Overall the staff at luxury auto boutique did a great job. From Rianna to the installer that striped the old nasty purple tint off that I had for years! He took all 5 window tints off with out even getting the car Messi and got it done in 5 hrs! I’ll for sure be back for the tiny as well. New customer for sure!

I got my tint done here a couple days ago and I live it. My car is so much colder on the inside and it blocks out a lot of the sun that I hate getting in my face.

Great shop great work! Have had work done on multiple vehicles here and have always been more than happy! Definitely falls into the best in Vegas category. You know a custom shop is great when most of the dealerships in town send vehicles to them for work. Every time I’ve been there they have had vehicles in from dealers for tint, vinyl wraps, chrome deletes, wheels and tires, just about anything custom a dealer may need done to a new vehicle. I’ve seen everything from a Rolls Royce to a Honda there and you can tell they give whatever it may be the same attention to detail and perfection to the work they are doing. Highly Recommend!!!

10/10!!Amazing customer service, and overall experience. These guys were awesome! I called several places getting quotes for the wrap on my AMG. Prices varied from shop to shop. I stopped in here as I was driving by. They were super friendly, and helped me get going quick. Pricing was perfect. Not the cheapest (but I don’t want the cheapest) and not the most expensive. It was very fair pricing. The turn around was faster than any other shop quoted me as well. Oh, and they actually got my car done a day before they said they would originally. When I came to get the car I was blown away. Every detail taken care of. I love my car, and I wanted something very specific for it. These guys delivered!! I will highly recommend them to anyone I know needing work done. Thank you guys again!

Took my brand new car to get tinted but didn’t know what kind of tint to get. The staff there was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable on the different types of window tint and even have some cool displays to actually show you the difference. I ended up getting ceramic tint all around (it sells itself). I absolutely love how it turned out. I will definitely be recommending this tint shop to my friends and family.

Was recommended to come here by a few good friends from work. Everyone is so nice. I came in to get all my windows tinted & ceramic to keep the heat out! I’m very pleased. Great customer service. I will be returning.

There was an issue with the wrap on my vehicle, painted brakes, and the speakers that were installed. After I have been complaining for months, Justin and Dustin tried their best to resolve those issues but still missed a lot of the details you would expect a professional to catch especially when you take into account the amount of money I paid them. Speakers sound better but the wrap and the brakes still looks sloppy so now I have to take my vehicle to another company to fix the issue they were unable to fix. They removed the front left headlamp and grill guard on my G Wagon and remounted it crooked. They weren’t supposed to touch that area. This has been waste of my time and money. I totally regret taking my vehicle there in the first place. They are a high volume company focused on quantity not quality. They have a bunch of amateurs working for them that claim to have many years of experience but they really don’t know what they are doing. I do not recommend this company.

Their staff is nice and friendly until they get your money. That’s when the nightmare begins. I was specific when I told the the type of tints I want for my vehicle. They installed darker tints than I asked for. When I brought this up to Justin he started arguing with me and said they don’t have time to do it at the moment and to bring it back in 2 weeks. When I called to try and schedule a time to return the vehicle they did everything in their power to ignore my phone calls. I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere to get the proper tints installed. Justin and his staff is very unprofessional. They are disrespectful to customers and lack good hygiene. One of their installers left a foul lingering stench in my car and the smell seem to still be there imbedded in my passenger side seat. I took my car to get the seats professionally cleaned because of that. I don’t recommend this place.

Got my car wrapped. Honestly this is so amazing compared to every other spot in Vegas it’s ridiculous.

I ordered rims for my vehicle and payed 1/2 the $$$ up front. Two days later I went in and payed the other 1/2 of the $$$. Due to my prior obligations had me leaving out of town. The rims will arrive while Im out of town. My girlfriend will be able to swing by Luxury Auto so the new rims and tires can be installed. The following week the rims did not arrive as promised. The owner of Luxury auto apologized that the rims were delivered to there previous shop. I accepted his appolgey. The owner expressed to me that he was able order a the rims as promised from a different vendor. I accepted the agreement. The following week I had not heard from Luxury Auto. Finally when I was able to talk to the owner. He indicated that the phones had not been working, until someone from the phone company was able to come out. More than five weeks had passed. The rims and tires finally arrived, but in the wrong color. At this time Ive really had it! It seems that Ive been misled and taken advantage of! I spoke with the owner and asked for a refund since the rims and tires had not been installed as promised weeks ago. The owner was not interested in returning my money. Three weeks later. Two months after I purchased the rims and tires. While Im still out of town. My girlfriend brought the vehicle to Luxury Auto. Luxury Auto finally after two months installed the rims and tires. My girlfriend brought the vehicle to the nearby dealership for scheduled annual servive. The dealership notified me that that the the tire pressure sensors needed to be calibrated. My girlfriend brought the vehicle back to Luxury Auto. To have the sensors calibrated. Luxury Auto wasnt able to callabrate the sensors as promised. The owner told me to take the vehicle to Discount Tire. Luxury Auto has no intention of making good on there promise. The rims that were on my vehicle are still at Luxury auto. I very politely informed Luxury Auto to take the money from the proceeds from the rims that they retained and have a barbecue on me. I told them that I have better things to do than to waste my energy playing their games. I do not recommend Luxury Auto. They are not a reputable business. I hope that you value my opinion. I suggest you find a more reputable business to take your vehicle for service

Took my bentley gtc in to get windows tinted and got my wheels refurbished what a place Im very pleased with the service and personal, Jason is awesome.
