AllState is the worst insurance company I have had the misfortune to deal with. With any insurance company, the real test is when something goes wrong how well do they back you up and help you. Well, Allstate failed that miserly for me when it came to processing my house claim! They keep raising the home owners insurance rate each year for the last 4 years, and we had to file our first claim in 4 years, and they nickel and dime us, they change agents on us mid process, take weeks to process even the smallest request, and take days to answer the simplest of questions. Allstate truly has failed me and I have no doubt they would do the same if anything happened to one of my cars. I have no reason to stay with them, and certainly would not recommend them to anyone.
