Staff is very knowledgeable and polite. Wonderful experience. Turn around time to get my car back was very quick. They did a full inspection of my car and told me what I need and what can wait.

Went to pep boys today to get my struts replaced. I get my car back and the struts are digging into my tires. It took a inch of rubber off the inside of my tires.

These guys were all great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at home. Answered all my questions and even took the time to look up whether or not I could program my Lexus RX350 with a digital speedometer. I would definitely recommend them! ...Thanks guys! 🙂

Last night, I found this store on google maps, less than a mile from my house. I scheduled first visit online for 9 am this morning from their website for an oil change and tire rotation. I discovered a no-nonsense interface which included a text reminder to my phone and setting up an appt in advance online was intuitive and quick. The next morning, I called ahead to make sure all was good. Shawn, who picked up, quickly confirmed my vehicle make and model after i stated my name. Customer service by the store manager, Lee Turner, was professional and courteous. In and out in 45 mins! Thanks guys!

Showed up for an oil change and rotation. Replaced my airfilter and from the time I walked in the door until I checked out it took a total of about 35 minutes. Absolutely excellent service!!!

Last time I use this place. Grease on inner door and console. Last time they didnt check my tire pressure and had to go back. Very disappointed. Place is very convenient and store help is nice, but technicians dont do their job and thats the reason you come.

I went to facility at 7 am to get an oil change. The attendant told me that the mechanic had not shown up and just called informing him he had just woken up. He said he would be in 15 minutes. I waited until 8 am and no mechanic. I left and continued my day. Called back sat 4 pm to find out they would need 3 hours to complete a simple oil change.Completely unacceptable behavior. Not so much upset about the 4 pm issue as the 7 am. If you open at 7 and the mechanic is over an hour late and you have customers waiting there is a BIG problem. This pep boys has been going down hill for the past year. I think they changed personnel. All the people that work there are college students. I miss the team they had there when they first opened. Helpful, polite, professional, and mature enough to show up to work on time.

I had nothing but great customer service, and politeness both while on the phone, and in person. Sean (Im sorry if I misspelled your name) was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to get in and out quickly. 10/10 will be coming back.

Best deal on tires and service

I updated my review to 4 stars instead of one because of Matt today did a good job. Usually when I come here to do my oil changes they tell me it will take 45 minutes and then it’s take them more than 2 hours to get it done. Today Matt told me it will take 45 mins and it took only 51 minutes. That is a great improvement guys. Thanks Matt.

The male manager had no clue what he was doing..my car is front wheel drive not rear wheel drive..got my money back..had to bring my car to anther shop.

I would have given it a 4-star because of how long it took to get my oil change done cause I did show up sooner that my appointed time, but this is my third time being in this store, and the staff was very kind as usual. I usually went to the one in Pike St., but they all seemed to be willing to get the customers in and out despite them being shorthanded that day. The waiting area was very nice and kept clean and the bathroom was okay. Adam, one of the newer members seemed enthusiastic about working there.

I went to get my tires rotated, and after taking my car and TWO hours of waiting, they tell me they cant rotate my tires unless I buy two tires from them! All four of my tires only have 10k miles on them, and theres absolutely nothing wrong with any of them. Dont fall for their deceitful sales schemes, and do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else.

My tire light comes on just as I began our early morning routine of dropping my children off to their respective schools. I put air in the tires yet the light didnt go off. I did a Google search for tire shops near me and this location was a mile and a half away from the last childs school. So, I went. I was acknowledged and greeted upon entering. The greeter promptly took my keys to complete a tire inspection and advised wed go from there with their findings. Well, lo and behold, they found a hook of some sort in my tire that was causing the leak! It was repaired for me at no cost whatsoever!!! I was really grateful for the courtesy that I remembered I needed to have my blades on my windshield wipers replaced, so I bought a pair! Im a very satisfied customer that will return for service AND refer others as well. Thank you for great service.

The people here are very nice and helpful. They also give you a good price. I went with my husband and kids. They were patient with my kids who were all over the place. The place may not look it but the service is what matters.

I have been to this pepboys over 4 times in the last 2-3 weeks because the tire they claim to plug continue to go back flat within a day or two! I’m not sure why but I can’t support this location any longer. LOVE the customer service but I’m not sure when it comes plugging the tire they know what their doing.

Went here for an alignment. The technicians were joking and playing games with each other instead of paying attention to the job at hand. After they finished the alignment I noticed my car steering was still crooked and not straight. I immediately drove to my mechanic who inspected my car and told me I needed new rack and pinion bushings. Pep boys could have TOLD me this while they were doing the alignment since the rack and pinion bushings are clearly visible while they are doing the alignment. Bottom line: they are not detail oriented!Secondly: I asked for a quote on what it would cost to install an oxygen sensor I had already purchased. I just needed it installed. They quoted me $270 to install an oxygen sensor that I had bought! Rip off! I went to a mechanic who installed it for $30. Shame on you, Pep Boys!

Fit me in for an alignment on a busy Saturday. Even put my broken window up without asking.

10/10 I got 4 tires + alignment here and they did a great job. They finished early and the guy working there was very friendly. They even let me sit in my car as it was aligned to make sure the corner-weights were correct when loaded so i had that EXTRA perfect track-tier alignment. Will be coming back.

Car was shaking and asked about getting tires balanced. They told me I needed four new tires, new struts, new shocks, and a new wheel hub. Went to two other places that both said the above mentioned were all fine and that I just needed to get the tires balanced. Did so, and the car runs fine. Its hard for me to not feel like they were trying to scam me out of some money for unnecessary work that would have cost more than the car was worth. The second star is because they were polite while trying to sell me snake oil, which I guess counts for something.

Got my news tires here and the customer service was great I ask to see the tires to check the date before they was installed and they let me check and also help me with other thing the price was very reasonable I did not have to wait that long and I felt very comfortable with the service I received even left our phone and they called and waited till we got back to get it even though they was closed.

I took my car in for a diagnostic and they were very efficient, and professional I will defently recommend them.

Best service I have had. Went in for a brake change, Good pricing compared to what a deals hip would charge. The Assistant Manager went above and beyond for me. I had an eran​ that needed to be done, he had to go to another PEP boys store to get a tire and since where I needed to go was on the way to the store he offered to take me along so I could accomplish that eran. Thats great customer service.

Never ever doing any business with pep boys messed up my brand new tire didn’t properly install tire plug for small screw that was in it. Went back to see if they can install my stock tire back on the car while doing that the broke my lug nut screw on the car brand new 2018 Camry. Now iam driving with 4 out of 5 lug nut, and it’s not safe to drive, staff said it’s ok to drive.

Went here to see if I could get two tires mounted. So I asked this white girl behind the counter how much it would be. Total comes out to 40 something dollars and I ask her if she could price match with Atlanta general fire or mavis tire. Atlanta general does it for $10 a tire and mavis $14.99 and she just says no. No wonder this pep boys is laying off its workers and going out of business because they are turning away customers.

My husband purchased tires with pepboys and in the purchase he got a 50%off coupon for accessories and parts when I went to Snellville location I try to purchase and battery the attendant with glasses told me they don’t accept that coupon that I will have to take it to a retail store. First of all the coupon doesn’t say that you need to be taken to a retail store and second of all when my husband got this coupon they told him he can used it at any location. I think all the pep boys need to be in the same page because this is very inconvenient for the customers.

The worst sat here for 3 hours for a oil change did not tell me what was going on or why it was taking so long. How long does it take to do a oil change and people that came in after me was getting serviced before me like seriously the worst. Then after I finished paying for the service had to wait another hour for them to bring my car out to me like it was ridiculous.

I have my work truck and company now driving from marietta to get to this Pep Boys due to the service from Lee and the guys these guys will go up and out of their way to help you with whatever you need one day I had my oil pump going out on my 1999 Jeep grand Cherokee I called Lee and he was able to diagnose and tell me how to solve the problem over the phone I’ve bought in four sets of tires from these guys and will not go anywhere else from now on I highly recommend this to anyone who cares about their cars
