I switched our home and auto insurance to Allstate & Glen Toomer about 5 months ago and I am so happy I did. We had been with American Family for over 20 years and I got tired of our rates always climbing even though we had no claims and excellent credit. I couldnt believe the rate difference, we saved over $500. a year with better coverage. Had to have a windshield replaced last week. I reported claim, called recommended glass company and they came to our home the very next day. That was also the day before Christmas, thought Id have to wait until after holiday. They did an awesome job, and waived my deductible, so again I saved an additional $370. I would have had to pay with previous insurance company if I were still with them when this happened. I started with Glen under my parents when I was 16, my dad has been friends with him since they were young. When I got married and needed insurance of my own I thought I needed to be independent and moved away from Allstate just to find that the customer service was terrible at the other place I went and they lied to me about the money I would be saving and it ended up costing more than Allstate. I immediately came back to Glen and they accepted me with open arms and didnt make it awkward. After 14 years with them I couldnt be happier.
