Great customer service, Isabel was very helpful in explaining the procedure and what all the technicians would do while cleaning the ducts. I had lots of questions and and they were very patient in answering. The technicians took down ever vent cover and cleaned them good, they took pictures to show me how my ducts looked.Pricing was competitive and at a good deal! I definitely recommend this company

These guys clean vents right. They hook up their giant outdoor vacuum machine to the vents and thoroughly clean out each and every vent all the way down the line. All of the dirt is sucked out of the house and into their machine. They were on time, courteous and cleaned up everything afterwards. The price they quoted before any work began is the price I paid. I’d recommend this company and will consider using them again in a few years if I feel like the house needs it. They showed me some pictures of the before and after and it was incredible.

Excellent service! I have three dogs and two cats. Two of my dogs are quite old, both Maltese, whom love to be inside, definitely lap dogs... when they came I inquired about the previous review about animals — I’m definitely an animal advocate — they explained that they don’t use any harsh chemicals which is why we are not asked to leave our home. They were kind and explained everything thoroughly. I decided to trust them to do the work, considering all of the great reviews. They were amazing and did cover their shoes, they left my home smelling and feeling FRESH! All of my fur babies are doing GREAT. I’m glad I trusted them to do the work. I hired a different company 3 years ago they did not do half the work they did this company takes out your registers outside wash them outside disinfect all grills puts them back nice and neat they explain to me how the procedure ran. I was very curious years ago how the other company didnt take out the grills but this company does take out the grills procedures are high quality cleaned each individual Flex explain to me theres two different types of plenums from returns to supply cleaned both plenums show me before and after pictures of the flex and ductwork they also clean my blower motor and dryer vent they also wear shoe covers when they enter your home .thank you Superior I will use you again and recommend you to all my friends.

In which in little time they dont fully clean the air duct, but this company does a great job in cleaning and doing a great work. We called on a Thursday and Manuel and his team were out on the following day because we needed to have our dryer vent cleaned out. The team arrived on time, they all put on shoe covers before entering my home and once finding where they could perform the service, they went right to work! I couldnt believe how clogged my vent was; it was completed clogged at the exit of the vent and my clothes would take forever to dry! A real pleasure doing business with Superior Duct Cleaning! I called and spoke to Manuel (owner) about 6 months ago about an estimate to clean the duct work in my 2700 sq ft home. At the time, we were planning to sell our house and had a couple more dust producing projects yet to do, so Manuel suggested we finish those projects before going forward with a duct cleaning- this made sense. He was easy to talk to, answered my questions directly and without an overarching pitch for business. About 6 weeks ago they completed the duct cleaning Id originally called about. Manuel and his crew were prompt, professional, and considerate of our digs- no fingerprints, nicked paint/marked up walls, they wore shoe coverings as noted by other reviewers, and made sure I knew (for example) when they were moving from one floor to another/when they expected to be finished/etc. They were here for about 6 hours. I long ago had a $79 special duct cleaning in a house 1/3 this size, and I dont know how I thought it worked at the time, but that company didnt have equipment that looked anything like what Manuel has- I was frankly surprised by the small blimp that floated next to the house while they were working. Im completely satisfied with the results (MUCH less dusting to do), will use them again as needed, and will recommend them to anyone asking if I know someone who does ducts. Excellent experience!

True professionals...always let me know what they were doing and the progress as the day went on. Spent a good 7 hrs taking care of three units and I cant say a single bad thing. The showed me photographs and inside of furnace. They cleaned every return and every supply just as they promised. Highly recommend you consider using them. They are listed on the BBB so that carries some weight also. Dont fall for those adds that promise $50 bucks per unit. That is not the same scope of work conducted by Superior Duct Cleaning LLC! OMG THEY RUINED MY HOUSE! Everyone in my household is disgusted. If Id know this DISservice was being performed, I would have stopped it. Do your research people, we should be filtering and just replacing duct work if it needs help. These fresheners they put everywhere without asking include formaldehyde, pthalates, volatile organic compounds, the list goes on, and they said no chemicals! Its a completely unregulated market. This place is a joke and These guys are jerks! Performed extra service on dryer vent and HVAC without asking and Charged for it. The ones that actually speak english are so rude, it blew my mind and they are TOXIC. Agree with review that says the other ones look fake. No biz has so many 5star reviews that performs like this. WORST. Take care of your health and choose companies that will do the same. Its not this one. I will Never be able to get this oily superglue freshener out of my clothes and furniture. Its cancerous(look it up) and making everyone in my household varying degrees of nauseous, light headed, skin/eye burning, breathing problems, personally my kidneys hurt all starting the day of this company coming out. Its making us all so tired, I have to sleep ten hrs a night now and never feel rested. I’m very happy with this company, I received a quote from a different company for $450 for just the returns. I called superior duct to check if all the local business were all the same. I learned that superior duct falls right in the middle, not to expensive but also not so cheap you think “ what could they be doing that’s so cheap” lol. Long story short, they did EVERYTHING for just 300 flat. When I say everything I mean all duct, vents, blower, coil, unit ect. They also do the little things a costumer love like I just did my wood floor repaired and they took the time to carefully place rags and sheets to protect my floor. I really appreciate that and thank you for such a great job. Highly recommended! Every happy customer!
