Best decision I have ever made, saved me time and money

I needed my tag in seven days because of complications with my own state. After stopping by on Saturday, they were able to accomplish get me a Maryland ID and tag on Monday. Now, I cannot promise what they can do for you specifically, but as for my experience, they were indeed speedy, and the woman who worked with me was unparalleled in her professionalism as were they all exemplary in their service and ability to accomplish what I needed. I am grateful to them. Its because of them I didnt have to worry.

I returned my tags here in April of 2020, it is now March 2021 and I am now finding out that I have insurance violations because MVA is saying that my tags were never returned. Im so glad I was able to keep my receipts. This is very unprofessional and this has ruined my plans. I didnt do anything wrong and now I have to face consequences from the negligence of this business. You would expect that if you are paying extra fees to go to a titling agency, that you would be in better hands.

I was trying to get a car registered I have been through so much trouble I have finally purchased another car for the lady at the front counter to tell me they choose not to register the car because it was from Virginia which didn’t make any sense I was very disappointed because by the MVA being close it took me over three weeks to get everything processed, Luckily I was able to go to One stop insurance up the street in a register my car right away with no problem if you can try to find somewhere else that’s a little better these people do not care!

I went to Maryland Speedy to get my tags renewed and get a title change. The customer service was great. The owner took the time to answer my questions, even those not related to the service they provided. I then had to circle back to them to get copies of documents I misplaced and needed for Virginia DMV, Brenda was happy to help and again I received information regarding a process I did not understand. Thank you all for great service, follow through, and patience!!!

Worst expirience, really bad costumer service, rude people all around. Not professional at all. They told me i would get my plates in 2 to 3 weeks, its been 6 weeks and they dont even call to follow up. Been paying insurance for almost a month for nothing. *just go somewhere else*

I got a plate and a title for a used car during pandemic and it was very quick. For information:%6 tax+135$ 2 year registration fee+100$ title fee+75$ service fee

Great customer service. I went there for my MC temp tags and again for my full 2 year registration. All the employees there were really friendly and professional, first day took maybe 15 mins and 2nd time I was in and out in less than 5. I had heard these places charge a high convenience fee but my receipt is the same price as it would’ve been at the MVA but a lottttt less of a head ache. I will definitely go back with anything else I need to get.

The young lady who helped me yesterday was nice and friendly, and knew what she was talking about.

Melissa and Dymond were awesome in helping me get my car registered in Maryland. Its a pain in the butt process but they both really helped me out and I was out of there much faster than I thought I would be.

They refuse business if theyre about to close. Owner of the office is rude. He refused work with the explanation of store policy but was unable to provide policy. He stated he was capable to do work but suggested I go somewhere else for business. Also the business hours are incorrect and when I informed the owner, he laughed and said thats not me after previously stating it was his business. The office is small and poorly ventilated. During my brief visit I witnessed the office lose a set of keys and two sets of paperwork. I wouldnt trust them with information or submitting anything to the MVA.Poor parkingVery poor customer service.Disorganized office.Less than a star

I went to the laurel Maryland branch located on 7 th Street. Very helpful and nice ladies working that day. I will be doing all my business there from now on.

Very disappointed and frustrated with their customer service and theyre turn around time is just one lie after the other. They say they will call and they never do. Am still waitingafter leaving my papers over 4 weeks ago.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! They would not process the title paperwork I had even with notarized documents. Called MVA and I was provided a MVA.maryland.gov link that got what I needed done in 5 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE!

Dymond and Brenda were extremely helpful. DMV said we could not transfer the title. Dymond and Brenda got it done in a few minutes with a smile and no attitude. Awesome!!!!!
