He explained the retrofit product and offered small changes that made a big difference.The price was within our budget without the need to go elsewhere.Following a detailed measure the 18 windows and slider were delivered and installed within 2 weeks.The install crew were friendly, and efficient, cleaning up perfectly after a long and busy day.The product offers great value and has transformed our 20year old home.I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Hector and his crew were amazing. They showed up early ready to go to work. They removed the old windows carefully to preserve both exterior and interior cleaning up as they went. Installation of the new windows and doors was done with precision and care using caulking to seal every crevice. After washing and polishing the glass They walked me through the entire project. We tested each window and door together as they explained the special features of each one making sure I understood and could replicate their directions. The crew was friendly, neat, and professional taking extra care during this time of COVID 19 to wear masks and practice social distance. We love our new windows and doors!

US energy and windows and doors are professionals their. crew arrived on time and complete the job when said they would and left the area clean. management is very responsive and called after the job was completed to make sure that we were satisfied with the job that was done. we have I had two different doors put in by US energy windows and doors and two windows and we are pending putting in a third door with two more windows I look forward to doing business with them again as I said they are professionals and experts in their field

We order our window about 3 months ago and they came in quickly but we didnt let them install until this weekend because of COVID-19.The installers were amazing and very friendly with answering our questions. After the the windows were installed they made sure we understood how they worked. The installation was very professional and our house looks amazing. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

Had new windows installed in our home in Sun City Summerlin. Dealt with Todd throughout the experience. Could not be happier. One minor hiccup with a bedroom window that needed resolved. Todd got it taken care of though interfered by the covid thing during that process. Took a bit to get done but he never ducked my calls of inquiry and was honest in his own error in failing to place the order for the replacement window timely. Great company with which to do business.

Todd the Owner of US Energy Windows and Doors is a mess. Orders were delayed, install was incorrect and installers had to return twice, warranty issues were never addressed with Milgard. The fastest, error-less part of the order was when he collected the money!

Had an appointment today at 4. At 430 I called and the guy who answered said sorry that was supposed to be me but I didnt see the text. I think that pretty much sums it up.

This place was a no call no show to appointment.

I paid about $600 per window for average size windows.The windows are goodThe install was good but they measured 3 of them wrong and had to reorder. It took about 2 months for them to finish and they never apologized or even acknowledged the inconvenience it caused.

Place is legit. Todd or any of the staff are well connected with the supply chain and give superior access to whatever you want. True advocate against inferior windows, and will provide you value well in excess of what you spend...Not complaining about my life time warranty milgard windows that cut my electric bill by 60% (last windows were old trash...only thing good about them was selling them for scrap aluminum)...or that they would cost 20-30% more anywhere else.Customer service is outstanding

As anyone who has lived in Las Vegas, and had to find a contractor, it is a daunting task and usually ends up being a not so pleasant experience. I normally do not have an opportunity to share my positive experience, because I have never had one. Till now! We have been in our house for 15 years and it was time to replace our windows and doors. Technology has advanced and there are better energy efficient choices out there in comparison to the builder grade products that came with the house.
