I would not recommend this company. The guy was very upset, about doing the job. A week later someone else had to come out. used my bathroom and put some rust mess in the back of my toilet.The Hispanic guy who came out to my home for Choice Home Warranty. You were upset because you had to service my two AC units and phoned your manager. What your company and the warranty company agree to has nothing to do with me. So you didn’t do the job. Today I cleaned up the mess you put in my bathroom. Well, I’m a Christian, and genesis 23:3 says, I will bless those who bless you,and whoever curses you I will curse. You cursed yourself. That’s why things not working out for you. I know Its a Heating and Air Company.

I have had 2 recent visits from Jorge to help resolve my issue with my AC which initially wouldn’t run and then kept turning off. I have used Jorge for every AC issue I have had over the past 5 years. He has never let me down. Recently, Jorge came over and performed thorough analysis on my unit and explained the issue. He even took before and after pictures to show me what was wrong. He is just an amazingly professional and considerate person. His response was immediate, and he was able to come the same day. Jorge service is impeccable, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Jorge is honest and trustworthy, that’s why I specifically requested him when I submitted a claim to my home warranty company when my AC quit working yesterday. He took the claim and came out this morning and replaced the motor for the inside unit and the capacitor for the outside unit. He is thorough and looks at everything and addresses all issues in one visit. He also explains things so that you know how things are supposed to work and what to expect with your unit in the future. I will continue to call him when I need service/repairs in the future and I recommend him to anyone else needing HVAC service.

Jorge was fantastic. My main heating unit broke and Jorge was able to come out the next morning and fix it back up. Not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but he also took the time to explain and show me what had happened and the steps he was taking the repair. Jorge is an excellent service techinician.. He does a thorough job in maintaining and servicing my (2) HVAC units. Both my HVAC units are original when we moved into our home. They required a number of repairs and improvements along with along with detailed cleanings in the fall and spring times. This has extended the life of the units. I plan on replacing these units in 2021 with new more efficient units to reduce my gas & electric usage and improve system efficiency. I will have Jorge take care of removing my existing units and installing new units.

I have had Jorge and his reps from JLA express come out twice to look at and repair problems with a new HVAC that was installed by someone else. They discovered and repaired a leak in one visit and replaced the coils on another visit, after the original installer refused to honor repairs for the first year after installation. Jorge was very straightforward, honest and professional during all my interactions. He assured me that he would fix the problems I faced with my unit. He and his company were always prompt, courteous and did exactly what Jorge said they would do....and in blistering hot weather, I was very grateful for that. Jorge sold me a washer and dryer set. A few months after warranty, he still came by to check my dryer when it stopped working. After inspecting the dryer we realized it was the breaker that cut the power to the unit. He was happy and kind to help and everything works perfectly again, he didn’t even charge me. Jorge did a great job of figuring out the main issue, getting the replacement parts ordered the issue resolved quickly. We have an old furnace so finding the parts and doing the install was not easy.
