Sad to say that I would not recommend this company. Their oversight during my installation caused thousands of dollars in damage. When their liability insurance provider reached out to address the claim, they simply did not respond - which, after 30 days, will make them noncompliant and cause them to lose their liability coverage. Buyer beware.

He did exceptional work on our house to help us. He didnt try and sell us on an expensive job. He just fixed the minor issue and explained everything to us in detail about what he did. We went from having no ac to being cool again and the cost was $50. Everyone else was telling me was going to be $1000s. I highly recommend this company for any job you may require. They are knowledgeable and capable and honest. A very rare combination this day in age.

The service here was great. He told me he was not for sure he was going to get to me on a Friday, but if not he would be there Saturday afternoon, and he was. He was able to reconnect the duct work going into the unit and now we have no issue with air/heat getting there. I would definitely recommend this company.

Aaron performed repairs under a 2-10 Home Warranty. He came out once to fix the problem and I havent had to call him to fix the problem again. Mission Accomplished. One month later, he performed a thorough test on the HVAC system in my home to satisfy a home inspection. The report was detailed and thorough and met all requirements. Again, mission accomplished.

DO NOT work with this company. We had to call them twice to fix a leak that kept reappearing and when we needed them to fix it a third time they claimed a “former employee” was doing the actual work “independently” and “ILLEGALLY”, therefore they have no responsibility. I refuse to believe that there is no recourse.

Used AC Mechanical to do the HVAC finishing my basement in 08/16. Will did a great job and was very accommodating of my requests. He was on time and very professional. He completed the job ahead of schedule which was great because I was finishing the basement during the summer which is good peak time of business. Since then I have used his drive and had a unit go out and he and his partner replaced the unit for me and again was on time and very professional. And finally, as far as cost goes, they are very competitive in pricing as they have come in at least $500-$700 for both jobs. Although I did not use the financing, they do offer it and hear that is it pretty good terms. All in all, I would recommend AC Mechanical for any of your HVAC services.

Scheduled a service request appointment with this company through my home buyers warranty, 2-10 home warranty.The appointment was Tuesday, Jan 23, 2018 from 4-6pm. I had to ask to leave work early to accommodate for this time window. However, I waited until 5:45 pm and had to call the technician, who has yet to show, to find out that he was in traffic. He said that he will arrive within an hour but never actually showed up or called. When I tried to call again at 7:45pm, no one picked up and the voicemail box was full.I am appalled by this lack of professionalism of this company and its employees.

I have two units replaced one unit and the other he stated he would replace heating element. This has been two years ago. When I call he promises he’ll be here in the evening, but never comes. He lies every time. Leaving me and my family in heat due to no ac in summer and in cold in winter Don’t use this guy he can easily lie when not necessary.

My heat pump went out and they made an appointment to look at it. They gave me a time between 7am and 11am. So I took the day off work to get this resolved and they never showed up. Then they call at 11am and say I’m still on the schedule they are running late. Still they never showed up and never received a call from them since. Totally unprofessional!

Said they be at my house at 10:00 am. No call no show. I called them and the mechanic said hed be here in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later he called me to tell me hed be here in 25 more minutes. 25 more minutes later he said he thought he was talking to a different customer and that he would be here in an hour. One and a half hours later I called him back 5 times with no response and a full voicemail (how convenient), so I sent a text telling him not to worry about it, and...shocker, didnt get a response. This was a contractor dispatched by 2-10 home buyers warranty who also deserves one big fat star. Terrible experience, look elsewhere.

Will installed a new system in our business 3 years ago. It’s been messing up since he installed it. At first he would come right out and fix it but a few months and it would mess up again. There was a leak that he never could find which i am Still stuck with. Now he won’t answer my calls or return and messages. Now i am Stuck calling another ac guy which i have Paid $800 to fix other problems. Looks like I’m going to pay another $800 to find and fix the leak bc Will couldn’t ever find it and is now leaving me with the problem and a pos system that is only 3 years old. DONT GO TO THIS GUY. You will end up like me having to pay for junk to be fixed

I worked with both Aaron and Will trying to get my furnace fixed in November. It took over a month to finally get the furnace blowing hot air again. When A/C Mechanical Heating & Air was working on the furnace, they initially told me they needed a new blower unit and a control board.In follow-ups, they told me that the blower motor was in, but that they were never able to get the control board. They kept telling me that that they needed that component, and that the delay was from 2-10 Home Warranty.Eventually, a month after the unit stopped working, a serviceman came out while my wife was home and I was not. They got the furnace blowing hot air.I thought the issue had been two 2-10, as I did have some frustration trying to confirm shipment details with 2-10 myself.This spring, I turned on the air conditioner and while the unit kicked on, no air blew. I turned on the heater, and the air blew fine. Fan and AC settings would not cause air to circulate.I called 2-10 again, and they sent another HVAC service company this week. That service technician asked who had had access to the HVAC, because it was intentionally jerry-rigged so the blower to work with the furnace, but that it would not work correctly with the AC based on how it was wired by the last person to work on it.Im very disappointed to be dealing with HVAC unit issues after spending a month trying to work with A/C Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning.The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because I also tried to follow up with 2-10 on the missing part repeatedly, and I believe 2-10 was at least partially to blame. At least I finally got heat blowing in December after it broke in the first week in November?
