My wife and I had her for our agent for home and auto insurance. I had an accident in July with someone who also had American family insurance but a different agent. Katrina office was of no use. They didnt even call or try to help. I had more phone calls from them trying to upsell me products then them trying to help with my auto accident. Her office is more interested in taking your money than helping. If I could give them negative stars I would.
