I checked pricing and reviews of many companies before choosing this company to tint my car windows. Good not be happier with the quality of the job they did. The installation was perfect and the cost was the lowest I found. Will definitely be using them again.

I went to this place because it was closest to me. I asked to install window tint all around. When I came to pick up the car I immediately seen bunch of bubbles and dirt under the tint. I brought this to their attention but they said that it will go away. After 3 days I took the car back to them. They said it was normal for bubbles to be under the tint and that its because we live in the desert…Needless to say they refused to retint the car and I left for another shop. I will be willing case against them with BBB and Nevada business license bureau. Save yourself a headache and do not go to this place.

I don’t leave reviews but this had to be shared. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve had several European cars tinted over the past 10 years and this was by far the worst. I paid just short of $500 for full ceramic all the way around including the windshield. After the curing time there were many small bubbles on every single window and the windshield had over 50 small bubbles. I wanted my money back but they declined and only said that they would remove it and tint it again. After the second time now there are vertical lines on all the power windows. This is not covered under their “lifetime” warranty and I was told that happens because we live in the desert. I’ve never seen this not even one time on any of the cars I’ve tinted before living in Las Vegas. I’ve never seen this on any car that has tint in Las Vegas for that matter. Avoid if you care about the appearance of your vehicle. If you just want the UV protection they will work out just fine.

This is my #1 go to place for window tinting! Highly recommended

Extremely fast turnaround with an appointment. I was quoted a 20-min wait to tint 2 front side mirrors...I was in & out within 13 minutes. They did a fantastic job of installing the tint as well.

Just purchased a new truck and the front windows were not tinted very dark like the rest of the vehicle. Went in there and had my windows tinted put a front strip across the windshield and my truck looks awesome now. Great place to get window tint done.

Communicated via Email for details and pricing all the way through actually having the work done..excellent communication! I had 2 windows done to replace old poor quality film on my van and the technician had me in and out within an hour. However, I did the old film removal and clean up a day before getting the work done. This saves money and time.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR!!!!!!! I entrusted them to do a job and thought my car was in good hands. When I went to check out the work, my rear passenger door had a clean cut/puncture hole in the leather and the cloth along the rear window was falling away/displaced from its normal position. When I brought this up to the workers, they told me that it was like that before they touched it. I’ve had this car since 2017 and went in my backseat prior to the appointment so I knew what it looked like prior to giving them the keys. The worker then stated they would call the store owner and went away privately for this conversation. When he returned he stated the owner pretty much said there’s nothing they can do about it. I wasn’t even given the number or the opportunity to speak with the store owner.Bottom line, they will jack your car up that you paid ur hard money on and tell you to deal with it. Definitely not reflecting quality customer service and definitely NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!

Didnt make an appointment and showed up at opening and was out in an hour after having my car tinted. Used the expensive stuff after playing with the display in their lobby and it works great! The heat from the sun coming into the car was cut dramatically. Cant wait to see how it performs in the summer.Service was fast and their application of the tint was the best I have seen. Compared to my other vehicles having bubbles.

This place is great, over the past nine years I have tinted a Nissan Altima, Dodge Challenger, a ram 1500, Audi sq5, another challenger, and Im getting a F-150 done next week. The Tint has great quality of life and they do absolutely perfect job, one time on the first Challenger that started to peel only because when you shut the door it rises the window an inch to fully seal it. Brought it to them they fixed it free of charge. This place is the best

I had my car tinted few days ago, total eclipse did a great job..it’sjust that i wasn’nt happy with the color which was 50%. I want a much lighter color. I hope the msnagement will be considerate enough to charge me at a lower price to change the tint to 70%.🙏

I was looking for a tint shop that isnt going to be gone in a year or so. Total Eclipse has been around for as long as I can remember. I called for pricing, they were professional, friendly and informative. They repaired my headliner that was hanging a bit without me even mentioning it. I planned on taking it to the dealership after the tint was done. I get to the dealership and Surprise...the guys fixed it at Total Eclipse already. They did it without question or recognition. Did a really high quality tinting job on my Challenger last summer at a reasonable rate. Tint was clear and not foggy like some other shops work I have seen here in town. Shop took great care of my vehicle and were super professional over the phone and in person. Plan on taking my ride back there to get a strip done on the windshield.

I just had my new car windows tinted and they did an outstanding job. They quoted me a great price and my window tint was exactly as I requested. The staff was very nice and professional.

Unscrupulous. Total Eclipse told us their tints were guaranteed for life, but when the drivers window tint failed after a couple of years, they would not honor the warranty. Go elsewhere.Response to the response: Too late. We went elsewhere, where they matched the tint perfectly without having to refer to a receipt. Plus they logged our VIN number on file and said they would honor the warranty whether we had a receipt or not. You may want to bring your business up to the present.

I had my tires and rims done in 06 and they still look great Eclipse does a great professional Personal Touch type of customized shop will be going back to get my customized lights put in my headlights thank for years of great work.

Ok Where do I start with these guys ? ....... These guys are amazing I was a walking in, no appointment they were super friendly. when I first walked in there was one person in front of me, Renee greeted me at the door awesome dude very informal on what I was looking for and had answers to every question on ceramic Tint ! Offered me a water while I was trying to make a decision ((( side note : ceramic was the one I went with, what a difference from my last truck where has then been all my life ! ))) anyway they were still able to get me in the same day with no appointment and they were super fast !!!!! No like super fast like a ninja fast ! it was no more than 20 minutes for a full tint job on a 2019 Chevy Silverado crew cab . Daniel In the back that did my tint Did a phenomenal job there was no bubbles no debris between the glass and the tint, sharp lines all the way to the edge of the glass being done that fast I was skeptical but damn mans got some skills ! Kayla was super nice kept me occupied with conversation while there was nothing on TV to watch while my hour of a tint job turned into only a 20 minute tint job was done !!! again I can’t say enough phenomenal job no water mess or glue run off in my new truck quality that counts ! super friendly staff I would recommend this shop for tint job or if you’re just having a bad day to go Talk to kayla ! No but seriously these guys should probably charge more For the quality and short time they did my truck ! worth it ! Please go see them . They were done faster than its taking me to do this review. Called to set up appointment for a Audi Q5 tint all windows. Soon as I showed up they took the car and started. Very professional. After they were done saw a couple bubbles or spots and asked them about it. No question came out and pushed out a couple bubbles and let me know the rest would disappear after drying. Ill be back when I get me truck redone.

This guy John is a Certified Doesnt Know Anything. I called from out of state regarding Form Misc. 1099 and asked him whether his business is a corporation or a sole proprietor. I had to repeat four times and explain why the IRS requires every vendor that I have paid over $600 during the year to be reported.After a lengthy explanation he said I have to come there and hung up.Im calling from S. California.Do you really want me to come to your shop?

Ive been a customer of Total Eclipse for well over 10 years, TE. Has done every car Ive bought over the years and Ive never had an issue that wasnt resolved with total professional service... this company has done for me at least 8 or 9 vehicles and Ive had many. They include BMW,LEXUS, CORVETTE, and numerous crew cab trucks Ive been treated with respect and the pricing was competitive. When I started using Total Eclipse John the owner did pretty much the work in the vehicles and manned the front desk and cleaned the place... Ive also met many of his hired hands over the years as John grew and never had an issue that was of any significance. I just had Total Eclipse install Security film throughput my home and as has been my experience with John and his people the job was done as agreed with no issues and the price was a significant savings over the competition. Ive read some of the other reviews on here and I have to say it appears that the customers with a lousy experience kind of self inflicted theyre wounds...by an attitude in dealing with the people at Total Eclipse. I will continue to use John and his company for the next 10 years based upon my last 10 years of satisfaction

I had a great experience from start to finish dealing with total eclipse, I had purchased a new 5 series at bmw and needed to get it tinted. I was referred over to total eclipse from a co worker.Made a appoint for early sat morning to get it out of the way, nice thing they were open at 8 on a Saturday. I actually arrived early and they took me right in. I believe his name was Danny was very friendly and explained the differences in film choices. I ended up going with the ceramic film because it stopped heat more, and boy am I glad.It took the tinter around one hour to complete the car, which was great, car looked great and clean which im glad because only had 40 miles on it :) Flash forward to this week tint looks great and loving the look. Next comes some tint for the house. Thanks total eclipse

I would never recommend your shop to anyone. I Chose you store to have a stereo installed in my wifes car which only had 12000 miles on it at the time i came in and spoke to Jason i asked him about stereos he advised me on which one to buy and to buy one on line and bring it in i was willing to buy it from him he said better deals on line. So i bought a expensive pioneer with nav built in. I brought a back up camera and all hardware needed. I was insured that you people knew what they were doing. First i dropped it off all day when i arrived it was not finished i asked how long and was quoted a time i said if its going to be longer thats ok i just need to know because i dont want to be late to pick up my wife from work. And guess what.. they made me late to pick up my wife, the worst part the job still was not done.I payed extra for parts and labor to have my steering wheel controls work and they still after bringing it back 3 times telling me oh it will only take a couple house to get it done guess what they still dont work. one of the times they kept my wife son and mother in law waiting for 3 hours telling us a just a few more minutes while they tried to figure out what they were doing. Super long story short i payed to have a service done and it was never completed your people told me they didnt know how to do it the last time i was there yet they still took my money. I am not a cheap customer i was willing to pay any amount to get this done i just wanted it done right.Or how about they told me they would custom flush mount my back up camera and they stuck double face tape on it and put it on my trunk lid.I am just so pissed about the customer service and quality of work that was done at your shopand so you know i am a service manager in the automotive industry here in las vegas i know ahow i should of been treated and what to expect. I have the ability to install my own stereo i did not know how to hook up all of the steering wheel controls thats what i was willing to pay 400 bucks for and you shop couldnt get it done. I have a lot of customers ask me to refer them to a stereo store here in las vegas the only thing i can tell them is im still looking too.

This was the absolute most unprofessional experience Ive ever had. I went there to have my tint removed and received my car back with dirty foot prints, the adhesive gunk still all over the car and the window sill plus the broke 3 of my seat rail trim pieces and instead of coming forward with the problem they tried to hide the pieces in the rear parcel flap behind the seat and said nothing. Total butchers!! Oh and one more thing almost forgot about the soda can ring that they left for me where some a hole left their soda on my trunk. I mean total f ing nightmare service, once I realized the severity of it I actually popped my hood to make sure they didnt steel anything off my car it was that kind of experience and for you at total eclipse expect a bill in the mail from Mercedes for the repairs and some emails from the BBB and so on..... I would leave a zero rating if I could, get your s#*t together. update: WOW they are now lying through their teeth to the BBB about the facts and trying to blow off the $1000.00 worth the damage they did to my car, see you in court....

Buyer be Ware. This is the classic car stereo/tint shop there to rip you off and take advantage of customers because they think you are not educated. When I called to get a quote for a car tint they ask you what kind of vehichle you drive. when I told them a 4 door sedan they said they needed the make/model. I asked them why the needed that info and they couldnt give me a reason. They do this based on the kind of car you have. The more expensive the car the higher price they quote you. i have tinted 2 previous cars with them and paid the price they asked. My last car i called anonymously for the quote and they of course wanted to rip me off. There is a $200 price difference between and mercedes and honda accord. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE> they have really bad business practice. PLEASE do your research and make sure you are paying fair market value for the services

I went here for their tint service and they ended up causing over 1000 dollars worth the damage to the interior of my vehicle and instead of coming forward with the issue they just shoved the broken pieces of the seat trim in the seat pockets and said nothing. I found the pieces due to my self having to wipe the dirty foot prints they left from the back of my seats and felt the broken pieces in the pocket. When I addressed the issue they resorted to their business model of just lie to the customer and dodge the problem. Beware Las Vegas these people will damage your vehicle, then lie about it when you complain.
