Bill is awesome! My battery had died over the frigid weather last week and I had tried to fix it on my own and found a slew of problems added on top of it. Not only did Bill have my car fixed within the day, he also helped me over the phone to try and fix it before having to call a tow truck. The price was unbeatable and the service is unmatched. As a college kid struggling with money, I can say he takes care of clients and doesn’t take advantage of young, unknowledgeable kids (coming from someone who has paid a extra money for nonexistent issues). I fully intend on coming back for any issue I have in the future!

I had a tire repaired at Big Bills this afternoon. Service was friendly and timely. Leaving town, I noticed my tire pressure sensor was still on. When I got home, I checked tire pressure in all tires. The tire that was repaired had 45 lbs pressure when it should have been 35 lbs. The pressure on two of the other tires was fine. One tire was at 29 lbs. So not only did the rep over inflate one tire, he didnt check the other tires nor did he check the sensor. Not a happy customer!

I brought him a superturbo that I bought online. He incorrectly identified and installed it which which blew up my motor. Had to take it to another shop and they got me on the road in no time. 1 star

Bad service experience and expensive cost.

I called Bill Thur about an air conditioning repair and he told me to drop it off Monday (today) at 10:00. I got there at 9:45 and waited until 10:20, no one ever showed. And of course I needed someone to bring me back so thats 2 peoples time wasted.

Changed the entire drive train of my el camino. did a great job and good price. Also swapped out my sons 2.4 engine. no problems.

Absolutely fantastic to work with a guy you can trust! Ive taken him everything from an older diesel Mercedes to a newer Mitsubishi Eclipse and his work and pricing have been great. I recommend him all the time! And -- just a really nice, car loving guy!

I took my car there in April 2013 and today. I cant say enough about the quality of work done here and the amazing people working. The first time I had no idea why my car wasnt working and they fixed the problem in a half hour. This time it needed some major repair done on several things. What I love about this place is they diagnosis the problem and then tell you the price. And I cant determine if I like the quality, the speediness, friendliness or the price better!!!! They get the job done ASAP for a ridiculously low price!!!! Half the price of other independents! My tire rod needed replaced today and meineke on Iowa told me it would be $300!!!! They are fixing 5 things on my car today and the bill isnt even to $300. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone! Ask for Bill!!!

Took my Durango in. Bill was fast and VERY fair in his repairs. He even went BEYOND the call of duty and found me some tires that I very much needed on his own time, and I had already picked up my vehicle from being repaired. It didnt benefit him at all - he just did it because he knew I needed them. I will take my vehicle, and my daughters vehicle to him for now on!!!!
