This is people who truly show their deepest condolences to a family. They made my fathers service and arrangements so special for us. We were treated like family there. They went above and beyond in everything. Thank you mr Byrd and mr. Flannigan for everything.

My Grandma passed suddenly on July 1st, and we needed to find a funeral home quick. We called many places, but decided on Byrd & Flanigan. When I arrived today for Grandmas service I was impressed as soon as walked in, very clean and plenty of seating is provided through out the building. I walked into where my Grandma was and it was beautiful with flowers ordered by family and again plenty of seating. My Grandma looked beautiful, and I appreciated the music they played while we sat with her during the viewing. The owners where very kind and made all of us feel comfortable. Having the type of service they provided has made this difficult time so much easier. I cannot thank them enough for all they did and for taking care of my Grandma.

It’s not every day you use a funeral home but Michael helped us out and walked us through the process. They took care of us along the way.

Michael Flanigan and team are simply outstanding ! We used their funeral home and crematory for a deceased friend. There were there every step of the way, answering all our questions patiently and facilitating for us. Their pricing structure seems to be the best in the local area.

Exceptional service from Byrd & Flanigan. We were referred by our hospice provider and were very pleased to meet with them prior to my mothers passing. It made the process painless in a painful situation. They are also very attentive after the death on following up on the death certificates produced by the county - something out of our control.highly recommend if you need their services.

I am the only child and I lost my mother on 09/02/18. The day before my mother passed I felt like I needed to be proactive and reach out to a company for cremations services as my mother had requested of me if she where to pass. Well I’m so very fortunate that Byrd & Flanigan took the call. I had not even made a final decision until the actual early afternoon the next day of my mothers passing to go with them. That night was by far one of the hardest nights I have ever experienced but this company really performed with the upmost professionalism and compassion only a person could ask for in these times of grief. They came and picked my mother up from the location in just a few hours of confirming her passing. The following day was a holiday and so that Tuesday morning 1st thing we met with Keenan to discuss the details of the cremation and services, products they provide. They gave me a chance to say my final goodbye to mother and her makeup was done so she looked at peace. I’m not sure if this is their normal policy but they did not charge me for any of the services up front and just simply told me my signature was needed and my word that I would live up to my side of the agreement. Other than that I was told to have zero worries as it pertained to my mother.Byrd and Flanigan completed the cremation of my mother that evening and surrendered her ashes to me the following morning with no problem and no payment. They absolutely made this so seamless and easy for me.I can only thank God for a company like this and I would 100% recommend them to anyone that is looking for a company that has compassion, care and professionalism when it comes to dealing with afterlife services.Thank you very much!
