After 4 years at this gym I can say that I’m done. Rules are not followed, no one is held accountable, and the staff leaves much to be desired. Equipment is outdated or often broken. The staff doesn’t seem to care about it’s members or the equipment for that matter. 4 years there and they still don’t know my name. Also not power lifter friendly, one bench press, one squat rack and apparently their trainers will yell at you for deadlifting despite doing so twice a week for 4 years. Overall very disappointed in this gym as I have voiced my concerns and they have never been listened to. Leaving for greener pastures.

They say they practice being safe and being clean.Gym is usually a mess and barely ever cleaned.Gym is far from maintained appropriately.Also canceling is a major pain. This is usually associated with a shady company.

No staff available ever. Basically impossible to contact them for any reason, even after paying for a membership. Very unprofessional.

This used to be a good relaxed gym but there are always kids (I believe high school) taking up all the space and equipment when I go after work. I had to cancel because management didnt do anything about it.

I was in town for Thanksgiving and Snap Fitness let me have a great price for a very reasonable fee. I was able to workout everyday of my visit even on Thanksgiving!! It was terrific to have a place to go and blow off some steam working out. The management was kind, friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of cardio and weight lifting options.

I love this gym. Its a great location, its small but has plenty of equipment, and its affordable for a 24hr gym. Im only bumping it down two stars because their janitorial services are sooo lacking. The bathrooms are never fully clean and not just small stuff. Piss on the outside of toilet bowls, gunk on the tiles and walls, dirty shower floors, etc. The equipment could be cleaned better too. They clearly clean the parts they think people are using / can see and leave the rest to collect dust. Get a better cleaning crew!

Equipment is great, good crowd usually, staff is fine for the most part. I go because I really like the environment, equipment, and the way theyve rearranged everything. Theyve hooked up some of my friends with good deals on sign up; not me - so that sucked, I had to pay a lot to get started back when they didnt have the promotion going, so that was a turn off.

I love this chain of gyms and especially this one. Really private, affordable, great equipment, and hardly anyone there. Not to mention its 24 hours

The facility ia good and does the job for the people living in this area. Management is pretty weak, I have requested a cancellation 4months prior to this review and I have been paying for the the membership I have requested to cancel as it was in autopay. New management does not respond well and did not offer me refund or at least extended membership.

My wife and I have been going for 2 months now and love it. when we went to other gyms we felt like we had to be body builders to fit in and at snap we dont have that feeling at all. most people I have notice while Im there are people just trying to loose weight or stay in shape so makes people such as my wife and I really comfortable. thank you for letting us use your gym!

Really nice equipment, clean, and well maintained. Not overly crowded

I love coming here to this gym, the staff are really nice and friendly! Theres plenty of cardio machines to choose from, and they have most of the machines I need for my workouts.Theres only 2 bathrooms, and they are showers as well, so if you have to go to the bathroom and theres two people showering, you might just have to sprint to Maverick.My only other complaint is that no one ever racks their weight, but thats not the gyms fault!Overall I love this place, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

I contacted them to cancel my membership and have now been charged twice. The first one I assumed was because I didnt cancel in time to stop the payment. But now it seems for some reason they didnt actually cancel my membership. I plan to contact them after leaving this review to hopefully get it taken care of.

I have been going to this snap fitness for well over a year now. I do enjoy the gym for the small size and lack of people. However, they are very slow to replace old or broken equipment.

I would rate this gym 4-5 if it wasn’t filled with children literally anytime we try to go, who don’t take the gym seriously and just take up most of the equipment.

Not as crowded as most 24-hour gyms..works well for those on shift work.
