Horrible horrible experience, guess the bad reviews are correct. Manager was super disrespectful and very inconsiderate and refuse to take accountability for the forklift wrecking the vehicle which there was proof. Really feel bad for the staff members who have to watch the so-call upper head behave in such a deplorable manner. I hope she is not allowed to reprimand anyone, how did she get that job????

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!! It has been 3 weeks waiting for my liscense plates to be sent and they claimed (“oh well the plates are just sitting on my boss’ desk he will ship them SOON”) THEY NEVER SHIPPED THE PLATES. I have been promised multiple times that the plates have already been shipped and they never have been they lie to customers!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just pray that you get lucky on your purchase because these folks will leave you hanging, misrepresent alot of items, no customer service, very high fees, rude and big liars...the boston shirley branch sold me a vehicle that was advertised ad fresh water flood but it was high salt water to the point were chunks of salt were present everywhere. Ive took the car to a specialist sent pics evidence to the branch and headquarters in GA but to this day they gave me a run around, left me on hold for hours while they close shop after they told me the manager will get back right back to me.Like i said pray hard that you get lucky on your purchase and do not let the car sit there a second pass after purchase cause things will vanish before your eyes and they will deny and lie.

Had my insurance company tow my car here to get an estimate after an accident. When I went to gather my belongings from the car a lot was missing. Tool. Cds. GPS. A wallet full of credit cards. Pluss some odd and end things. Do not use this facility.
