Purple team, Angel, George, and Nate did an awesome job. They arrived on time, protected my carpet and furnishings before starting the new window installation. They answered all my questions, are very knowledgeable about the product, are extremely professional, and enjoyed doing their job. Nate was in training. Angel and George were always available to assist him with anything he needed. They worked as a team, helping each other. Nate was eager to learn and do a good job.Upon completion of the job, Angel went over all aspects of the windows, how they functioned and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash with them. They replaced my drapes and moved all the furniture back into place.This is an awesome company to work with, George noticed a defect in one of my window panes and ordered a new one on the spot. I was contacted by the company to check on the job and to notify me they ordered the new window pane.All in all a great experience. Would recommend Renewal by Andersen to everyone that was looking to replace their windows. They are expensive but well worth it. You get what you pay for and ask for the Purple team to do a top notch installation for you!

Salesman Brian came to our home and explained and demonstrated the quality of materials used in producing windows made exclusively for our home and how it would increase the value of our house and save on utility bills. Next came an installation scheduling snafu. Finally the installation date came. The team of Angel, George and Nate couldn’t have been more professional or competent. They did an unbelievably great job not only as installers but also as spokesmen for the company. The final product looks great and i can feel the difference in comfort of my home. The end result of my experience with Anderson is to highly recommend them if you are in the market to upgrade windows and doors. I know that for the next 20 years they will maintain the windows should any needs arise. That contributes to my peace of mind. I am very satisfied with the delivered product and impressed with the sincerity of the company and their promise to deliver a top of the industry product. It may seem expensive at first but worth every penny in my opinion. I will definitely use them again with all my door and window needs. Overall was a decent experience. The installers were professional, friendly and did a great job. Our issue is that we wish that the designer would have initially explained the colors a bit better. We have 2 windows and a door on the same wall. We chose sandstone for the windows and white for the door. It doesnt look great having two different colors, however we chose it, it was our fault, just wish the designer would have mentioned that it would look a bit funky to have 2 different colors. Other than that, great quality, really good installers. Just wish we wouldve chosen a different color of windows to match the door.

Not too satisfied with the plastic product on my front door serving as molding? Its a South facing all day sun door. I ordered it in black BUT DID CONSIDER THE SUN FACTOR AND DID ASK QUESTIONS ACCORDINGLY. The locking hardware has not been easy to manage since the door was installed. The response was not one of considering a different color accordingly. Ive submitted the hardware for repair and am currently waiting for further follow-up. Its been a few weeks now. See attached. Im not sure how I feel except it seems Andersen and I will become familiar with each other in coming months/years.Pictured is the hardware on the front door after the last two rain falls weve had.

The door was replaced and looks beautiful. However, the key-entry lock was never delivered on time and when installed did not work properly (maybe bad key-entry lock mechanism). The installers were awesome and did an amazing job with framing and installing around granate (professionally done) very professional and kept the area immaculately clean.

This company is the Ferrari of window companies. The customer service is beyond belief, as is their product. Mike and Dalton gave me the best service I havent had in over 20 years. They were on time. Respected the house, and had the best personalities. If I could write a book on these two guys I would. They even inspected the final install, walked me through it and explained everything. The team that came to my home to install nine windows and one patio door arrived on time, let me know exactly what they would be doing, and also let me know up-front that the patio door had not been delivered as yet but as soon as it came in, they would be back to install it. The guys, five of them, went right to work being very efficient. No wasted time. They were extremely good and new exactly what they were doing. The speed and extreme care taken was very impressive. Once completed, I was taken on a tour of the install with instructions on the operations of each window. They completely cleaned up all spaces that they worked in and left nothing undone. For the security with these windows, more than worth the money. Super expensive. But knowing someone would have an easier time driving a car through the house than getting the window to break is a reassurance that is hard to beat. They look fantastic too with being able to customer having black exterior to match the house trim and with white interior. Definitely going to do the rest of the house with Anderson.

Robert Mattson and his partner were very professional. We have a relatively small home with a LOT of things making access to the windows difficult. They helped us move things to make it easier for them. They took time to make sure each window was installed correctly with a perfect fit. Technicians are very professional and friendly. And the windows are really nice. However, management needs some serious training. We ordered the windows in July 2020, they came to install in November. They messed up on the dimensions, so they came back again in January 2021. They messed up AGAIN, so they came back in February 2021. Set an appointment for Thursday, they cancelled on us because of some meeting, then moved appointment to Friday... nobody showed up. Finally moved appointment to the following Wednesday (during this entire time, I had to continuously reschedule my work). Asked to speak to a manager, nobody called back.... For $25,000 windows, youd expect a much better service. Or at the very least, a phone call back. We paid for the best, hoping for quality windows done before winter. This did not happen. We paid full price for a much lesser service.

This company is by far the best company! They are up front and honest about price, quality of product, and care about their customers from start to finish. OK so, to start, We chose Anderson because of the positive reputation they had after looking at the reviews I found - Over all very high. I went on YouTube and watched a number of videos, both by Anderson itself as well as examples of independent testing, all were good and would suggest anyone interested to do the same. The inhouse visit by Billy was extremely informative and the presentation was excellent.On the day of install the crew that came was right on time and it was obvious that they had the process down pat, it looked like a little group of Army Ants marching into the house and jumping into the job. I was given an overview into what was going to take place and then they did exactly what they they said they were going to do, they put down protection on our floor and over the furniture. Our salesman Billy stopped by to make sure that all was going as it should and we were very happy for that as most sales people are never seen again after the sale is made. When they were done they left everything clean as well as neat and gave me a full tour of the operation of the new windows and sliding glass door. I was asked if I had any questions and answered any I had.When they left the house looked as if they had never been there except for the beautiful new windows and door. I would recommend this service to anyone that is considering new windows or doors either as an replacement for old windows or as an upgrade.

Both of our installers were very neat and clean when they showed up to do our installation. 16 windows and 1 French door with blinds on the inside. 7 hours to complete the job. They cleaned up the site when done. The French Doors look great they swing in and we thought we wanted swing out. But wife liked the way they looked and we kept the swing in. Very nice job done by the crew.

The home looks beautiful! All new windows and a front door. During the hot months, they keep the heat out of the home and during the cold months, keep the heat in. All perfect fit. No dust, no bugs. Easy to remove/clean panels.

I just had 2 doors and 2 windows installed. The installers were extremely professional, polite, and friendly. Extreme attention to detail!!!! From being 100% flush with drywall, to repeated testing of the doors and windows making sure they worked as they should, to minor adjustments, down to the precise caulking to have a seamless finish. You name it, they perfected it. They took their time to make sure they didnt miss a step, but were also pretty quick. I know Andersen is pricey, but they quality of products, craftsmanship and the installers reflects their prices. I will 100% be using them again for future upgrades/projects. Thank you!!

James, Jason and Carlos were professional and highly knowledgeable about each of the 2 doors they installed in our home. James worked hard all day to do a beautiful and careful installation on both doors while, at the same time, managing the crew firmly, but with tact. James and Jason were the guys with the answers regarding the installation and the products. Jason did a thorough and much appreciated clean-up job before leaving. This was Carlos first day with Anderson, but he presented as a caring hard-working addition to the team. (He also had a good and appropriate sense of humor to lighten a long day for his co-workers.) Altogether, one of the best install teams Ive seen in 32 years of Las Vegas residency, during which we owned and remodeled 3 homes and a number of rental properties.

The guys were very professional. They covered our floor, counter top, table etc. Cleaned outside when they were all done. Vacuumed inside and outside around the door. After the job was done they did a walk through showing me everything they did, going over how the door locks, along with the screen. Super happy. Cant wait to get new windows.. Great job!

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He did not use pressure for the sale. I purchased the windows at the beginning of March and didnt get them installed until May 27th. They were suppose to install on May 6th but I got a phone call on the afternoon of the 5th telling me they werent going to install as something was on back order.I asked questions and he said he would get back to me that same day or within 24 hours. He never did call me back. I had to make calls to find out what was going on. The communication to customers is bad. The install went very well. The team was fantastic, courteous, friendly and cleaned everything up before they left. David, Miah, and Jose were wonderful. Im happy with my windows.

The staff that helped us with selecting our windows, measuring and installing were all very professional and friendly. They spent a lot of time with us answering many questions we had. Although Renewal by Anderson windows are quite expensive, I firmly believe you get what you pay for. We have already seen a huge difference in the temperature our house, the windows block ALL of the Las Vegas heat and the invisible screens make our view out the window very clear and bright. We also love that people on the outside of the house can’t really see in. The install crew was fast and super friendly. Overall, we think it was worth paying the extra money to get the best!

They are also able to take a picture of your door or window and impose the design you have chosen so you can get a visual of what it will look like. The Teal Team did a great job with my window installation. We had 6 windows replaced. They showed up on time, they were courteous and cleaned up so there was nothing for me to do after they left.
