Our original insurance for home, auto, and life was through a family friend. We thought we were getting good rates and coverage. We went from the 2 of us to a family of 5 in 2 years and figured we needed to re-evaluate at least the life insurance coverage. I met Jordan and he suggested sitting and going over options and plans. I originally had a $250k life insurance coverage and my wife had the same. After sitting with Jordan we discovered how much we were overpaying just on our home and auto insurance and that he could get us better coverage for an even better rate. The money he was able to save us allowed us to increase our life insurance through Farm Bureau to 1 million for me and $750 for my wife. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Low pressure approach and extremely helpful about why some coverages are needed, recommended, or not a good fit. What I also love is how responsive he is. I had a rock hit my windshield recently and was able to call him same day and find out what I needed to do and what was covered. He’s very quick to respond to his customers. He keeps up to date and has check ins with them letting them know of increases or decreases for each year. I was with my former insurance for 6 years and never heard from them unless I needed a change. I hear from Jordan about every 6 months and appreciate the check ups. I highly recommend Jordan Spicer.

Jordan is awesome, for our first meeting he came over to our house and answered all the questions me and my wife had. And showed us additional options that didn’t feel like he was trying to up-sale or push onto us. After adding additional vehicles and teenage drivers to my policy, I was really dreading the renewal process and was preparing myself for an ugly premium increase. Jordan and his staff, however, were able to able to make things much, much less expensive than Id feared and put up with a lot of slow reponses from my end in getting the necessary matters accomplished. Becuase of their efforts, I wasnt even tempted to shop around as Id comtemplated when the whole process began.
