You can tell a lot about a company by the way staff talks to you on the phone, treats you when you walk into the door, does the business provide a positive environment for staff, and how customers feel when they leave the place of business.I first called to find out more information. I always say say hello followed by my name. The rep remembered my name and throughout our conversation. I’m terrible with names so I can’t tell you who I spoke with.Loved how I was treated over the phone so I thought I would take a tour. When I walked there was a customer working with a staff member. The customer was smiling and leaving positive feedback to staff member. The customer finished her conversation with staff member and left with a smile.The staff member treated me with a smile and asked how she could help me. I told her who I was and she remembered talking me. She walked out behind the desk and shook my hand. She was professional dressed and you could tell she loved working there.We talked a little while and she offered me a tour. I definitely said yes. She took me to each section and was informative not pushy. I was able to talk to customers. They were definitely happy because they walk/talked with a smile. They left saying see you next time vs. Finally that’s over.Pricing is very reasonable. There is know place you can go and get a massage, workout, and tanning for the membership price. A massage alone will set you back at least $60. The membership is unlimited for a month.Definitely check it out. I don’t think you will find it’s a waste of your time or money.

I always have a great experience at Planet Beach in Layton. Amy is always so nice and sweet, her enthusiasm adds to my enjoyment!

So I am always questioning someone who says things like red light therapy, or infrared lights, Or hydro massage. What does that even mean and what will it do for me? Well, let me tell you question no further. I did an infrared rowing class for 15 min and felt like I’d worked out for an hour I love working out and I loved that I could do it in 15 min. It was an awesome workout too. Then I did a roll class in the box and wow it was awesome. Then I did the stone massage bed and the hydro massage. Wow, what an awesome day I had. The staff there is absolutely amazing and tended to my every need. Everything was clean. I will be returning soon but you should go try something today!!

I loved doing hot yoga at Planet Beach! The instruction was great and very doable. I really appreciated the impact on my day, even after just 10 minutes!I also tried the water massage table - very relaxing and rejuvenating.

I love the hot yoga and can be done in half the time of other yoga classes. The staff is very attentive and pleasant every time I go. The red light therapies are my favorite facial treatment. The spray tan is private and a great product that lasts a long time.

I absolutely Love 💗 Planet Beach. I have the unlimited pass, It’s a must have. My favorite place to workout 🏋️‍♀️ And relax. The saunas help my aching muscles and joints so that I’m able to maximize my workouts. I also Love the unlimited access to the many spa treatments. My favorite spa treatments that I enjoy are the massage chair with red light facial, the red light therapy bed, spray tans and tanning bed. I started going to planet beach because i was having major I-T band issues which was effecting my knees and mobility. I had been going to a physical therapy but it seemed like i fixed one thing another came up. Decided I needed to try something else. Spoke with Carrie Baugh and decided to give it a try becaused I dont want this pain to be a new normal.it was slow but after 1 year I pretty much pain free and so much better. I have been doing Red Light Therapy 2-3 times a week and Infared hot yoga & Bike 2-3 times a week.

Kind of run down on the inside, not sure how often the equipment is cleaned. Some items had broken pieces on them. The monthly membership seems way too expensive for the services offered. But the free jade roller massage while I had to wait was nice. Having to wait over 30 extra minutes because some lady wouldnt get out of the room was not polite and really put me off of wanting to go back.

This location is beautiful! I love the concept of Planet Beach. I love the wellness side of this spa and really enjoy visiting all the locations across the globe!

I didnt think I would like exercising in a hot box but it is wonderful. Then I can get a massage and have little to no recovery time from exercise.

After many disappointments we decided to cancel our membership and move it to Clinton. Clinton has been awesome but Layton has been horrible about it. I paid my two months up front to still keep services and they totally kicked me out so I can no longer use the app and Clinton couldnt even look up my info. After reading other reviews it looks like many others had multiple double booked appointments, a really bad mothers day experience, could never get a hold of them on the phone, and also thought the place was ran poorly. Layton lost 3 customers from our family, Clinton gained 3 and we are very happy there.

My daughter bought me a gift card for 4 visits for me and two friends as a Christmas gift. Realizing they were about to expire I called to schedule the appointments. I was put on hold two times- one of them for almost 5 minutes before I was “helped”. The girl could not get my name right. I told her-even spelled it- 3 times before she got it. My names not unusual or difficult. She didn’t understand that I had received a “gift card”- I had to literally read verbatim what the card said before she got it. She then refused to schedule my appointment. By this time I’m extremely frustrated and asked for a manager which she also refused and told me to call back when I could be “nicer”. She then hung up on me. I’m so disgusted with the disrespect I received over the phone from this establishment.

Oh my.... that was wonderful!!! Amy and Ana were so hospitable. I had the best night and it was needed desperately. Im going to sleep sooooo good tonight!!❤️❤️

I hate giving negative reviews - in fact I never write reviews because I don’t want to upset anyone. However, this is the second time on Sunday I have arrived at the location at 12:20 and nobody is here. Hours posted on door says they open at 11, and the open sign is on. They even have a “Mother’s Day” special posted on the door. But, the door is locked and nobody answers the phone or door. Whoever is in charge of the spa, needs to fix this or post later hours to accommodate. You just lost three customers while I waited. (2 others came and left). Sorry for the review, I was really looking for a positive Mother’s Day experience.

I rarely leave a negative review but I had too many disappointments here. First, a lot of my appointments were double booked. Second, I was told by staff I couldn’t do any services without buying their products to enhance the service. Not true! Lastly, I requested to cancel my account in January and it took them 4 months to get it right. I paid 4 months that should not have been paid for because nobody ever cancelled my account. I no longer have a membership there.
