Lisa Olsen is very approachable and she and her team have always been available to answer my questions. For example, I had a windshield glass claim that they made simple for me to quickly get addressed. It’s all I can ask for in an insurance provider.

I have been with Allstate for about a year now and have great coverage and I love that every year we drive safe our deductible goes down that is very nice. Lisa is very helpful and if she is busy one of her team members will help me out and they all have vast knowledge of what they are doing!

I have been getting at least 5 calls a day and one day I got 28 calls from a call center asking if they can give me a quote on car insurance. Twice I pretended to be interested just to see who was taking all my time. Both times I was connected with an agent from this office! I asked them to stop calling me and they said they would, but the calls continue. If you like those annoying, unsolicited (and illegal) calls, then use this agency. If you are as annoyed with solicitation calls as I am, choose an agent that respects your privacy and respects FCC regulations.
