I was referred to this business by Frigidaire Warranty Services late on a Thursday afternoon. I spoke with Yvener and he confirmed that he could come the next day. He called prior to coming and I provided directions for him. He arrived promptly, was very professional and cordial, and diagnosed the issue with the dishwasher quickly. He was able to repair onsite and tested it prior to leaving to ensure it worked properly. A very good overall experience.

They fixed my refrigerator. They know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

WOW! Reading others reviews makes me wonder if they have the wrong business. However, it seems the same because I too, had an appliance repaired. Yvener was very polite and professional, he was able to visit me the same day I called. Even though he was only able to replace one of the broken parts, he didn’t have the others in his car and it was too late for me had he offered to go home and come back.After the broken parts was fixed the first night, he wasn’t entirely sure why the washer wouldn’t spin, he went home that night, did research and then followed up with me via text, that same night. He was very professional, kind and understanding.I can’t imagine that an appliance person would know everything about every appliance, in sure the troubleshooting is similar, I just can’t believe that an appliance repair person can know everything. He’s A+++++ in my book. My washer runs better than it did the day I bought it, thank you!!

Twice they did a factory service repair. The computer was bad in both cases and they replaced it. The computer just died a third time so I have a different factory authorized repair service and he just showed me the date on the replaced computer and had to cut the initial factory installed line to remove it. They never ever replaced the bad part! No wonder my dishwasher never fixed. They were charging the part/repair to the company and not actually replacing it!!! Managed to trick the system into running for 6 months somehow.

I wouldnt even give this guy 1 star. He is horrible!! He was asked to leave and never come back. He doesnt know anything about fixing appliances. He has been in my house for 3 days and has supposedly replaced every part in my dryer but its still broke. Told us that it couldnt be repaired but told LG that he couldnt say that it couldnt be repair so we has customers are stuck in the middle with a $1000 dryer that is not working and dirty clothes piled up!! LG is a horrible company too that doesnt hold up their end of the bargain when something of theirs breaks and its still under warranty.

Single person business, sole proprietor with no corporate backing. Terrible vendor, go with someone who will actually handle things in a professional manner.Didnt show up to an appointment, showed up the next time with the wrong parts. When I asked why did they show up without verify the parts to ensure efficient use of time, he walked out of my house.He was sent on behalf of my warranty with LG for a dishwasher. I informed LG this man is to never enter my home again.

Bad service! Nothing but lies! He was supposed to come to my house and fix my burner but didnt have proper supplies! Said he was going to get parts but never called or came back! Reported to the company that he completed order! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
