I was not disappointed the staff was very friendly and we over all the different tint options for my vehicle. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. It came out amazing. *Stay away from this place!*I had so many issues with this place I don’t even know where to start. I had them do work on both my wife’s car and mine. First her car. We were having window tint, chrome delete, and new wheels put on. The tint has cracks an bubbles in it still after over a week. Looks terrible. The chrome delete was probably the only thing done decent. The huge issues came from trying to get wheels from these guys. The name is Rims By Orlando.... you’d think they would know what they are doing with wheels. First thing was when they called me to put the wheels on. I took my car in (2021 genesis g80). They mounted the new wheels and sent me on my way. As I’m driving the car is shaking and pulling back and forth. I immediately turn around and come back. I tell them that there is some thing seriously wrong. The kid at the counter (Gabe) keeps telling me over and over that it’s fine. Well it’s not fine. Then he proceeds to call the wheel guy (who has now disappeared) and the wheel guy tells him “oh yeah he needs hub spacers. The company didn’t send them though.” My instant question was why did they put the wheels on my car if they knew it wouldn’t be done right? Then Gabe proceeded to kick me out of the shop because they were closing (4:20pm when their hours are open until 5pm). I had to then come in the next morning and have them put on the stock wheels. They ordered the wheel hub spacers and 3 days later I came back to have them, and my new wheels finally put on. After leaving the shop while driving behind the car the wheels were noticeably wobbling back and forth. I decided to take it to another shop for a second opinion. They pulled the wheels off and found that the wrong size hub spacers were installed, and the wrong lug nuts so the wheels weren’t even secured to the car. Absolute trash! The next issue is with my truck. I had a full wrap done. At first I was quoted 3 days, then 5-7, they ended up having it for 11 days. I went in to check on it after 4 days. They had taken the bed of the truck off completely and all my inside door panels were tore apart also. I was told that this was to they could wrap the space between the bed and the cab, and also wrap inside the doors “to do it right”. After picking up my truck I now can see that they did not wrap inside any of the doors or in between the truck bed and cab. They left it the stock color. Communication was terrible, expectations were no where near met, quality is the worst I have seen, and still to this day they have done nothing to try and make this right. Final warning, stay away from this place!

I have never met a more fair, honest, and educated professional in their craft as the staff at RBO! They not only recommend the correct tint, but also educated me, a know it all on the fact that my white interior could cause issues with the dark tint I was choosing. Instead of just doing what I said he offered me choices and let me know why they came to the conclusion that they did. The end result was flawless tint, and the Tesla looks amazing. Wouldnt choose anyone else in town!

The employees offer great customer service and a chill vibe. The wait room is clean and theres cable TV to pass the time. They do quick and superb window tinting. Price averages out at sub-$200 for a 4 door car. I would recommend them for any tint job.

I came in last week to get my car tinted. First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place looked. I was greeted at the front and was shown different film options for my vehicle. I didnt know much about tint but felt like they went over everything thoroughly. They told me about the UV Rays and how much heat the tint will reject. I went with a medium shade and couldnt be happier. Everyone was really friendly and they changed the channel for my daughter to watch cartoons which I thought was really nice. We waited on my vehicle in their waiting area and it only took about an hour. I was very pleased with their service and I will be coming back in the near future.

I was recommended by Tesla to come here for my window tint. I bought a Model 3 and wanted the tint to be darker. When I came in I was greeted by Taylor who went over the different films and shades. I went with 20% which he stated was a common choice that most customers liked. I also did a ceramic windshield. Its been about 2 weeks now and I love it. I get compliments all the time and when Im ready to do more the my car Ill be coming back.

These guys have quality in a class on their own. I took my 2019 Challenger to them for wraps on the trunk and hood, window tint which has come out amazing, and they even color matched my calipers to my cars factory color. They’ve always delivered on time when they said they would, and it’s awesome because at times I try and get work done a few hours before I have to go into work. They’re a business I’ll keep coming to for all my needs. The prices are on point for what is provided in service. I’m telling you make this shop your repeat. You won’t be sorry you did.

I was recommend to come here from one of my friends. I called and made an appointment for some window tint. They seemed very knowledgeable about the different films and recommended a 20% ceramic. The tint came out great and Im happy with the outcome.

When I came for my appointment I was treated very well & they had my car done in about an hour an a half. I had gotten 20% tint on all 4 of the windows. It came out perfectly with no problems! I had my windows tinted a couple of days ago. Everyone was really cool there. I felt no pressure plus they went over everything very thoroughly. I went with limo all and added a ceramic front windshield which has been a big difference.

I just stopped by the shop for the first time. I had some issues with some tint I had on my car previously. It started turning purple I guess I was using cheap tint or something. But they took it off and gave me a good price. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.
