I call Cowry Classic Limousine in the last minute and they was able to provided me with a limo service. The professionalism was on point. I would used them again and again.

Do not book this limo service. The quality was bad. First of all, the limo driver was late. My daughter had a sweet 16 and everyone was dressed up and the limo had no A/C. Everyone was sweating; soaked in their clothes. When we took our first stop at the park, the limo broke down. We were late and everyone had to carpool in one car. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK THIS LIMO SERVICE. When I asked for a refund, he gave me 1/3 of what I paid for. The party group didn’t even reach the destination. Do not book this limo service.

I had a great Saturday afternoon tooling around Atlanta from Ponce to Midtown to Edgewood and then back to Ponce. There was a driver issue which caused a few minutes delay but to make it up they upgraded me from a limo sedan to an SUV sedan. Every stop off our driver opened our door and took care of us. Amazing experience! Wally was at the airport waiting for us when our flight landed, even though it was early. He anticipated our needs and was inside to help with luggage (traveling with 3 kids, we had a lot). The car was stocked with water and was a wonderful temperature, Wally encouraged us to relax and just unwind while he loaded the car. Dont waste your time with this company. Made a reservation with them back in April and put down a $50 deposit. It is now September, less than 2 weeks away from my wedding. I called to pay off the remaining balance on my invoice and was told because I never replied to an email, confirming the quote they gave me, there is no reservation. However, I have a reservation confirmation number. The man who runs the company is extremely rude, unprofessional and will yell at you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I was stranded on Christmas Day. I had agreed to take a friends car cross country, drop it off and fly home. However, I neglected to factor in that getting transportation was going to be difficult, if not impossible. I used my trusty phone to websites and found Cowry Classic. From the moment, BJ (the proprietor) answered the phone, I knew that I gotten lucky! His demeanor was professional, yet pleasant. He described his services, my location and said that he would pick me up in 10 minutes! I was sure that he was exaggerating! But, there he was, in 10 minutes. The car was a gorgeous black limo, water bottles, my choice of music, and he was professionally attired. It was a nasty weather day, but we made it to Atlanta airport in no time at all. I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. Finally, I used my credit card which was charged quickly and efficiently without any haggling. The net result: I tipped him over 100% of the charge, put the contact in my phone and wrote this review! Its Christmas everyday with Cowry!

Im not sure who the limousine driver was exiting on to 78 from ROCKBRIDGE ROAD almost killed me and my family by cutting us off illegally not once but twice! The first time the driver cut us off on the Rockbridge RD. exit the second time was for Exit 78 where they pulled into the wrong turn lane ( the one for the Goodwill) realized their mistake and cut us off again rather than just waiting for the line of cars to pass them ( especially because they made the mistake not us) they practically forced us into another lane where three other cars were already waiting. Not to mention the driver was driving WAY TO FAST. If you cant abide by the laws of the road you dont need to be responsible for multiple passengers in your car and you are in THE WRONG BUSINESS! I hope the owner sees this review and knows the exact driver that I am referring to. This all happened around 1:15 pm.

Very IMPRESSIVE!!!Really words cant express how thankful and impressed I was with COWRY Limo. After an emotionally draining travel experience...the compassion and professionalism was just what I needed. My flight from Shreveport,LA was boarded than later deboarded because of reported maintenance issues for 8hrs.....only after waiting for 8hrs for flight to be cancelled altogether..I had to go 3hrs away to Monroe,LA to catch the next flight to Atlanta...needless to say when I arrived to Atlanta my previous means of transportation were no longer an option...thats when a very frustrated and exhausted me contacted COWRY Limo..The gentleman that answered the phone stated that he was the operations manager and that he was more than willing to assist me to Sandy Springs. He arrived in exactly 20 minutes...he appeared very sympathetic towards my travel experience...he was more than professional and not only will I be using COWRY limo again...I will tell all my friends and co workers to use them as well.... THANKS COWRY LIMO FOR BEING A POSITIVE END TO A NOT SO POSITIVE DAY!!

The guy rushes to get you off the phone when you call and ask for a price then they say there is a minimum why don’t you just give me the minimum price up front then ask ok how long are your going to rent it for this is the price per hr after the minimum other then give people the run around and then say well everyone wants a limo well with the customer service your providing over the phone I don’t want it that bad!!!
