I was able to call and get the appointment time I wanted on a Sunday. Staff was super friendly and informative. Place was really clean too. Ill be back. It was probably the quickest and least painful wax that Ive ever had done.

This was my second time at The Pretty Kitty. So far they have done a fantastic job in making my experience free of any discomforts. I have had both a bikini and a Brazilian wax at this Flamingo location. I had an appointment the first time and on my second visit they were able to take me as a last minute, walk-in customer.

First time getting a Brazilian wax today and they were awesome. Not near as painful as I was expecting :) Also, I prefer their method of waxing over other places that use hard wax. They are fast, efficient and its a lot less painful than other places I have been :) I highly highly recommend.

She called me 2 hours after I left and said I paid 5$ more (besides tip$$$) and if I would like a credit for my next visit... she could have just as easily just kept the 5$...I told her to buy a coffee. Man... its rare to meet honest good people here in the sunny place for shady people. ♡

I’ve been going to The Pretty Kitty on Flamingo for years! They simply are the BEST for your waxing needs. I’ve gone cheap to other places and it’s simply not worth it; at The Pretty Kitty it doesn’t matter who does your wax the technique is the same and as painless as a wax could possibly be. Shandy is an amazing waxer. She is very quick but very precise. She makes my Brazilian almost painless and always shapes my eyebrows correctly. She is also very personable. I have a regular girl that Ive been going to for years but shes not open on the weekend so occasionally I cheat on her but only here at Pretty Kitty.

For being a first time waxer, these ladies are awesome. Made me feel so comfortable! Rylee is super friendly, very talkative, made me feel comfortable, and relaxed! The lady at the front desk also amazing!

I went in as a calico cat and came out a sphinx! I only asked for a bikini wax around my legs and I was pretty pubescent like when I left. 😩 I was trying to just clean up for my husband but I now look 👀 not at all what he expected!! I will not be booking there again.

Was turned away from my appointment because I had my 4 year old son with me. They gave me the option of him staying out in the foyer or rescheduling. I choose neither. It is illegal to leave a minor accompanied in a public place. I have had him with me before and it has never been an issue. Wont be back. Looks like I have to find another establishment to give my money to.

It was my first waxing experience and it was lovely! The two girls I spoke to were so nice and comforting and it wasnt awkward at all like I thought it would be lol. Definitely 10/10

Everyone was so nice and they took me in fast cause it was a late appointment. I was getting it done and she didnt make it weird or anything but when she put wax on my lips she went a little too in and went actually into my vagina this was yesterday now it hurts and I have burn marks I guess you can say. Idk if she accidently messed up but this isnt the best experience Ive had with waxing so far.
