Great experience for my dealership so far. Security is a little rude and unhelpful but every other interaction with staff in person and online has been pleasant and efficient. #1 place for dealers to buy cars because of their Arbitration rules and condition reports and announcements you can trust.

One of the most rigged auctions, i used to love buying from here they dont treat customer with no respect very sneaky about announcements on their vehicles they display OBD readers off no pictures of dashboards, and if you try to arbitrate a car they will tell you its part of the announcement absolutely the worst, Manheim still and will always be a better alternative stay away from this corrupted place.

Quick and easy, the only issue was that it was pricey, but they made the process easy and quick.

I purchased a car from here, they literally hid major problems on the vehicle I purchased. Literally as soon as I reach the highway the car stopped a mile a way. Several days prior I told them to arbitrate the vehicle. They gave me an excuse that we have customers coming in from other states to immediately arbitrate the vehicle immediately. I had not even taken the vehicle off their property. They have an auction during covid 19 and announce major transmission and engine issues the vehicle I bought had neither one and now I’m stuck on a freeway with leaking transmission fluid all over the road. These people are legit crooks and have a huge slogan on their board that they are an honest auction. They don’t treat their customers with any dignity.
