I absolutely love this nail salon, everyone is very friendly and professional and I have had a good experience each time I’ve gone. I always get a pedicure and full gel set. Annie is my go too girl and goes above and beyond for her clients. These nails are my latest but she kills it each and every time I go. These nails are “cat eye”. She shapes and smooths my nails like no other tech has before. I highly recommend Pro Nails and Spa for all of your nail needs.

Annie was amazing! She did my purple ombre nails for my wedding and I was in love!! Highly recommend scheduling with her!!

Made a appointment was able to be seen same day which is great. They were running a little behind do to a customer’s last minute changes. They accommodated me and my wife very well in a relaxing environment. I most say the service was outstanding Ms Anne did her thing with me feet, she took her time and made sure that I was satisfied. Mr Johnson the owner is very welcoming and down to earth. Being a male it takes a lot to empress me and they did just that. Every two weeks I will be there for sure!!

I followed my nail tech Annie from another location in Columbia after 12 years. The location has been around but recently changed ownership a few months back so the reviews dated a year back dont apply. The prices are extremely reasonable and the vibe is welcoming. I would highly recommend this place. They have a wide variety of colors you can select and keep up with the latest trends. Check them out!

Terrible bumpy nails, un even, lady on right got loud and snappy over me frustrated with my nails. Do not return or go if you want nice nails, plenty of other options local

I have been going to Pro Nails for about 2 years. I am so glad that I found them. I usually get the dip manicure. When I have been to other places, my nails chip. My dip manicure at Pro Nails lasts until I am ready to go back because they have grown out, NOT because they have chipped. I don’t know if it is their technique, or the product that they use, but I highly recommend.

Terrible quality, wouldnt return. The men in the shop are not licensed. Annie is allowing her husband and brother to perform work there not Licensed providing services to people. Ask to see their license they dont have one. They are using us as guniea pigs to practice on but charging full price!

The salon is clean, and for the most part, the staff is pleasant. My issue (and the reason I took 1 star away) is that that even when I make an appointment, I always have to wait. Even as I sit here typing this review, Im still waiting almost 40 minutes later for an appointment I made for noon.Now can they do nails? Well depending on who your nail tech is, yes. I havent had much success with the male techs, but the ladies do a good job. This is where the second star gets lost. When they are great, I love my nails. When they arent... then its money wasted.They also seem to have relaxed their temperature checks and wiping down common areas. They switched my stations twice, and both times I had to ask them to wipe them down, especially since someone was just sitting there. Now maybe thats my own paranoid thinking, but it is something that I will ask the next time before I go back.

I received a pedi, nail dip and eyebrow waxing. I felt my services were rushed. While my toes and eyebrows came out right, my nails are uneven.

Always go back there to get my nails done. The nail technician always does a great job and everyone at the salon is soooooooo nice. Im never disappointed with the job I get done there!!!!!!!

Very horrible service. I dont write reviews when Im not satisfy with something. I just know it within myself that I will not be back again. For me to write a review, just know that they are incapable to doing nails. With what I noticed, they dont have experience with nails at all especially that guy that did my nails. He talks too much. Very bad customer service. He picked up a video call, he left my nails and was talking to his wife. What the heck is that? My 1hr in here felt like 8hrs.

Benn going here for nearly 15 years. Always a great job by Julie and company. I found them after having a horrible experience somewhere else and I have never gone anywhere else since.

I rate this salon as a 5 star experience. All instruments were sealed and opened in front of you, so you are rest assured that they have been sanitized. Excellent people skills...very personable.

I have been going here for a long time Lily does the best lashes and Na does the best nails. They are both really sweet and Na is very easy to talk to youll love her... They are both my favorites. If Lily isnt available Tracy does good lashwork too... 5 star quality service!

Nail polish which was supposed to be gel chipped on every nail by next day. Didnt fully paint each nail. Eyelash extensions were uneven on each eye and fell out as soon as I got home on one eye which were individuals and not strips. Waxed too much off my brows. Didnt even shave dead skin off my feet during pedicure. Still unsure what I spent 160 on. Will never go back. K & Y down the street is better

I have been going to this nail salon for almost 7 years! Lilly and Naa are the best! Lilly does the best eye brows and lashes! As well as nails....Naa is also a bomb when it comes to nails. ...they are the best I have ever experienced! You cant ask for any other!

Affordable nail care. They even include a hot towel on your legs during a basic pedicure!

The technician did a good job but it was a very painful process! My nails and eyebrows hurt afterwards. Not worth the time or expense.

This nail place is the best I recommend it to everybody especially my girl Lilly shes really good with the nails even with the ballerina nails shes the best, oh and its so clean and relaxing and pedicures are the bomb when your sick

Always make my nails bumpy, and uneven never line them up to make sure theyre all the same length. Also when I said to only get the very far hairs on my eyebrows he waxed almost my whole shape off, when I made it so clear I didnt want the shape changed. Really should have went and gotten my money back. 3rd time having a problem with this salon, need to find another backup for I normally dont go here if my other one is not booked.

I started going here about 1 year ago, based on a review I read, I was new to the area, but was willing to travel back to were I had moved from, but after going here I found a new spa, I love Lilly, she does great designs,.

Never coming back here again. I had manicure/pedicure and wax on on lips. The guys did everything. The kami/pedi is okay but the wax Lordy a burnt/scar on my lip. I thought the sting I felt was just for a moment so I didnt say anything. I woke up the next day and realized it wasnt.

Understaffed. Some employees there refused to work on male clients. Also chairs for pedicures are very tattered. They need some tlc immediately

I went there because i saw the fill infor 13.My mother and i got a fillin and they charged my mom 18 because they said she had gel to acrylic and 3for cut down my mother had a black.dot on her nail and the lady told my mom you messed them up, my mom became offensive.I walked in with my nails already stiletto and they charge me 18$instead of 13 Because i told them to point it more which is bs i think they got over i also got my toes design for 5 i reallly like the design my sister got her nails painted and nails and toes design for $16 they look good.my mother also got her toes painted and the lady missed some spots it look like it was old toe paint on her toess my mother rate it a 1 and i do rate 1.5
