I cannot recommend this entire group at STATE FARM SHUFF MALDIN enough. Words do not do justice to the life saving measures they have taken. The impact on my life has been significant. I’ve been with them for years & have never been let down. Recently, having an accident out of state was by far the most difficult thing to navigate with regard to insurance/injuries and dealing with multi-state laws and coordinating with very little information. They make it happen. Made it happen. They take care of their customers. Never falter. Landy and Hope have been kind and genuine at every point. Their knowledge base is inspiring. And recently, Chris, I worked with for a new policy, and due to crazy schedules and life, he made it work. He was efficient and honest. He could see my goals and how to achieve them. And Landy and Hope helped to expedite a very complicated process. Shuff has always been kind, polite, and down to earth, even as the business grows, he continues to set an example and raise the bar, keeping the standard high. They moved mountains this year for me and my daughter working with multiple departments within State Farm claims etc . Each person is so special and talented. They have the patience & persevere when they get persistent push back by being solution based. They are seasoned and that experience is so valuable. They stay within their scope and don’t go to grey areas and it speaks volumes in their character and their integrity. With each interaction I feel safe to speak openly about concerns and they, by far, are the MVPs of insurance. Shuff, thank you for allowing us customers to allows feel safe and protected with you and your team. I do not care if I saved 1000 a month I would not willing leave this State Farm. Thank you again!

My family and I have been w/ State Farm, Shuff Mauldin over 10 years. The reason weve been w/ the insurance company for awhile is State Farms service. The rates are great and Customer Service is nice!

Friendly people. Insurance sucks to have to have but when you need it, its there and somewhat affordable. Want to cut your insurance rates by 2/3? Dont try to own all the brand new toys of life and for gods sake, you do not need nor deserve to live in a huge custom built home. Live simple and save more money!

Visited the office today and met one of the professionals on staff. We got situated with home and auto coverage that makes us feel secure. Easiest process in the world! Great to have someone local who knows the area and seasons.

In 30 years of buying insurance this experience has been the best so far. Great staff, knowledgable, helpful and they remember who I am every time I go in. Paper work was not done correctly after several calls, they charged the wrong account & wrong bank my 1st payment, then say I was late and the payment came back.Just received a message on my Facebook owner message me yes I do live here now about 2 years when you where left a message through 800 number and Chris I repeatedly called when he 1st sent me the paper work to sign I explained to him same day he had down the wrong bank...Sorry Im only still with your company because it looks bad to keep changing trying to find great customer service wheres the mistake was made on your teams mistake I could go on but my rating stands until I see better service not to mention the mistake made this time on my payment as well.

Horrible agency, I wish there was a negative star. My wife and I have used them for years no claims at all but one day I had a flat in a remote part of Stone County, MS. Well, I called the roadside service and after going over everything twice was told a tow truck was in route. Well, we have coverage weve paid for including roadside service but what you know they NEVER showed and we were told to wait at least an hour.. It was 105 degrees heat index at the time and I let the woman on the phone know we were in a dangerous situation. I called their office and after days being told I would be reimbursed for having to pay a gentleman $100 for helping me get to where I could buy a tire Shuff offered me nothing but lunch when ever that way. Well, if it it takes me 10 years Ill let people know and find more victims of this crooked agency. I asked to get what I paid for and when I paid out of pocket I got the shaft from Shuff. I got you buddy there are plenty newspapers, social media sources and people who I can spread the word to.
