This company is very incompetent and very unprofessional. After they removed the damage dry walls and areas that has very little water damage and ready to move forward to next phase to give their second estimate to my insurance they decided to discontinued their service just because I was concerned of their billing that cost my insurance provider almost 3k and their technician only spent as little as an hour to removed what needs to be removed. This company are so proud to mentioned theyve been in the water damage restoration business for over 6 years I just cant imagine how many customer this company has been scammed with their pricing. If ever anyone out there who need water damage restoration service take my word Do Not Hire this company. They will make and force you sign their Work Authorization without first getting an estimate so you wont get a chance to seek other estimate from other water restoration company.

My wife and I had the absolute privilege of have Karl come to our house when our water heater started leaking. Not only was Karl very respectful and very professional, Karl was very personable. This was the first time we had to file a claim with our house insurance and Karl walked us through every step of the process and got the ball rolling with next day disconnection, tear-up, and started the drying process . All the work was done by another very professional employee who was fast and efficient at his work. He got everything ready for the plumbers to come setup a temporary system so we wouldn’t have to go without hot water for even one night and contacted the plumber the second their job was done. Unfortunately the plumbing company completely dropped the ball and never came out. When I tried to get in contact with the plumbing company I was greeted with a very rude individual that claimed I had no order for anything whatsoever and that I was not a priority because there were no health concerns. That individual not only said that but also did not even know who I was! I never told him my last name! He didn’t confirm my name, address, a work order etc.... So how would he even have known if I had no health concerns!? I ended up calling Karl and he once again went above and beyond by confirming that the plumbing company was contacted by his company and he even tried to do what he could to get us a temporary water heater setup. Karl did not have to do any of this at all especially since it was all after hours. Needless to say that if all the company employees are like Karl then their customer service is truly amazing with genuine care for their customers. I will be recommending Dry Tech Restoration to anyone and they will be my first choice if this happens again.

Came back from my daughters wedding to a flooded home. First thing I did was called a plumber at 8:00 Pm at night, plumber came out fixed the problem and recommended me to Dry Tech Restoration. I gave them a call at 9 at night and they were at my house at 10 already sucking up the water throughout my home. They stayed till 1 am that night and they even helped me file a claim and guided me through the whole process. My insurance was more than happy to work with them as they deal with insurance on a regular basis and they knew my adjuster on a first name basis. They removed everything that needed to be removed from my home cleaned it and stored it at their warehouse, they removed all the wet materials and then completely rebuilt my home and threw in upgrades here and there and made my home look even better than before. I cant be anything but grateful to have been referred to a company like Dry Tech Restoration. Thank you for all that you guys do and I wish you guys endless success !

Rudy, from the mitigation/drying side of this company was super friendly and super helpful. I felt at ease with his presence in the tense situation from our slab leak that pretty much flooded a huge portion of our floors and walls. He took the time to reassure us, and answered any and all questions related to the work that will be done, and even questions about our home insurance. Like I said, he put our mind at ease by letting us know everything and more. Whenever we called the company, they were always helpful and friendly! I would recommend Dry Tech Restoration out to anyone who needs mitigation services and is working with your home insurance. I cant comment on the restoration side of the company, but we did initially decide to use them because we were so impressed by the helpfulness and timeliness on the mitigation side. However, we had decided to go with another company for the restoration later on.

I had a leak in an interior ceiling. Air Pro Master referred me to Dry Tech to do the tear out and subsequent restoration after the leak was repaired. Edgar at Dry Tech went out of his way to make this restoration meet my expectations. He has access to excellent guys that did the drywall/texture/paint/finished carpentry. I have extensive crown molding and that can be difficult to replace/match up to existing crown. I would use them again (hopefully not too soon:-) and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great work! They came in ASAP to clean up the water damage and set up the dryers and were in constant communication with us! Once we had the estimate negotiated they were open to schedule whenever we needed and were flexible and did great work! We are very happy!

I called Dry Tech out at 7:00 PM on 06/09/18 because my toilet overflowed and saturated my walls and cabinet and also the adjacent bedroom. They were at my house within 45 minutes and already extracting the water. They gave me a GREAT price and I had a high deductible so I decided to pay out of pocket and they gave me a great price. It is now 9:36 PM and they left 1 hour ago, my house has been dried and reconstructed in 4 days. I have never experienced customer service like this before, it feels like I am eating at a fancy restaurant with the attention to detail they have.

I got 3 quotes from 3 different restoration companies in Las Vegas and Dry Tech Restoration not only made me feel comfortable from the beginning but they made sure that everything was explained in full. From the beginning I learned things about my policy that I didnt know and they educated me on the whole process. They helped me file a claim and answered all my questions 24/7. The quality of work and customer service and attention to detail Dry Tech Restoration provides is on another level. Office staff (Julie) kept me well informed during the entire process. Rudy came out to my house the next day to discuss the damages and explained what needed to be done. My experience with dryTech was exceptional they worked with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of I had hot water again the next day! They removed what got flooded and replaced everything. The whole process was pretty painless and stress-free.

My water heater had a leak in December, which resulted in some water damage. Rudy initially came to my house and explained the whole process of mitigation and construction. The mitigation process got started that day! I ended up having to call the office NUMEROUS times for a number of different reasons and always found that it was very easy to get ahold of Edward (the workers boss) and Ashley (an assistant/receptionist) at the office. The company was very easy to work with and very efficient getting this whole project completed.

It has been an amazing experience working with Dry Tech restoration. We found out we had a pipe burst in our walls, but weren’t aware of how much damage happened until Rudy came out to do an assessment. He was at our house in less than an hour of the call, and has walked me through every single step. As a brand new homeowner, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Rudy’s assistance. I’ve had a ton of questions this past week and a half, and not once have I had to sit waiting for a response.

A representative from DryTech was at my home in less than an hour after I called them, assessing what needed to be done after our hot water heater leaked severely and damaged the drywall in the garage and in turn our family room as well from the same leak. Knowledgeable and professional, they did a great job restoring our home. Excellent customer service, too!

Anyone who doesnt publish a contractors license on their business cards and refuses to give written estimates is not to be trusted. If they come to your house, dont open the door. They are only there to get your homeowners insurance information so they can file inflated claims. The guy told me it would be $3,000 to $5,000 to build a 2 square box for my water heater to sit on.

I dont usually leave reviews for companies but what Dry Tech Restoration did for me was nothing short of amazing. I have been living in my current house for 10 years and have 1 six year old and a newborn. When my six year old turned 4 she started developing asthma and reactions, we went to the doctor multiple times and the doctors just couldnt figure out what was going on with my daughter until one of the doctors recommended that there might be mold in her bathroom attached to her room. After doing my research I reached out to a couple mold remediation companies in Las Vegas, when Dry Tech arrived they asked me a few questions and got to searching, in just 20 minutes they located that my daughters bathroom is filled with BLACK MOLD underneath the tiles of my shower and the bathroom floor. I tried filing a claim and my insurance company denied my claim leaving me to pay out of pocket, when I spoke to Eduard and told him my situation he listened and educated me. He then told me they would do the job for dirt cheap because of my daughters situation and for that I am thankful. My home is now free of mold and has been cleared by an licensed environmentalist. They have saved my daughters life. THANK YOU DRY TECH RESTORATION !

NO STARS!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I was LIED to by the project manager who PROMISED me that my signature was for permission for WORK only. The payment was to come from my neighbor, who was at fault and who hired them. She had a horrible experience with them as well, as they left her garage in horrible, unsafe and POOR condition, charging her a fortune:((( They called the insurance company that I made a personal property claim with and told me that it was part of the payment, that my claim wasnt good. WHAT FREAKIN NERVE!!!!!! They are EXTREMELY overpriced, and did shoddy work, never were on time, left fans blowing much longer than necessary in order to accommodate their own schedule, which cost me a fortune and did not complete the job leaving a gaping unsafe and unsightly hole and mess. I spent another fortune to have my walls and garage fixed by another company. OVERPRICED LIARS!!!! Now they are threatening me and harassing me for payment, so I get to spend another fortune on my attorney to rectify. AWFUL EXPERIENCE...choose ANY other company than this!!!!

This company took our water damage project from start to completion. They worked with us on changes we requested and did a great job. The people who work there are knowledgeable and friendly.

Horrible customer service. They claimed that they were moving my items so that the repairs could be easily done. They only took my items to bill y insurance an astronomical amount of money for storage. They even took a book shelf that i told them i was throwing away. They held my item hostage saying they weren’t giving me back anything until the insurance paid them. They placed my dishwasher outside. It rained and damaged my brand new dishwasher. They claim to have placed my garbage disposal outside as well and now it is no where to be found. They don’t return phone calls. They removed parts of my walls that didn’t even need to be removed. They are simply money hungry and i would not refer them in the future.

My water heater finally broke down after 16 years and it caused flooding inside my house as well as garage. I was recommended Dry Tech called and I spoke to Rudy (my savior) he called me right back set up a meeting the next day and started my emergency services got a terrific crew to come to my home and started cleanup, set fans and assured me everything was going to be ok. Im so glad to have found a company that knows how to communicate properly! My tenant, (which hasnt been the best at maintaining my property) surprisingly called and told me that the kitchen cabinet under the sink is toast. I started doing some BBB and Yelp research and found drytech. I called on a Saturday and within 45 minutes Edgar the manager was knocking on my tenants door. They relayed information to me over the phone very clearly since Im currently in LA. We agreed on a price almost immediately and they got started the morning after. Within a few days they even tested the house and got me a mold certificate to document. Overall, happy with how professional drytech was with walking me through this mess.

Excellent customer service!! I didnt realize that my water heater had been leaking for a few days. I called my warranty company to come and and give me a new water heater they mentioned that the water had leaked into the sheet rock and gave me the number for Drytech. Rudy their CSR came out right away and explained the process. We called my HOI company and got the ball rolling. Along the way Julie the receptionist answered all my questions. She was wonderful!

In January, I found a leak in my plumbing system. After calling my warranty company to provide a plumber to fix the leak, I found that I needed to find a remediation company. Well, the plumber knew a great company that could help me. Unfortunately, I did not know at the time that the plumbing company, remediation/restoration company and then the construction company that would be recommended were all owned by the same person. They sent over the Operations Manager to sign me up for the remediation/restoration. (Dont get those terms confused as I did. They are performing a remediation/deconstruction on your property. They say that restoration means they got rid of all the mold.) He was very good at tricking me out of how much insurance I was covered for. Unfortunately, they did such a bad job of documenting (they sent photos of where we had cleared the rooms out --- which made it look like we didnt take care of our property!!! The claim was denied. WOW! The Operations Manager kept telling me that Were golden. You wont have any problem. The estimate was just under what I had in insurance. They tore portions of walls out that had no mold or water damage; destroyed the vanity in the bathroom that because it was whitewash cannot be replaced; and left us defenseless for three (3) days with no security barriers from the outside through the garage into the house. When I emailed my concerns with our safety, I heard crickets from that professional Operations Manager. I finally had to wait and grab one of the crew and request that they put a door up for our security. I was billed for equipment not used, destruction not performed, floor removal in a room with tile and found a bag with our possessions in it marked for one of the crew to take with him. When I reminded them of a promised 20% discount, the final invoice suddenly had increased this and that to cover the forgotten discount so the final bill would more than equal the estimated bill. Find a reputable company, know your rights, dont let them make you fear going into your property to see the true damage, walk around with the estimator and remember that they work for you and are not your friend and arent trying to help you. Its a business and they are going to do whatever they can to get as much money from you as they can.

I was referred to Dry Tech by the company that replaced my water heater as the platform had to be replaced along with some other water damage. I was happy with the work done for the mitigation. When we called to make a payment we were then informed that there was a charge for method of payment that we were not told about, nothing in the paperwork we signed either. When I questioned them about it they told me I would have to pay it to process the payment and there was nothing they could do about it. If this company was going to start nickel and diming us from the start, I feared for what was to come. Dry Tech showed a lack of honesty and integrity and I refuse to do business with them. They also begrudgingly release the price of mitigation and only as a single line item without a break down. Again, dishonesty and lack of integrity. Once I called them ouit on being shady they have gotten an attitude with me and demanding payment. This happened yesterday so Im pretty sure Ill get threats by Monday.If they would have waived the charge for credit cards, a charge they claim they just started adding, I would have used their service instead of feeling like I was being scammed. Instead of nickel and diming me for a $40 charge, you could have had my $8000 business. Beware of Dry Tech. Get everything in writing and accurate. Or better yet, just dont use them.

After having a burst pipe from my second floor bathroom that flooded my whole downstairs and partially upstairs, of my rental property.I called Drytech restoration on a recommendation from my Nieghbor due to him having a flood a few months ago. From the gate they were understanding of my needs and dispatched a project manager who literally called me 5 minutes or less after speaking to dispatch who was beyond nice(Edgar-the dispatcher)the (project manager Rudy)came to my property and dealt with my tenants in a manner beyond professional. My tenants items were all damaged due to the water and thank god they have renters insurance which RUDY helped them with a claim for their personal items. He sent me photos and let me know the process step by step. He also assisted me with my insurance which took so much stress off of my shoulders. After the equipment was taken out I then dealt with the construction manager who again was another life saver(Eduardo) who sent a estimate to fix everything that was damaged. He dealt with the insurance directly which again took the stress out of my life I just wanted my tenants to be happy and put back into the home. Eduardo also upgraded the materials in my home with what the insurance paid. Drytech is the company you want and definitely NEED if you have a emergency... thank you Drytech

They did a good job. It took a hile for my personal insurance to get approved. They followed through and fix my house which had water damage from my water heater.

We had a disasterous flood in our bathroom and bedroom. We choose Drytech.to fix the damage and remodel our bathroom.Within hours the fans were running and our flood was over but the damage was significant.Eduard was the project manager and he kept us informed as the repair and remodel progressed. Two other outstanding employees were Tim and Vardan.We so admired Tims craftmanship as he retiled our bathroom.We are fortunate our paths crossed andwe now have a bathroom beyond our expectations.We gave Drytech 5 stars and we highly recommend them.
