Our hot water heater has been out for over a week, and we called Nv handyman llc and they sent out Juan, He got right to work, start checking things, he knew what he was doing, very professional! And he fixed our problem, we are so relieved and happy :)We had one other company come out and it was a disaster, they misdiagnosed it and the water heater then didn’t work, came back and ordered a part then the part came in 4 days later and it was wrong part, so the company before couldn’t fix. Don’t use one drop plumbing!!But with this company I would highly recommend, they can come out quickly and get things fixed, I will use this company again if we ever have a problem. We were told by our home warranty company Choice Home Warranty that this very reputable company, which has a one star rating, should be the company to send us for a MAJOR AC issue. Well, NV Handyman LLC, was so good at their trade, that they never showed up, even though we waiting 6 hours and they called us to say they were on their way twice in 5 hours. So, since we had to pick a star, one was the best worst number we could give them. My brother and I are experiencing a devastating, personal tragedy and these companies were horrible. Dont insure with CHOICE and never call NV Handyman LLC.

If I could give no stars I would. They were sent by Choice Home Warranty and they took a month or so to fix a washer issue. In the end I ended up cancelling my warranty with CHW lost $60 in service call fee for something that still wasnt fixed because they said there was a different issue needed for washer. Horrible service, owner has no accountability for his work, no customer service, had to keep following up with them. Such a waste of time and money. Be warned when you deal with this company!
