I have been a customer of State Farm for more than 20 years. During that time, I have enjoyed the relationships that I’ve had with the agents, as well as their staff. My current agent and his staff have provided valuable information and services to me during a recent claim, as well as additional transactions on my automobile insurance policies. I have been a customer for about 5 years now and I have been completely satisfied with my experience. The office staff is always very pleasant, and helpful when I need them. Ive lived in the Laurel area for a while and it helps that they are local so I can feel assured that they are truly nearby in the event of an emergency. I genuinely appreciate the fact that Mr. Herndon is also very present in our community as positive role model and always giving back. I have noticed the time and effort that he puts into caring for people not just as an insurance agent but as a human being that really cares.

When I was hit by another driver, the Adam Herndon Agency was responsive immediately. They handled my case very professionally and i was able to get into a new car very soon after my accident.

Extremely rude manager, pull shady moves to make more money when they can. Never communicated about additional charges and added them on randomly 2 months later without ever communicating. Will never work with Statefarm again after this experience.

I would like to air my complaints about the very poor service that I received at your location. I was unhappy with the staff’s attitude and also the lack of customer service.Firstly, being with that company since July 29, 2014 (which I am no longer with anymore) I was always given the running arounds. I was reffered to your company by a family member of mine, which she claimed to have a good relationship with your company. Well her relationship with you all, did not have any affect on me.When I anticpated to become a policy holder with this company, I was looking for consistency, excellent customer service, follow ups, and structure with following policies and procedures. I did not get ANY of this. And I am truly disappointed.Examples:One of your staff members told me the reason why my car insurance went up, was because of late fees. Late fees? I recently found out that State Farm doesnt even have late fees!My car insurance jumped from $208.00 one month, $214.00 another, and $238.00 the other. Why? Still to this day, I have no idea why it flucated so much, which the staff members could not even explain to me why it jumped.After calling numerous times, talking to sarah, tara, juan, james etc etc. Asking each and everyone of them to follow up with me, to make sure we were all on the same page as far as the policy goes, not one of them called me back. As the customer, I had to follow up with them.Last, but certainly not least I had to come outta pocket an extra $150.00 because my car insurance was NOT covered for a certain amount of time, and not ONE person called or tried to communicate with me on how and WHY my policy elaspe. (Which there were multiples ways to get in contact with me, and none of them was used) I finially did get a phone call. I only got a phone call because I made phone calls trying to transfer agencies, thats when I finally got a phone call back.I must say this has been by far, the most lack of customer service I have ever expirenced. After calling and calling asking to speak with a manger, and no phone call from any manager toped it off for me. But to say the least, I ended up paying the $150.00 and moving forward with a different company.Moving forward, I hope this company, specially this location, does not treat every policy holder like this location treated me. I try my best to write good reviews, but in this situation there was nothin good to come out of this.

This agency doesnt even deserve 1 star.... I have had the worst experience with this office, nobody knows what they are doing, they misinform you on what youre even going to pay monthly for your premium, theyve messed up my account so many times.... They do not try to take the time to work with you and all they want is the money.... They make changes to your account with out even notifying you, like damn I have only been with this office since September of 2017 and within just a few months I have had this many issues like how do you all expect to keep your customers if you all dont even take the initiative to work with people...

The truth today I focused, so badly but I did not say it to show, as it is possible that my son was that he could not stand to go to the bathroom, I ask the lady do not have a bathroom please lend it to me, and I designed the He does not like that we lend it, it is only for the employees, that injustice, it is an agency which I say that I would have to have bathrooms for the clients, that barbarity is a 6-year-old child who unfairly denied my son, seeing the lady that my son could not stand, take out outside in front of my son isiera pee, what a bigger injustice, and I am a client of almost three years, etc, as a mother I was very discriminated, I wanted to cry of courage, see that my son will be denied the ETC bath
