So brought my car to have tires installed, when the technician was installing back the rims I noticed he was over tightening the lugs he kept the gun on each lug nut for a good minute, than came back again and did it again, when I drove the car I heard metal rubbing I knew it was the dust shield so I tried removing one rim drivers side and lugs would not come out until it broke 2 of the studs.No se abierta tanto las tuercas 🔩 el muchacho tenía la pistola como 1 minuto en cada tuerca me rompió 2 y yo toda vida no mire los otros aros! Solamente uno que yo tenia que mirar un problema que yo tenia el mismo día que montaren las gomas !

Walked in to change a caliper vehicle was perfectly fine brakes were working properly left and almost crashed because the brakes weren’t working properly and I was told that my brake pump wasn’t working. How is it that a brake pump that was working right before entering the garage would not work properly after leaving by changing a caliper doesn’t make sense.

It has been my repair shop for years. I appreciate that when theres something that they cannot do, they will refer you to another shop that can. Fair prices too!

Something as simple as getting the heater in my car fixed took them 6 HOURS!! I waited that entire time in the shop and notice they were prioritizing other cars over mine for what ever reason. I seen cars coming in after me and we’re getting out way before me as well. Maybe they had more simple problems I did but regardless fixing a car heater shouldn’t take 6 hours+. I asked for a time frame of how long the car would take to get done and was told 30-45 mins. Those 30-45 mins turned into 2 hours, 3 hours, and so on. Not going here again.

NO STARS! THIS PLACE SUCKS - THEY CHARGED ME 800$ TO CHANGE MY TRANSMISSION TO A USED TRANSMISSION - HE SAID 2 DAYS - AFTER 3 DAYS HE RETURNED MY CAR AND IT STILL WASNT CHANGING GEARS - HAS BEEN A MONTH HE HAS HAD MY CAR HE CLAIMS 4 TRANSMISSIONS LATER HE STILL CANT GET IT TO WORK - BROUGHT MY CAR TO A TRANSSMISSION SPECIALIST AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR JUST NEEDS A WORKING TRANSMISSION HE CANT FIND! THIS PLACE IS ABSURD - 1 WHOLE MONTH AND STILL MY CAR DOESNT DRIVE - FIRST AND LAST TIME BRINGING MY CAR HERE!
