Wow is all I can say! This may have been my best dental experience ever, Granted I only went for my cleaning but staff gave amazing customer service from beginning to end. Comfortable, clean and very professional . Would highly recommend!

I love this center! I came to the Family Smile Center for the first time in August 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. I had heard some horror stories about other offices that were not able to keep up with the evolving safety standards, but I quickly found out that the Family Smile Center off Old Norcross Road was not one of those offices. Dr. Reynolds and her staff have done a phenomenal job staying one step ahead of COVID-19 with adept safety procedures and practices on top of maintaining a high quality standard of care. I recently moved from Dunwoody to East Point and decided to stay with this office and endure the lengthy commute because this office is THAT GOOD. I never leave reviews but was compelled to do so this time because I had to share my experience. 11/10 recommend!

Very thorough and patient dentist. She gives her recommendations (Pros and cons of the available options) without pressure; allowing the patient to ultimately choose what plan is suites them. Dr. Reynolds-Morgan is extremely personable and makes great efforts in getting to know her patients. Also, she personally did my cleaning! I’ve never had a dentist do my cleaning. I think the hygienist had something else going on at the time, so instead of having me wait she took the initiative herself. Which further let’s me know she supports her staff. I’m more than pleased with my new dentist!

My family of 5 have been going to Family Smile Center since 2010. We love the relationships we have with the admin staff, dental hygienists, and Dr. Reynolds-Morgan.Knowing that Dr. Reynolds-Morgan and her staff always operate in excellence, we had no apprehension with attending our appointments in the midst of COVID-19. They conduct safe car check-ins and utilize air purifiers in each of the patient rooms. The dental hygienists are friendly and thorough. Dr. Reynolds-Morgan answers questions and concerns precisely and gives her recommendations without judgment or pressure.

Best Dentist since I moved from MS to GA. Customer service is great. Dr. Reynolds-Morgan is wonderful, polite and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

I was on the verge of leaving until I came back to get a crown placed on my tooth they made a year ago. I forgot why I loved this office so much. Very painless and has a family vibe to the office. I had my routine cleaning.I love that upon my arrival I was greeted by name. I barely warmed my seat in the waiting room when I was called back.My hygienist (Audrey) was AMAZING!!!I totally love everyone at Family Smile Center.BTW I totally recommend them because they are not the cookie cutter dentistry that is up selling!!

My first appointment at Family Smile Center was wonderful! Dr. Reynolds and her staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained all of their findings based on the review of my dental x-rays, and explained in great detail what their recommendations were for my corrective, and preventive dental procedures for my current and possible future visits to their office. I was also provided upfront insurance and out-of pocket costs (if any) prior to any dental procedures being completed. I was also impressed with the latest dental technology used in Dr. Reynolds practice. I made an appointment for my husband the next day after my first appointment. I will recommend Family Smile Center to my friends and family.

What a great experience. Im not the easiest patient to deal with but they took care of me very well. I went in there for a deep cleaning and passed out when I was given the anesthesia (I always pass out when given a needle). However, they took all the necessary steps and calmly got me back to normal. Very satisfied with the work done and would definitely recommend.

I love the staff at Family Smile Center! I had a dental emergency on the 4th of July and Dr. Reynolds and her assistant Shaelynn went above and beyond the call of duty. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I had my first fillings in 34 years and they made me feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Reynolds was knowledgeable and very gentle and thorough. I have been a patient of Dr. Reynolds for years. My services include extractions, crowns, cleaning and preventive care. The overall practice is patient-centered of care, efficiency and absolutely no waiting at time of appointment. Its great to walk into a dentist appointment, sign in then immediately hear your name called for treatment! That is only surpassed by Dr. Reynolds patient care and follow up of treatment.Not many people can say that an extraction was pleasant and they continued their workday. However, I can and thats speaks volumes of Dr. Reynolds.

Everyone is professional, yet personable. The office staff help you to determine your out-of-pocket cost before work is performed. Theyre very good at reminding you of appointments and flexible if you have to make a change. The office is clean and comfortable.

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Reynolds for a few years now. I have always had a good experience there. They are very pleasant, knowledgeable and they take great care of our teeth.

My first visit, friendly atmosphere, even though I didnt have my copayments. They still continued to examine my teeth, gave me a dental plan with my cost so I can come back

Every part of my experience at the Family Smile Center was terrific! My 16 yr old daughter was EXTREMELY nervous to see the dentist. Of all the doctors that a teenage girls has to see, the dentist is her LEAST favorite. So, pooh for us when we learned that she would need to come in for several visits to complete her procedure, right? WRONG!The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and Dr. Reynolds was very gentle, as well as, informative about everything from, behaviors that caused issues that were currently being addressed, to preventative care. We went in nervous and came out informed and ALL SMILES :)! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I went to family smile center an had areal wonderful exprience..the staff was really friendly an they took care me..l had a bridge placed in the top right side of my mouth and felt no pain..now I can smile an it looks really good.. Every experience I have with Family Smile Center and Dr. Reynolds is really great, and thats exceptional for a dentist office. My appointments are on time, the staff is pleasant and knowledgable, my hygienist does a great job, and Dr. Reynolds takes time to talk with during each step and alleviates any apprehension. I recently had an extraction and she numbed the area well and really had to work my tooth out and I was marveled that I felt no pain afterward!

Always had a huge fear of the Dentist I can handle needles, give blood etc but anything to do with my mouth Im terrified! but Dr. Reynolds did and excellent job had a few teeth that needed to be pulled it was quick and painless didnt feel a thing and was not too bad even after the numbness wore off! so if you are like me that fear the dentist then I suggest you see Dr Reynolds :)

I would give zero stars for the unprofessional visit I just had if it woluld allow me.Six months ago I traveled 35 miles from ATHENS and had my teeth cleaned because this is the only place that accepts my insurance useless you want to go to Atlanta. My first visit was Quick I thought though and everyone was professional . My only complaint then which I kept to myself was the A D A issues their ramp is broken and not at all accessible with a wheelchair and the doors to the building are not large enough to go thru, expect the entrance to the lobby from outside, none of the inside doors are ADA standard .Now to today’s six months cleaning visit arrived, ADA issues still not fixed . Arrive 10 minutes before my appointment and wait 35 minutes before being called back then x- rays were done and I was told I needed a deep cleaning keep in mind they had just cleaned my teeth 6 months before . The hygienist then said he would check with the front desk to see if it would be covered under insurance ? He the(hygienists) leaves and come great news we have to get a pre cert so we can do it. A few mins later two front desk girls come in to info that the teeth procedure would be 600.00 and I would have to pay half . Again remembering the same office just did a cleaning six month ago.Me being disabled and on SSID I informed then that I could make payments, ooh no we have to have it all! They REFUSED to clean my teeth at regular price: regular cleaning .This is a new Scam I’m gonna call the ADA, my insurance co, the insurance commission office, The Secretary of State license Board, the Doctors board and the local business lic dept and area planning and development about the buildings code violations,Please be careful with this company . Because a professional DOCTORS/DENIST it is NOT !!This all happened at the Madison, Ga location owned and operated by the same Doctor.

Horrible. My past 3 visit have been a disappointment because I thought I would be getting taken care of and not looked at like a rushed client. The hygienist are wonderful even the ladies at the front provided me with friendly and professional service but dentist was not careful or sensitive to my mouth!

I am a new patient to Family Smile Center and had a great experience with each employee I came into contact with. I am very impressed with the knowledge and experience of each employee. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very gentle and loaded with knowledge on how to take care of my teeth, the lady who checked me out was very knowledge about implants and explained the detailed process in having that done. Dr. Reynolds is very professional, knowledgeable with many years of experience. Her new location is centrally located in Gwinnett County. I learned she has a 2nd location in Madison, GA with the sole purpose of serving a community that with affordable dental care. I highly recommend the Family Smile Center for all your family dental needs!

This place saved my life!! Literally!! Lol no joke! I was in complete pain for almost a week due to a toothache on both sides. *sad face. Im new to the Gwinnett area so I googled emergency dentist and Family Smile Center popped up first. So I called the next day. At first the receptionist didnt see any available slots until 2 weeks. But by the grace of God, someone canceled just before I called and I was able to see the dentist that day! The ladies were so professional. The environment is welcoming! And most important, she got me in and out when I expected to be turned around!! Oh yea, AND THEY ARE AFFORDABLE!!!! Even with a numb mouth that was full of gauze I couldnt have thank them enough!!!
