By far one of the best gyms Ive been to. Its very clean, the equipment is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. With a great monthly fee and 24/7 access Its definitely worth it!

This gym really cares about their people! I do the personal training there with Julie, who is absolutely amazing! I can talk to her outside of training on any given day with questions or concerns and get help with what I’m doing. She cares about my success and I’m not just a number like all the other gyms. Plus side, it’s clean, the people are friendly, they are locally owned, and they are 24 hours!

Great Gym! You can feel free there and dont have to worry about others judging you like many other gyms, they did a great job of creating a community of everyone going for the same goal and helping each-other get there!

I love the 24/7 aspect. I can go whenever and its not crowded, which really helps with my crazy schedule and the facility is really nice.

I highly recommend Julie K as an excellent personal trainer. Two weeks after my PT started, pains on my body had changed greatly. She knows very well, how to help you reach your goals.

Finally found the perfect gym! Friendly staff, super clean, loads of equipment, and classes! But what sets this gym apart from the rest is their personal trainers! After several accidents I was hesitate to go to the gym, afraid of re-injuring myself; but my personal trainer Julie is amazing! Her positive energy, and focus to ensure my form is spot on, and makes the needed adjustments in my training to fit me. I trust her and know she will assist me in succeeding! Thanks Julie!!!!

Its small, doest have all the bling amenities of the big box gyms but its crazy clean, the equipment always works and if youre serious about living healthy their personal trainers are second to none! Its more than just the gym, its nutrition combined with workouts and tailored to your time availability, your bodies responses & your real life.

Never been more motivated to hit my goals and the trainers there have never given up when I was. Its the most homey gym feeling. So much respect for what Evolution has become.

The best gym in town. The front staff is always do nice and willing to help in anyway. I love that you can come in at anytime and dont have to weight around for someone to be done using a machine. I can just go in and get my workout done. Cameron is so knowledgeable in fitness and he knows how to get you to reach your fitness goals. Jordan is always there to help you in the front desk. I definitely recommend them.

Super clean and an awesome atmosphere to workout in. Judge free atmosphere as well which is always a plus when going to a gym.

I called the gym to cancel my membership today due to my pregnancy and they told me my membership is automatically renewed for the next 6 months, which means that I am not allowed to cancel it until 6 months later. I was told theres nothing they could do and I have to pay for another 150 dollars because I called too late (2 days after reviewal). Anyways my bank has helped me blocked their auto payment. For those of you who think you may cancel the membership with them anytime, be careful. It is not that flexible. they may ask you to pay for another 150 dollars, even though you are not using the gym for the next 6 months.Update:The owner of the gym called me in person and sincerely apologized for my customer service experience. The membership was canceled without further charge. I gave the business one star at first, but decided to change to 4 stars after our conversation. I realized the girl I spoke to the other day was newly hired and may not know how to help her customer in the best way. Hope theres improvement in future.

I always like coming here because of the management. Im greeted every time as if Im family. The equipment is always clean and serviced. There is a small cardio room with a big screen that shows movies while you run, bike, or walk. One recommendation would be to add one additional ab machine. Thats just preference though. Great place to work out if you like small gyms.

Im a new member and Im enjoying going. Nice equipment, nice people, no crowds. I like working the heavy bag after workouts. Im getting stronger, fitter and more confident.

Ive reviewed before, but just wanted to leave another! So this gym is AWESOME! The staff are super-friendly and helpful, the trainers are educated and knowledgable (all of them!), theres tons of up-to-date equipment, theres a cute little retail nutrition section and smoothie station, and ITS clean!! Even before Covid, they had cleaners cleanin and there are several sanitizing areas. Did I mention how cool the members are! I love my gym peeps! Thanks Evolution!

I signed up at this gym when it first opened. It is a smaller gym. The machines are clean and well kept. I had a small issue here in the past and management was quick to resolve it, even exceeding my expectations in their resolution. I think they genuinely try and do the right thing by their members. This is a great place to work out. I would recommend.

I live in Illinois and was in Layton for my niece’s graduation recently. My sister is a member and recommended that I go to keep in shape while in Layton. Julie signed me up for a 3-day free trial and $5 visits after that. The equipment and atmosphere was great for my needs even though I do much in the water at my local YMCA. Thanks so much—I didn’t miss a beat in my routine!

Ive had other gym memberships and other trainers in the past, but none of those experiences compare to Cameron Brown and the experience I have at Evolution Personal Training.CAMERON: He always listens and reevaluates my training and nutrition programs to make sure i can get the most out of the time I am willing or can put in at the gym. Life happens, and he seems to understand that, with him i feel like its not the all-or-nothing mentality that Ive gotten other places. BONUS: when I ask a question about training/nutrition he always answers. and not with the whole, well...look at my biceps, theyre big, kind of answers that Ive received before (looking at you Eddy), but with actual Science.THE GYM: Its a close atmosphere with lots of friendly familiar faces and plenty of equipment to go around and on the rare occasion when machines/racks are all being used my experience has been the people here have always willing to share. Its just a different atmosphere than big name gyms.If youre considering a gym membership youd be crazy not to give Cameron and his trainers a shot. try it for 2 months. IF YOU DO WHAT HE SAYS YOU WILL HAVE RESULTS. If youre serious about changing your lifestyle Cameron has your back. he deserves 6-stars.

Love this gym!!! Accessible 24/7. Super clean. Its not very big like other gyms so its not super intimidating. All the classes and staff are amazing! I suggest the Zumba classes, they are awesome! Overall great great place to get in shape!

Was visiting from out of state and needed to maintain my routine. Tried Golds but they lacked adequate equipment. Went to Evolution and they totally hooked me up. Very friendly staff, super clean, non-intimidating atmosphere, plenty of equipment. Great experience. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this gym and trainer. The gym is great, easily accessible and has all the equipment needed for my workouts. Cameron Brown is an incredible trainer who has helped me with my fitness goals! Best 24/7 gym Ive been to. They keep it clean and friendly. Staff and trainers love to help with form and answer questions when you ask them. People of all ages, sizes and fitness level work out here without feeling judged. Great selection of equipment, machines AND classes.

My wife had surgery in the area and I needed to kill some time so scoped out a gym. Found Evolution. Wow, staff so friendly. The CLEANEST gym Ive ever been to. Great equipment. I doubt I have an occasion to do so but if Im ever in the area again wouldnt hesitate to go here.

Very small which is nice because its not intimidating. Its colorful which makes it very comfortable and homey. The staff will stop what they are doing to assist you and never make you feel silly if you have a question. Obviously the trainers are amazing and the best one, Marie, has such an amazing attitude and outlook on life. Shes helped me build confidence and stop using the scale to define myself. I also love the guy who either owns or co-owns the gym actually go there and involve himself. From the movie theatre, to the tanning, to the amazing classes offered. You will definately feel at home in this gym. Ive been to Golds, VASA, and SNAP but they all lacked what this place has. Structure, homey, non judgemental, wonderful, and caring environment and trainers. Make the switch.

I really loved my experience and results with Cameron!!! I actually began following his suggestions and saw the results I wanted, just in time for me to get pregnant again. I liked the smaller less crowded gym space and access to my trainer right there if I had any questions. Its much easier to focus with less people there, and people with the same goals as you. And its less intimidating than the bigger gyms, which I also used and because of Cameron had the resources and knowledge to feel confident and comfortable working out. I recommend my friends and family to Evilution personal training.

Cameron is a great trainer. He has given my wife and I great information and tools to be able to take control of our eating and exercise habits. He is also very nice and understanding about your individual situation. The gym is great too!

I have to say this is a great gym! Me and my husband say “Vasa and Planet fitness could learn quite a few things from this place” and we wish we lived up here so we could go here everyday, great staff, clean equipment, friendly atmosphere and they have a well priced supplement bar. I checked out the classes an loved them and my husband checked out the weight lifting equipment and was impressed! Overall 5/5

Love going to the gym here. A clean facility, no judgement, and great child care services. Great selection of equipment and reasonably costs to go here. Has a warm welcome everytime you walk through the door!

No phone calls sent me to collections after shutting down for covid expect me to not avoid a contract and still pay them !!

Cameron is a great trainer and the new gym is really nice. I have seen tons of progress in four months and I am looking forward to seeing more progress as I train with Cameron. I knew little about exercise and eating right before joining and I feel like I have learned a ton. Great place if you are looking for a new trainer or gym.

Cameron is amazing, he is so compassionate and encouraging! I feel so much more comfortable working out here than at a big corporate gym, the atmosphere is not chaotic or overwhelming. He works right with you to achieve the goals you set for yourself.

Evolution has changed my life! After having 5 kids I never thought I could be in the best shape of my life! My husband and I have learned so much from Cameron in the last year. He cares so much about us and our success! I send everyone I know to him because he is that amazing!!

Nice gym, good equipment, staff is nice, but not a lot of room to move around especially when busy. Cleaning staff is my only problem, they are rude and will clean right where you are working out, they act like the paying customer is in their way.

Cant say enough about this place. I have been attending this gym since September of 2015 I have lost over 40lbs, and I am at 7% body fat.Cameron cares about his clients and wants them to succeed.There have been some great improvements made to the equipment, new coverings on the benches, added another treadmill.I have been to the big gyms and I dont like the atmosphere. Here people will talk to you and be friendly.Camerons plan works, follow it and you wont regret it! Try and find a better price for a personal trainer that includes a gym in the cost.
