I only go to Hedrick’s for repairs and maintenance. I have been going for 17 years and as a women I feel comfortable walking in by myself getting the same service/price/suggestions as it my husband walked in! I will only buy cars they can work on!!

Gary and Kevin are great. Upfront and trustworthy. My wife and I both drive imports and that is what they specialize in. Prices were good, service was fast and my appointment time actually meant something to them. Thats rare these days usually you make an appointment to wait more. Will be bringing both our vehicles here for future service and repairs. Recommend to anyone in need. Call and make appointment and they will take care of you.

Came here to have a pre-purchase inspection done. Gary was friendly, respectful, and helpful. He found issues with the Acura pretty early on in the inspection. Instead of continuing and charging me the entire amount, he only charged me for the time he did spend on the vehicle, saving me a nice little chuck of cash. Not to mention, he saved me from buying a problem. I do not live in the Lawrenceville area, but I will make it a point to come back here again.

Quick in and out battery replacement. As a woman, its important to me that I can trust an auto shop and not feel like theyre trying to take advantage of me. I was comfortable and informed at Hedricks. Ill be back for all of my car needs.

I have been letting Terry take care of my cars for about 5 years now. As a female who doesnt know ANYTHING about cars it was vital to me to find someone who would not abuse my trust and who would truly let me know what repairs I really need. Because of Terry and his advice I was able to keep my car running for almost 300k and now he is taking care of my new car. I was planning to check out a Lexus vehicle at a nearby used car lot. I called Hedricks Automotive ahead of time to see if they would be willing to check over the vehicle I was interested in. The owner was very accommodating and told me he would fit me in that day to check over the vehicle. When I arrived, they took the car in right away. The mechanic was very thorough and found some issues, such as a leaking power steering pump.

We had both our 1998 Nissan Altima and 1997 Toyota Corolla regularly serviced here several years ago. To this day Hedricks stands out as the best shop Ive ever done business with. Accurate, professional diagnosis of the issue, fair pricing and quality equipment. We only wish we still owned a make of car they service. Sorry for the lack of specific repair - and I can share those if needed - but I hated to see a quality shop have only a single negative review. As somebody who works in a repair industry, I can say that even if a customer THINKS they know they issue, you still have to do due diligence and perform your own diagnostics....and less than $50 is extremely reasonable for diagnostics..

Hedrick s gave me an appointment and honored it. The estimate for the repair was spot on. I was given a loaner car so I could go home and not sit for hours while my car was repaired. The car is running infinitely better than before they repaired it. I am glad to recommend Hedrick s to anyone with a Honda Accord.

I used Hedricks while I was living in Lilburn and they were great...Done right first time and at a great price with no upselling. Ive since moved to South Carolina and lost some of my maintenance history paperwork. A quick call and they got the service history and gave it to me over the phone so I could get what i needed done and only what I needed done at my new address. Wish i was still in Gwinnett. Hard to find a shop you cn trust even harder to leave one...tempted to drive a few hundred miles for my 180K service..Thanks Terry and company for service while I was there and assistance just now
