I had a great experience getting my windows tinted here. They worked with my schedule to get it done in a timely manner. I even had a chip in my windshield and he helped me coordinate to get it filled in. My windows look great and it will be a game changer for the hot summer coming up in Las Vegas. SmartFilm/Brian was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy i chose them to tint my car. My main reason for tinting was head reduction so Brian got back to me within minutes with quotes for different tint options and educated me on the different options. What was really cool was inside the shop they have a display set up with heat lamps behind each different options so you can see the tint darkness and also FEEL the differences between each tints heat reduction effectiveness. They were very professional, friendly, great service and and the windows look GREAT! I can definitely tell that my car is cooler each time I get in it after it being in the sun. If you live in Vegas, the ceramic tint is a must! (I did drive my car for a bit before taking pics so if there is dirt, etc. on the pics its from me driving).

Brian was excellent. We actually tested the old tint on my windows which ended up being two completely different shades. Brian was informative and gave me all the information Id need to make a solid choice, he didnt try to upsell me in any way. The service was quick, about 2 hours for completion. Brian did such a fantastic job on my last car that I decided to bring a brand new car to him to get the works: Xpel XR Plus on all windows, Xpel PaintProtectionFilm (PPF), and Xpel Fusion Ceramic Coating. After having a fantastic previous experience at smartFilm, the moment I purchased a new vehicle I knew I was going to take it to Brian and get the works done. I was a bit skeptical at first as their is soo much information out on the interwebs some in-favor and some against things like PPF & ceramic coatings. But, at the end of the day I did my homework and thought Id give it a try as 1) I love this car and want it to keep it looking brand new as long as possible and 2) washing an SUV that is not ceramic coated is a pain in the behind.Everything came out perfectly just like the last time I took a different vehicle to Brian. The Xpel XR Plus tint was applied perfectly, the Xpel PPF was seamless (you cant tell there is anything even on there), and the Ceramic Coating just took the looks of my vehicle to the next level and made it incredibly easy to clean. So far, the PPF has prevent the hood and front bumped of my car from taking multiple paint damages. Ironically when gravel or rocks bounce around on the road they hit my bumper or hood then hit my windshield. Because of the PPF my hood and bumper still look brand new, but my windshield had clearly taken some hits. Just goes to show how strong this stuff really is. The ceramic coating also just makes my vehicle look pristine. And when it gets even the slightest bit dirty or dusty, I just take it to the self car wash, spray it down and it looks stunning once again. Its that easy.

We loved it the whole experience was exceptional. They went over the different films they have and which ones were better to absorb the heat. The work is second to none and I highly recommend them for the knowledge and the high quality professionalism work they do. A+

Got the windshield done on my mother inlaws car. Ive used other top rated tint shops here in Vegas and I can say for sure the quality of this tint job and tint was by far the best. I wouldnt hesitate to take your vehicle here if you want the best this city has to offer. Its by appointment only right now which was great! Brought the car in a couple minutes before the appointment and he finished it almost 20 minutes early. It is in a great area with plenty of things to do while you are waiting. If you were wondering if you should check it out, just do it! You wont regret it.

Second time I had Brian work on my truck, First was to match the privacy tint on my back windows, Excellent job! Just took my truck back to him today to tint my headlights and fog lights. I told him the look I was looking for and once again Brian and the shop personal nailed it.

My long time go-to Tint Guys went out of business and I had to find a replacement. Brian and Robert at SmartFilm were just what I needed. Brand new Toyota Sienna needed (a lot of) tinting. Overall, great experience, great service, great communication and great price. The next day after delivery, I discovered a water bubble. Brian was great. Excellent Everything!!! My wife loves to investigate first, so when she said SmartFilm was the place to go I did not question her! But I have to say that I was really impressed with their showroom and friendly service.... My car was done exactly as promised and it looks awesome! They had a slight hiccup when it turned out my rear window was larger than the film width...I was expecting them to have to make a seam or something, like when your carpet is laid...but to my surprise they asked if it would be okay to use the top grade film instead of the medium grade I had chosen....the top grade came in a wider width and would cover the back window. It sounded great because they said it would be the same price as the one I had ordered! Well when I went to pick up the car they had not only upgraded my rear window, but decided to upgrade the entire car and all for the same price! This is unheard of today and I would never dream of going anywhere else!!! Thanks guys I hope you read this review and I hope your business is super successful....You all deserve it!!!

SmartFilm tinted my Acadia at the end of August 2018. They did an amazing job! Great quality. I couldnt be happier and more impressed. Functional and looks awesome. Brians customer service is outstanding. The company takes great care of your vehicle and treats it like their own. I do not often write reviews but I recently had my Mazda done and Brian did a fantastic job. Thoroughly went over options and product trades, straight-up pricing, and went above and beyond offering to take the car to a local glass shop to fill a chip he found during installation, keeping me informed through out the process at no additional charge. Place was awesome!. Bought a new car called and they got me in right away. Prices are pretty good not expensive but, worth the money. I did not call anywhere else to compare. I’ve based me going here on what others would say down below. I’m judging the prices on what I’ve spent in the past with other cars I’ve had. 3 Different style tint qualities. I think the windshield tinting is a little high in price but, I guess it’s a west coast thing. Had an issue where it looked like the tint was scratched brought my car back in. The issue seemed to be my window itself. However, they still fixed it at no charge and everything came out great. Completely happy with the outcome of the car. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to get your car hooked up. Always remember great quality isn’t always cheap and cheap quality isn’t great. You get what you pay for. I had my share of tint jobs on my cars in Vegas. Ive used the same one for my last 4 cars and was given a gift from here for a new tint on my newest addition, a 2013 MINI Cooper! Never had my car windows tinted before so I didnt know what to expect. It was painless ! Very happy with the quality of work. SmartFilm gives you a 2 hr window of time ( no pun intended) to get the job done but it only took an hour. Very relaxing in their waiting room with movies and beverages. The price for the work was more than reasonable. Very happy with my new tint !

Horrible tint job! 2 bubbles caused by dirt/lint between the glass and tint film. I paid for the 15% ceramic tint but got some unknown 30% tint.They kept on emailing me for 5 stars reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook to enter a contest to win a refund of the purchase price. No wonder why there are a lot of 5 stars reviews from people trying to enter a contest to get their money back.Basically, the 5 stars reviews are paid/bribed dishonest reviews. Pretty shady business practice if you ask me.

This is the place to go when you want the best. The best film, the best service and personalized attention, and the best results. They use computerized cutting equipment so razor blades are kept away from the window gaskets; no nicks or cuts or any other damage to my vehicle. They treated my vehicle like it was their own; careful attention to detail. When they were done, I couldnt tell that the tint was newly installed... it was perfect. No bubbles, wrinkles, waves, or other deformities normally associated with newly installed tint. It was amazing! They even installed a nearly tint-less IR film on the windshield that is undetectable, except for the IR rejection it provides. When you want the best, Brian is the one to see.

I researched a few tint shops in town and this place by far had the best prices. Making an appointment was easy and quick. Awesome place. Took my Subaru STI here to tint the windows. Brian was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I tend to be pretty picky when it comes to my car. A late review, but after getting into my car today and realizing how happy I am with my window tint, I remembered to take the time to write a review.Not a disparagement, but every other window tiniting place I found on Groupon tried to play games by pushing me a coupon holder a week out before I can get an appointment, unless, I would forsake the coupon and take their hard upsell, then they have a spot for me the same day. It was a total turnoff as most tried to upsell me over the phone instead of allowing me to come in first.That wasn’t the case with this place. They took my appointment the same day, none were pushy but when I got there they showed me a few different options and the difference ceramic tints made on their display panel so I chose to upgrade. Not to mention that their pricing beat every other place in town. The install was quick and flawless and 3 mos later I have no complaints whatsoever.They earned a customer for life, I would highly recommend them.
